Really good location only a short drive to the city and titanic museum. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants, cafes bars etc around.
Was a bit confusing to get into the carpark while following Google maps

Beautiful apartment. Very central. I scored 9 because the cleaners could pay attention to detail (kitchen cabinets greasy, shower tray needs tlc and crayon marks on furniture and scuff marks on some walls) but other than that the place was clean and it had everything we needed. Lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Excellent location. Very warm and cosy. Beautiful entrance into apartment block. The kitchen is stunning. It took me 15 minutes to walk to victora square. The view was excellent.I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family. Andrew was extremely helpful and reachable at any time. Thank you for a great stay

Wi-Fi details were incorrect. Too few towels for a family. Also this is our 5th trip to Belfast in 3 years and 4pm check in time was the latest we have ever been given. There is a 10 euro an hour charge if you want to check in earlier.

Location was excellent and it felt secure. There is a lovely long shared outdoor space outside lounge door which is great for pets. The beds are also very comfortable.
A few extras cooking bits in the kitchen would be appreciated, e,g, oil & condiments. Wi-Fi instructions were also completely wrong. The apartment is lovely & modern but not Luxurious in our opinion. Skirting boards and walls need a little tlc.

Unable to fairly grade as they placed me in alternate accommodation. I was supposed to get an email at 1230 confirming access details but heard nothing. I contacted them2 hours later to be told they would look into non receipt. They then told me the accommodation was not available due to damage caused by the previous guest that would take days to resolve. The communication at this point was good. He sent a video of where I was offered (it turned out the video was not the unit they gave me). Communicating disappeared when I requested recompense for my inconvenience.
I didn’t stay here. I specifically booked this for its proximity to Boucher Fields. They placed me in a unit 1.2 miles away at room 514, Portland 88, 55 Ormreau Road (which doesn’t seem to be on their website). In fairness a good location for the city centre but not for my reason for being in Belfast. The place was clean but the windows do not fit/close so there was a draft and the beds were absolutely awful. Lumpy and battered. It was a reasonable sized space but not what you’d describe as luxury. I also don’t recall seeing the third party website requiring £35 indemnity against damage on the booking (or £250 refundable deposit). I tried to discuss my issues and have had no response in 5 days.

Apartment different from what pictured. Mould, broken shower never repaired, windows locked, cabinet destroyed, scuffs everywhere, furniture pictured non in thea partment, loose wires on the floor, holes in walls, no access by lift, in general poorly maintained. We found a sync module for cameras, probably hidden somewhere. Their Luxury 5* level appears being more like social housing standards

Potentially a lovely apartment. It was not the apartment we booked but after several attempts to obtain the entry details for the original apartment we were told it was having work done and were offered and accepted an alternative.
There was a lot to like except the broken window catches in one of the bedrooms. The window was open,we presumed for fresh air, but on retiring discovered the window would not close at all, allowing a stream of very cold air. We had to move bedrooms into a smaller room as it was impossible to remain in the en-suite room. It seemed that the metal surrounding the glass was warped and rusty and not a recent happening. It remained in this state for the full booking despite notifying the owners which was acknowledged. This adversely impacted our stay.

Lovely little apartment & nice ground floor patio area. Owner was 💯 respsove. Good beds & clean towels & linens- The apartment is not 5* though- I think it would get better reviews if it marketed itself at 3*

Dirty and stained bed covers and cushions. Food stains on couch. Only one socket for bedside light - both rooms. Door off kitchen cupboard. No tea towels or dish cloths. Only four cups/mugs. Doors and skirting boards unfinished. No bathroom shelves or hanging hooks. No exit instructions for carpark. Should not be described as luxury.

This was an amazing apartment with private underground parking which is so convenient in a large city. The apartment was fantastic, had everything you would need in a home from home. The beds were so comfortable that I actually took a picture of the label and contacted the manufacturers to get one for my own home.
The decking outside was extremely slippy, but we were having particularly bad weather, frost and snow.

Nice apt central location
A few parties in the building one was so loud kept wife and kids awake, kids 2,6 & 8 respectively. Appreciate the owners can't legislate for that. There is also a damage deposit charge of £200 that must be paid in advance of your stay which was a surprise however again I understand the need for it. Raised the issue with the host on the loud noise from the party and yet to get a response, up until then couldn't have been more responsive. Could all be down to bad luck on our behalf but wouldn't book again as a result

Excellent apartment , fully furnished with utensils and cutlery too.
Spacious rooms , it felt like a home away from home. We only booked for 1 night which was the only disappointment as wanted to stay longer there. Would definitely repeat this next time in Belfast.

We stayed at Portland 88, but this was agreed ahead of arriving. The apartment was immaculately clean and stylish, it had a well equipped kitchen area, it is in a good location for the city and although it appeared busy, it was well insulated against noise, the apartment contained everything you could want for either a short break or indeed an extended holiday, there was a very clean foyer and lift to all the floors, it is approx 15mins walk of the city and few minutes from resturants and takeaways and convience store. Overall I would highly recommend a stay, correspondence with Adam was responded to promptly.
The bed was the best ever, and the most comfy pillows and duvet.
Potland 88 does not come with parking. We arrived late at night and parking was an issue, tho, in daylight just past the accommodation is paid parking at £7.00 per 24hrs, lock box was a little confusing as not really marked with numbers, and is located on both sides to the left. Maybe in daylight and not such dreadful weather these issues might not have been noticed.

We had booked to stay in these apartments however before arrival were moved to a different apartment close-by with prior consultation from the owner due to a leak in the apartment we had originally booked. I travel alot with my daughter due to a hobby and this was the warmest and cleanest apartment we have stayed in. Located 7-8 minutes drive from town centre. Very beautifully decorated, spacious and nice and warm on arrival. Would highly recommend. The beds were very comfortable and overall absolutely spotless. The communication with the owner was A+ , they were extremely helpful and pleasant and professional.
