Great flexible space, 20 minute walk from Donegal Square, and very close to Botanic gardens for a nice dog walk

Great space, great views of the city from the Royal round to Stormont and the Belfast hills. One thing I really appreciated were decent size towels, I weekly stay in hotels and apartments and having proper size decent towels is a lot rarer than it should be. Host was excellent, very helpful and very responsive

Everything about the accommodation was 100% spot on! The owner,Darin, was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. The apartment was clean, tidy, close to city centre.

Comfortable, clean and a home away from home

We loved everything about the property. It was clean, comfortable and had all the basic things we needed. We have three small children and it was ideal for us. It was quiet and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. We will absolutely return. Having secure parking was another added bonus.

Clean spacious apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean, loved coming back to it every evening after a busy day of sightseeing as it was so comfortable and warm. The kitchen facilities were perfect for cooking. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. The balcony was a nice addition to have. The area was quiet. Could hear a train sometimes but it didn't bother us. It was great to have parking included also. The host/staff was very quick to reply to messages.

The lift was out of order but the few flights of stairs didn't bother us.

Darin is a great host and has a great property

Host met us on arrival showed us to our apartment and answered any questions we had. Location is excellent plenty of bars and shops on the doorstep and a short walk to the centre of Belfast.

Great apartment but not in the best part of the city.

This is a lovely clean and well equipped apartment which we got at very short notice after our previously booked apartment cancelled our stay 2 hours before check-in! We contacted Darin at the apartments direct who was absolutely lovely. Nothing was a bother and communication with him was excellent. The only downside is the location of the apartment which is definitely not in the best part of the city but apart from that we couldn't fault it

The location. Streets around it are a bit run down. One bedroom was cold as the radiator didn't seem to work but to be fair to Darin we didn't mention anything to him when we stayed there.

Great location. Walking distance to bars restaurants and city centre. Designated on site parking (basement), great for us as travelling with elderly mum with mobility issues. Ray(caretaker ) got us parking space right beside lift. Ray and Darin(owner) very helpful and obliging. The small balcony added bonus to sit out in nice weather. Would highly recommend!

Double bed was a bit small(we’re use to king)and I found a little uncomfortable. Bedroom with two single beds my mum slept great in!

Excellent property and well managed

Lovely apartment with good facilities and secure parking. Helpful household items supplied. Walking distance to city centre. Good communication with host and with Ray who showed us how the everything worked. Super close to excellent food options and easy for food delivery. We stayed mid week and it was quiet even though it’s in a student area.

No dishwasher, sink plug doesn’t seal for washing up! Second room was a bit cramped, no where to put or hang things in ensuite, needs a couple of shelves or towel racks!

Very poor. Very disappointing.

Not much to be honest except for its proximity to the outer part of the city centre. It's not as close to the city centre as described.

The lift was out of order when we arrived. This wasn't disclosed when we were booking. Communal areas are not clean. A brick wall adjacent to the footpath leading to the apartment had blown down in a recent storm but loose brick piles are still existing. There were dirty dishes on the dishwasher when we arrived, chocolate powder and staining on the arm of one of the couches and the kitchen sink could have been cleaner. An empty Red Bull can hadn't been removed from the balcony. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and water in showers changes from hot to cold every couple of minutes.We wouldn't stay again.

Communication was excellent, Darin was very quick to respond & helpful, access & parking instructions were easy/clear. Location was brilliant for access to city & surrounding area. The apt was so clean and spacious, plenty of room for the 6 of us. We got to the property late so the few little extras in the kitchen were very welcome by all 😁. We had a great time in Belfast. The apartment is in a great location, which is very accessible and just a short walk from a lively street full of restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made it really convenient for meals and exploring the city. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony — it was lovely to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the city view. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and well-maintained. Everything felt clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location of the apartment is excellent right in the middle of the city centre. Darin our host couldn't have been more helpful and friendly offering lots of advice for us first time visitors to Belfast, If we had any questions during our visit, we only had to contact him.

Basic accomadation in a student area not as described

The location

This is definitely not Corporate or business accommodation. For starters the communal areas are in need or a good cleaning and painting. There were loads of dirty mattresses in hall area and all walls and lift needed cleaning and painting. This is in student accommodation area not Corporate. The mattress in our apartment were well pass there best therefore we didn’t have a comfortable sleep. You had nowhere in your room to sit and do your makeup, I had to move a mirror in order for it to be near a socket so I could dry my hair. Just prove I cannot trust reviews
