Great!

Room was very spacious and comfortable, the entire house was very clean at all times. The owner of the property communicated everything well and was easily contactable upon arrival when I had a question. The doors all have coded locking mechanisms which felt very secure for a solo female. I was staying at the property for a prolonged period of time for work and really enjoyed my time there and would very much recommend it. It’s right beside quick bus routes directly into Belfast City Centre so it’s very accessible. Thank you! Would absolutely come back again

There is one shared bathroom for the entire property which was very clean at all times. However if all of the rooms are booked and you are rushing to go somewhere it can be frustrating if many people are waiting to use the bathroom / shower at the same time in the morning. This wasn’t the case very often though so it really wasn’t much of an issue.

To have a room on my own in a quiet family home near an Indian restaurant . Nice backyard, the whole building in good shape

Share the bathroom was ok but I never figured out how to get warm water in the shower which is a minor problem of course . It's quite far from the city center but you can still walk there

This is a house not a hotel

Bath room is very very small. Only one bathroom for 4 houses and too many restrictions like not using microwave and not using bathroom after 10 pm. To switch on the heat we need to call them everytime and they on it for 30 mimutes.

Lovely Rental

As a single female traveler, their security set up was very comforting. I also appreciated the towel service and all of the hooks and hangers. I used them all! I am especially grateful for their phone availability. I got lost finding the place and they answered my call right away.

The shower was very small. The stairway going up to the rooms was also very narrow. I'm not that big and I had difficulty navigating both. I was grateful they offered complimentary use of their washing machine, but I assumed there was also a dryer! There was not, so I left with a bag full of damp clothes. Yuck! Lastly, there was a strong smell on the first floor. I don't know what chemical it was, but it was like cat urine to me.

Great accommodation!

The house and room were impeccable, clean and practical. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs and solve little issues. Our stay was perfect. The accommodation and road is very quite, so great for those who want to rest! I definitely recommend this place.

Rude worker!

Hostess was absolutely amazing. Really helpful too. The back garden needs work done & its poorly lit for smokers. I had a very rude worker speak to me in an unacceptable manner. Which really spoilt my stay. I spent the last two nights with family.

I would have given a better review if I wasn't spoken to like I was. John was very rude. I'd never stay there again, from fear of being spoken to like that again. I wouldn't recommend a stay while John is employed there. The hostess was lovely & helpful & couldn't do enough

There is a livingroom and a kitchen with fridge and possibilities to heat the food. The room has everything you need. It is quiet.

The blanket was very heavy and the cusions to big. I could not sleep well, because of that. There were potpourri which were to strong for my taste. Because of self Check-in it was very anonymous.

Die Kommunikation verlief ohne Probleme, alles war sehr sauber, die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch gute Anbindung mit dem Bus Richtung Innenstadt. Fernseher und Internet top. Waschmaschine steht zu gewissen Zeiten zur Verfügung

In der Küche war leider kein Herd und kein Backofen verfügbar. Bei Aufenthalten länger als 2 Tage wäre das schon praktisch. Man konnte auch andere Bewohner in ihren Zimmern hören, es war aber nicht schlimm.

D'être resté embarré dans ma chambre durant une heure parce que le système de code inséré à la poignée ne fonctionnait pas. Ce n'est arrivé qu'une fois, mais ce fut extrêmement frustrant et dangereux. J'ai eu beau refaire le code ou taper la lettre C pour le désamorcer, cela n'a fonctionné qu'au bout d'une heure seulement. Je n'ose pas imaginer comment un claustrophobe aurait vécu la situation. On devrait toujours pouvoir sortir librement de sa chambre. C'est la première fois qu'une telle chose me soit arrivée. De plus, il n'y avait pas de restos ou d'autres services à proximité.

Unterkunft einfach & gut. Aber: keine Kurzbesuche von Familienmitgliedern - sonst fliegt man raus!

