Cosy Town House

I liked how easy to access and how clean it was

Easy to access and clean facilities

I've had the best night sleep in so long. The bed is comfortable and pillows are soft. The house is pleasantly peaceful. I was here to go to a concert in the park so I booked this house as it was in walking distance and it was exactly as it said, 20 minutes either way. Fantastic. Daniel was great at answering my messages and let me check in earlier as I was worried travelling alone and wondering around all afternoon having seen riots in Belfast on the news just last week. He reassured me and I really appreciate that. My room is big and spacious with a big window. The rest of the house Ive seen, lives up to it's title, cozy.

2 small things. The house has damp which I think people should be aware of as it can effect health and I know the property certainly won't advertise that. It's evident in almost all areas I've seen and can be smelt downstairs in particular. It hasn't bothered me as the house is clean but as I said. It can effect health for some. 2nd is really small but I chose to walk here from the city centre. A half hour walk with a heavy bag on my back. My choice. I'd been up really early too for my flight. So when I arrived, I just wanted to put my sore feet up and rest with a cup of tea. There was no sugar in and the milk was 2 days out of date. So I had to put my shoes back on and head out to find a shop which thankfully isn't far away.

It was very clean and the host very responsive to messages. Okay value for money.

It was very dated and a bit run down. Local area wasn’t the nicest, did massively feel safe walking around. Woke up in the morning to a burnt out wheelie bin outside the property, not the owners fault at all but something to be mindful of.
