En-suite bathroom smelt of drains! Seemed to improve a bit once the shower was used.

Pretty central location & super close to a Tesco supermarket. It seemed to be in a student area & as 2 women travelling together, we felt reasonably safe.
The area where the accommodation is situated was a bit run down & the property is not visually appealing from the outside, having to enter past everyone's rubbish bins. There are 2 flights of stairs to climb up to get to the front door. There was a smell of sewerage in one of the bathrooms, which was unpleasant.

Not a lot
Issues with locks, no hot water, no heater, dirty floors. Raised with admin and it was deemed unreasonable by them. I think there was a vast difference in our interpretation of the meaning of the word luxury
