Cosy and comfortable stay!

Our stay at Carol's b&b was very pleasant. As a host she was very welcoming and easy going and made us feel at ease. The house was nicely laid out and our room was very comfortable and clean and we had a great peaceful night's sleep. If you're looking for a nice comfortable spot to stay in a great location then look no further.

Eclectic treasure

Staying at this B&B is like staying with your hip grandma (if grandma was a young, cool artistic soul!) The whole stay felt like a warm hug! Funky decor, amazing hospitality, and breakfasts that rock! Super comfy, on street parking and just a short taxi or 30 min walk to town. A hidden gem! 🌟 Loved everything about this stay! Wished we had longer to just chill in the lounge.

Lovely quirky property on a quiet street just 15-20 minute walk from the city centre and botanical gardens. Nice breakfast and very friendly host, who lives in the property.

Friendly, cosy stay close to Belfast city centre

We stayed for 3 nights at The Beautiful B&B on the Park and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Carol is a great host, she made the stay and comfortable and welcoming as we could have asked for, and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and drink as well as interesting things to do and places to visit. The property is about a 20-25 minute walk into the city centre, not far from St George's Market, and maybe half an hour or so to the Titanic experience. The breakfasts were delicious and always loads of food, and Mary the cat was always around to say hello to us. We would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend

Carol was extremely communicative prior to my stay with a couple of questions I had and was very accommodating. She gave me a warm welcome into her lovely house which was beautifully decorated with lovely touches everywhere. The bedroom was very cosy with nice lighting and a comfy bed. Tea and coffee making facilities were great and the whole place very clean and tidy. I had my own bathroom too which I appreciated. The street was very quiet and close to town so all good. Breakfast was really great with a lovely selection and she served it a bit earlier for me as I had to be in town early. Carol was a fab host, was there if I needed anything but otherwise left me to my own devices! I would recommend this B&B to everyone.

Great place to stay

Very comfortable bedroom and welcomed by Carol with a cup of tea on arrival. Carol was extremely helpful and booked taxi for us to Titanic Experience and booked restaurants for us. Had a good walk in the park that was close by.

Charming Home, Gracious Host, and a Breakfast Fit for Royalty

Beautiful, eclectic home with a cozy vibe and friendly host. Carol was so accommodating and lovely, I wish we could have had more time to enjoy her home, interesting decor and artwork and conversation. Mary the cat was a lovely bonus. Parking was easy, many attractions were an easy walk. Be prepared to eat like a queen at breakfast, I’ve never seen such a feast.

An excellent stay in a film lover’s dream B&B.

The location is in a quiet road, with good on street parking. The location is also easy enough to walk to the centre of Belfast from which is a big plus. Breakfast was wonderful and plenty of it too, whilst the decor of the bedroom and house in general was lovely and slightly quirky which was fun. It’s especially good if you’re into classic films as the owner has decorated with a film theme - posters etc - throughout, though tastefully so it doesn’t feel overdone. All in all the whole experience was excellent and I would be more than happy to make a return visit.

All in all I could find no fault with my stay.

Absolutely amazing host! Carol is lovely and very accommodating. I personally prefer a bit harder bed, but I guess majority likes beds softer/medium and not firm. Overall very beautiful and cosy home and tasty breakfast. Loved Mary the friendly feline most ❤️

Really unique property with lovely decor. We were very well looked after - my husband thought the breakfast was the best he’d had! Lots of lovely touches, like proper milk in a little flask to keep it cold in the room, so a proper cup of tea :)

Perfect weekend getaway

We loved every second of staying at Carol's house. She's lovely personality, loads to talk with her. I could stay there for days. Our stay was only for one night as part of our weekend gateway. The whole house is so unique and full of personality. I loved every corner of it. Not to mention Carol's breakfast!! Best scrambled eggs. We also found walk to the city centre not being that bad - nice 30 min walk and explore. Highly recommended!

Lovely and cozy

This hotel was amazing. First, I’d like to thank Carol for the kind and warm hospitality. She told me many places to go based on my request and every place she told me was amazing. Also, the hotel was great. In addition to Carol’s hospitality, very cozy lovely rooms made me feel like home (even though I’m Japanese!). Finally, I have to mention her cat Mary. She was so adorable that I couldn’t go out hotel for dinner. Oh, I really regret that I only stayed for a day!! I hope I can stay there again. Thank you Carol!!

It was a high-quality B&B. The whole house was clean and the decor was in keeping with the house. The breakfast was amazing and Carol was a really good hostest. There when you wanted ,but also giving you your own space.
