Location was perfect, so close to town centre, yet lovely and qiuet at night. The host was very kind letting us know cleaning would be a bit later than normal so we did not have to rush to leave. Providing a radio was great, love a bit of radio in the morning. The provision of a homemade loaf and eggs for breakfast was delightful and exceedingly tasty, loved the touch of leaving a little section of butter, the sort of thing people hate to have to buy and then waste two thirds.
Could have done with slightly firmer pillows, but really nothing to spoil our stay

Very friendly welcome from host with thoughtful welcome pack including basic groceries
It was a shame to have to check out so early on a Sunday morning. Check out was between 1000-1100 and despite requesting an 1100-1200 check out our host was unable to change check out time

Proximity to Belfast. It had a washer. It had separate bedrooms for the 2 beds.
The parking on the street was terrible . The car parks were full all the time and it was almost impossible to find a park, and not near the house.
The microwave was dirty, and some of the dishes had only been rinsed, not properly washed, and had been put away dirty.

Good location
Welcome food and kitchen products including - milk, butter, delicious home made bread etc.
Heating throughout
Parking was the major problem. We were unable to park in the same road.