Ich bin mit einer Tochter nach Belfast gereist, um unsere andere Tochter bei ihrer Rückkehr aus dem Universitäts-Auslandssemester zu unterstützen. Die Unterkunft ist ein recht kleines, einfaches Haus mit mehreren vermieteten Zimmern und der schmalsten Treppe und kleinsten Dusche, die ich jemals gesehen habe. Es ist nach deutschem Standard sehr einfach renoviert, aber sauber, als wir ankamen. Wir hatten das Zimmer in Erdgeschoss, sodass wir nachts zwar die steile Treppe zur Toilette hoch mussten, aber die Küche auf unserer Ebene haben. Alles ist klein und beengt, aber typisch irisch, wie meine Tochter mir erklärte. Für zwei Nächte eigentlich ok, wenn nicht eine scheinbar freundliche, aber unfassbar rigide Gastgeberin mir die Freude an der Unterkunft vermiest hätte. Schade, denn wer in einen typischen protestantischen Stadtteil Belfaster Stadtteil und einem einfaches Häuschen reinschnuppern will, wäre hier sonst gut aufgehoben.

Der absolute NoGo war direkt bei unserer Anreise: meine "Belfast"-Tochter begleitete uns zur Unterkunft und half uns, einzuchecken - mein Englisch ist eher rudimentär. Bereits als wir an der Tür mit der Gastgeberin per "Klingel" kommunizierten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir nur zu zweit angemeldet seien. Das wussten wir. Gäste seien nicht erlaubt - das wussten wir nicht - diese Info fehlte schlicht in der Beschreibung, sie findet sich erst in den Hausregeln, die man in der Unterkunft findet. Ein Besuchsverbot wäre ein absolutes Ausschlußkriterium für uns gewesen - schließlich waren wir zu dritt in Belfast, wenn auch nur zwei Personen im Häuschen schlafen sollten. Unsere Tochter half uns trotzdem kurz beim Auspacken und schminkte sich kurz - die Mädels wollten gleich gemeinsam ausgehen. Die Gastgeberin muss uns über Kamera überwacht haben, denn ich erhielt recht schnell einen pseudo-freundlichen aber knallharten Anruf, dass meine Tochter augenblicklich das Haus verlassen müsse, sonst würde sie meine Reservierung aufheben und uns rausschmeißen. Haben Sie so etwas schon einmal erlebt? Wir jedenfalls nicht - und wir hoffen auch, niemals mehr wieder eine solche Gastgeberin zu haben. Was konnten wir tun? Meine Tochter nahm es mit Humor und schminkte sich dann tatsächlich auf der Straße. Aber für den weiteren Aufenthalt machte es das ein oder andere Treffen doch deutlich komplizierter. Die zweite Sache betrifft die Sauberkeit: wenn sich wildfremde Menschen ein Bad teilen, sollte es öfters gereinigt werden. Was am Anfang vorbildlich sauber war, war irgendwann so, dass ich Bartstoppeln und Schamhaare in Waschbecken und Toilettenbrille entfernen musste bzw. nach zwei Tag an der gleichen Stelle fand. Nicht lecker.

Super j’ai adoré, propre, rien à dire. Je m’y suis senti bien ! La jardin est très agréable et le reste de la maison aussi , c’est sympa pour quelques jours si on veut visiter Belfast ce n’est pas loin. J’ai tout fait à pied sinon il y a des bus . C’est une ruelle très calme et appréciable !

Прекрасний дизай в кімнаті та дуже затишна. Менеджер дому дуже комунікативна та приємна. Мені сподобалось що мені не потрібні ключі, автоматизована система. Дуже добре продумана система заселення гостей, все зрозуміло з смс що я маю робити. Мені не потрібно було турбувати когось щоб заселитись в дім. Організовано дуже добре.

Однозначно душова кімната, я не розумію кожного дня приходить прибиральник, але вона остається нечистою. Тобто на білій поверхні, умивальник чи туалет, підвіконня білого кольору і якщо не протирати вони будуть в пилу. Також в душовій не дуже комфортно митися полички немає, свої засоби по догляду ставите на підлогу і коли треба скористуватися ними треба нагинатися постійно і притулятися стін чи дверей що не дуже комфортно бо душова кабіна дуже маленька.
