Great location and comfortable space

Expensive to have an early check in of 12.30pm. Apartment not in the best of repair. One set of blinds not working. Bin broken. Damp patches on ceiling. Kitchen plug not great. Limited cutlery and utensils and crockery. One kitchen cupboard cannot be opened.

Good apartment, needs some refining to make perfect

Layout is good. Kitchen well stocked and handy. Really appreciated that the basics (tea/coffee/sugar/loo roll/kitchen roll/ hand wash) were provided. Comms were good

Things are a bit worn/badly finished in places. Loud, squeaky door hinges in bathroom disturbed sleep at night when my son went to the loo. Noises in the back of the building disturbed sleep at 7a.m. Crockery/cutlery wasn't well cleaned, which slightly undermined confidence in cleanliness in rest of apartment. Bedroom smelt of sweaty teenager!

Great location and was warm and easy to get to.

The apartment was very cosy and easy to heat with lots of hot water, towels and bedding. It was also central to lots of restaurants and cafes and easy walking distance to popular attractions. Correspondence regarding check in etc. was very good with quick responses for any questions.

The sofa bed needs replaced as it’s not very comfortable as a bed or sofa. Some soft furnishings need replaced as some were stained as was the rug in the living room floor. Tv unit was levelled with pieces of folded paper and could do with replacing. Dishwasher was full on arrival. Bathroom sink and some floor tiles are cracked so would need attention as time goes on. This apartment has the potential to be a 10 but is getting tired so needs new furnishings and a paint.

What a weekend!

Fabby apartment, just a couple of tiny hickups, but the host was wonderful, couldnt have been more helpful. Location was perfect and Belfast is amazing.

The lift wasnt working, it was on the top floor, but we're fit enough, if you're not might be a little difficult, but the lift might also be fixed, so check.

Great location, but minor niggles.

Location was superb. Very sizeable apartment.

We were on the 3rd floor. Lift was still not working when we left on 06 January. There was a mismatch of cutlery with only 1 teaspoon. The central heating was a nightmare. It kept coming on in the middle of the night at full heat. The bedroom radiator pumped out warmth even when turned off! On occasion, there was quite a lot of noise from the street (people screaming and shouting). There was not enough storage space for clothes.

Didn't meet expectations, very disappointed.

Location was very convenient and open plan kitchen and living room was spacious.

Lift to top floor not working, narrow staircase and difficult bringing up luggage. No coffee or condiments provided, no sachets, just some old dirty tea bags. Bedrooms too small but living room too big for the cold, high ceilings not a good combination with dodgy heating system. The double bedroom has the bed against the wall so the person sleeping at the wall has to climb out of the bed awkwardly in a tiny double bedroom, no bedside cabinets or lamps handy. Place was freezing when we landed, couldn't get heating working for ages, fault with boiler that had to be worked with. Disappointing overall which is a pity, location was brilliant and the place has so much potential.

Nice apartment in a great location and with a nice view

Great location, very big apartment, great amenities, pretty quiet for a central based apartment. The owner was very communicative, reaponsive and helped us exchange for another apartment.

The elevator was dead and we were on the 4.th floor 😅 but I’m sure that’s not a usual thing. We also had some issues with windows and heating a little bit but nothing too bad.

Most of the property is old and worn out, one of the sofas in the property you would not even sit on as was so bad. The sofa bed is only for 1 adult and we booked for 4 adults so my 2 adult daughters had to go foot to head up and down on the small sofa bed. None of the blinds work in main room and doors didnt open or window so room was hot when we arrived and no way to get any air in room and same in the one bedroom.

A bit dissappointing :(

It was a nice apartment.

The apartment was on the top floor of the building, but the lift wasn't working! Customers MUST be advised that there is no lift. The stairwell was so narrow, my husband didn't even attempt to take our suitcase up. We had to take out the bare essentials. We are on the 'elderly' side and it was a real struggle. We definitely wouldn't have stayed there had we of known that the lift wasn't working.

Good space - make sure lift is working before you book

Location was good to bars and restaurants and city hall. Staff were attentive to concerns. Apartment was spacious.washing machine was very handy.

Carpets and couch need a good cleaning. Quite dirty. They didn't offer us a discount or refund after they informed us the day of check in that there was no lift as it was not working. We were booked on the top floor of apartment 5 floors up with a lot of baggage. They should have notified us that lift not in service and offered us choice of cancelation.

Fab group trip

The property was in a fantastic location to the bars. Both apartments we had were spacious and clean, hosts were gery amenable allowing us an early check in to 1 apartment. We really enjoyed and would return.

Only downsides were the lift was broken and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to the top and some blinds were broken in 1 apartment allowing light in but simple things that didn’t spoil our stay.

The apartment was clean and as in the pictures. The location was also great.

I realized that the elevator problem I read in the comments was a permanent malfunction. I think the facility should honestly write this in its advertisement. Also, the dishwasher was broken and there was no iron. Finally, I don’t understand why I should throw away the garbage of the room where I stayed for 2 nights!
