Amazing, luxury apartment enjoyed by all the family

Great location -close to everything and amazing views over the river and city. Comfy beds/ sofa bed and clean throughout.
Little housekeeping issues which are easy to remedy- curtains need to be hung properly ( ruins the look of the place), no loo rolls when we arrived and oven function doesn’t seem to work.

The location was close to the city centre. The view of the city was amazing. Facilities were great. Comfy beds.

location was right next to arena and shops. Was well finished and host was helpful
A bit of wear on the property (scuff marks) could do with a paint but not really an issue - just a note

We were let down whilst en route to Belfast and we find this apartment through Booking.com as we were arriving in Belfast. It was exactly what we needed whilst we were visiting a relative. The location worked well for us as it was walking distance to the Titanic Quarter and to the City Centre. The apartment was a good size and worked well for our family. It has fantastic views across Belfast and it was very well managed by Lisa-Marie. She was super helpful, very responsive and an excellent host.
The kitchen was short on dishes but the host, Lisa-Marie addressed that whilst we were there which was very efficient. The third bedroom was a sofa bed rather than an actual bed. The entry fob for the building was a phone which was fine once you mastered it.

Very central lovely apartment and great views of the city
Nothing to dislike about the property itself only complaint bad smell of rubbish in the basement near entrance to elevator where rubbish is stored

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment, amazing location for a night out in Belfast, no need for buses or taxis as everything is walkable from the apartment. Views over Belfast are unreal, so a real treat with this! Amazing communication with the host who was really friendly and got back to any questions super quickly!
We had two cars with us and had two spaces available which was great. Would highly recommend this apartment for a trip to Belfast!
Nothing that we didn't like but we were a group of 6 and there is only one phone which is used for accessing the building and one key to the apartment itself, so it meant you all had to leave and come back together which on our evening out wasn't ideal. There were only 4 wine glasses (but 6 of us) and the cork screw was broke, again these are so minor and easily rectified and wouldn't impact us choosing this beautiful apartment again.

Lovely apartment, great views and perfect location!
There is only one key to the building and car park, which is a little inconvenient when staying with a group. You cannot just buzz someone in, one of us always had to go down to the ground floor to open the door. Same issue with the garage - the person with the key always has to let you out. It would be great if there was an easier option, considering the apartment sleeps six people.

Location superb, everything within walking distance
A little tired, door handles need fixing. Fridge Freezer integrated but not in housing unit

The location was amazing! Great views. Right on the Royal Mile. Nice living room w multiple comfortable couches . It was nice to have a washing machine. (Directions would be helpful since all machines are different. ) We liked the artist community across the street with so many unique items for sale. It was nice to have a grocery store next door. It was nice to have an elevator, but please know there are still 10 stairs.
The beds were not the most comfortable but couches were great. The front door dead bolt needed to be attached, it tended to fall off.

Location is good.
The apartment photos are outdated and misleading. The host was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. We also encountered significant issues with parking, and no support was offered to resolve them. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking this place.

Handy location. Great views
Not properly cleaned. Very noisy at night when windows opened.
Complicated entry and carpark process.
Mismatched, crockery, some plastic, lots of basics missing.
Bedding cheap pillows lumpy!

The property was in a good location, it had great views over Belfast with comfortable living condition’s and two comfortable rooms.
The kitchen area was very very basic, there was a mismatch of 3 mugs only. No glasses for drinking other than wine glasses and two small jam pots. Old/used half drunk bottle of water in the fridge left over along with a half eaten small jam jar in the bread bin which was disappointing as it felt the accommodation had not been properly cleared since the last booking. The bedroom with the pull out bed was disappointing and not comfortable.

Location was great and the view was amazing. The rooms were a good size and two great size bathrooms. Really central for walking to the centre of Belfast.
The apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived, likely due to the Belfast Marathon, but the host was apologetic and kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, when we returned later that evening, we noticed there were no towels in the main bathroom, and overall, the apartment could have been cleaner. With a bit more attention to detail, the stay would have been much more enjoyable.

The host was great to deal with. The location was ideal and the apartment was perfect for my family group.
It was a bit tricky to use the scanner particularly getting into the building but either the concierge was usually there.

The remote key collection was overly complicated and when we did eventually access the apartment to collect the "phone fob" we could not access the car park - luckily the gentleman on reception was able to give us some assistance. Check out was ok but for the fact that once we exited the car park we had find parking on the street and go back up to the apartment on the 22nd Floor to return the phone fob and put the keys in the lock box. Also the allocated parking space was difficult to locate as the allocation numbers are very random. Some concise directions in this regard and also how to locate the lift in the car park (there is little signage in this regard) would have saved a lot of time and stress. Given the cost of the apartment one would expect better facilities such as adequate seating (only four dining chairs for six adults!!!!) and some more glasses, mugs and cooking utensils. The apartment was pretty clean but the kitchen wasn't up to standard for example: dirty oven, utensils left in dishwasher, half used drinks left in fridge ....

Excellent accommodation, very central and amazing views of the vibrant city of Belfast . Wonderful walk along the quays and really enjoyed a coffee nearby. Very helpful advice on arrival and host was always available to assist if needed.

Clean and elegant
Easy check in
Hot water was an issue but host is quick to resolve
It wasn’t equipped with microwave and other things like sponges. Dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets. No broom in broom closet. But other than that everything was ok

Loverly views over Belfast, large rooms, luxurious bathrooms with toiletries, very comfortable beds and an excellent, responsive host who was very accommodating. Loved having a fast washing machine and dryer, with soap powder! Close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
The third bed was a sofa bed which was too small for both our teenagers… it was no big inconvenience but one ended up on the lounge. Only mentioning incase it factors into choice. The other problem was we had no hot water - we discovered after 10pm and left at 5.30am so did not want to disturb the host but it meant none of us could shower! (Minus 3 outside!). So suggest check this when you check in.

The view
It was sold for 6 people and there were only 3 of us, but only 2 breakfast bowels and no coffee at all. Someone came to view the property while we were there.
