The Blue Garden Flat

Lokalizacja, blisko centrum ( około 20minut spacerem), a jednocześnie cicho i bezpiecznie. Dobra cena do jakości. Pokój dobrze urządzony na 2 osoby. Pokój generalnie dość dobrze wyposażony, parę rzeczy można by uzupełnić ( talerze szklanki, kieliszki do wina ...) posiadający pralkę. Dużym plusem było solidne ogrzewanie pokoju.

Kontakt z gospodarzem przed zameldowaniem, ogólnie bardzo miły Pan, ale troszkę , mam wrażenie , roztargniony. Finalnie było ok. Czystość pokoju, brak szczotki do WC, oraz szczotki do sprzątania pokoju ( lub innego sprzętu).

Some young adults were staying in room next to us and maybe the house. They were quite loud around 3am on the Friday night and think a few tried the door handle on our room. Not hosts fault, maybe the fault of the people in the house.

Great location perfect for getting to and from the city centre. Has everything you need shop wise on your doorstep. Great for communting with regular bus and train services withing walking distance. The property had everything I needed, was clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was polite and was there if any help was needed.

The location for us was perfect. Easy to get into Belfast City center.

The kerb appeal was very messy. Cars parked on the driveway which looked like they hadn’t moved in a long time. Overgrown hedge which you had to push past because of the car that was parked close to the path that lead to the back of the property where the Flat was. We drove past a few times because we didn’t expect it to look so unkept. Outside the flat was a seating area in a garden, this was untidy too and not maintained. The flat itself was ok. Bed linen and towels smelt musty. The kitchen could do with a bit of attention, worktop was wooden and had gone a bit sticky. Only 2 small cups so would benefit from a dinner set. The owner seemed to be a pleasant chap and was probably doing his best.
