Reasonably got location in terms of walk ability to Cathedral Square and Riverfront and some nearby restaurants about two blocks away. The check-in process was reasonably easy. We did not meet Darin but communication was good. It was nice to have parking in the facility.

The property images do not reflect what we got. They probably have more than one apartment. The hallway is leading up to the apartment were really dirty. The apartment itself was OK, but the layout was more dorm like with sort of an austere appearance. There were sharp metal carpet tacks sticking out of the carpet into the bathroom entry off of one of the bedrooms, which were very uncomfortable to walk across barefoot when getting out of the shower. Ray, who checked this and did not tell us there were extra fobs in the room to get us in the building and when we left, Darin asked us where the extra fobs were after we left, and we didn’t know because we were never informed about them. We had a party at five adults, so it would’ve been nice to have access to those extra fobs and been informed about this. The surrounding area, especially the main street also is dirty, and there are multiple homeless people around, which is likely a function of the culture in Belfast. One of our younger adults was uncomfortable walking to the bus station early in the morning the last day.
