A pleasant stay in a comfortable setting. Ideal for a short city break.

Location, ideal for central Belfast.

En-suite bathroom smelt of drains! Seemed to improve a bit once the shower was used.

Close to city centre

Pretty central location & super close to a Tesco supermarket. It seemed to be in a student area & as 2 women travelling together, we felt reasonably safe.

The area where the accommodation is situated was a bit run down & the property is not visually appealing from the outside, having to enter past everyone's rubbish bins. There are 2 flights of stairs to climb up to get to the front door. There was a smell of sewerage in one of the bathrooms, which was unpleasant.

A good location to explore Belfast. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our visit.

The stairwell into the property is in need of an update. We had problems with the link to pay the damage waiver deposit. The company did it manually in the end.

Not a lot

Issues with locks, no hot water, no heater, dirty floors. Raised with admin and it was deemed unreasonable by them. I think there was a vast difference in our interpretation of the meaning of the word luxury

Location was great, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The building was noisy but it wouldn't put me off booking again. The apartment could do with a bit of a refurb, bedroom doors creeked but again this wouldn't put me off.

Good location , clean apartment

I expect price shown on Booking .com to be price I pay. I object to another cost of Damage deposit being loaded on top on Booking dot com prices. The information does not mention the non refundable smaller amount which only comes to light in notifications. I should have picked this up as non refundable but when travelling failed to see this. the short abrupt response when querying this cost left me thinking while unit is OK I would look at other options first.

Short but lovely trip to Belfast

Property was in a little gated apartment block which made it feel safe. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well furnished, little touches like tea and coffee, dishwasher pods and washing up cloths go a long way to making a nice stay. It was clean and very much the same as the photos reflect. The online staff were extremely helpful and prompt in replying to questions and providing check in details. Bedding very clean, soft towels and there was shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Location off a side street, so fairly quiet location and ten minutes walk to city centre.

Only a minor issue, could do with some paint touch ups here and there. Looks a little tired in places because of it, and it takes away a little from the otherwise luxury expectation.

A nice and comfortable place in Belfast

The apartment is centrally located in Belfast. It is 10 mins walk from the City Hall. Tesco and several restaurants are nearby. It is well furnished, very clean, and has all the necessities we needed which made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay

Great location, easy to walk to main streets with restaurants on the way etc. Big apartment with all amenities. Very clean, confortable & enjoyable The parking space was a bonus & it felt safe & secure. Would stay here again if we returned to Belfast.

The communication felt like it was a chatbot. Whilst this didn't cause any issues, it felt impersonal. I personally would prefer the host themselves to write messages. Perhaps this is just my opinion & it wouldn't deter me from staying again or recommending to others.

Fab little find!

Location was great for us. Plenty of room, spotlessly clean and super comfy beds! 100% recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Belfast City!

Only thing that could have made it better would possibly be a little welcome sheet confirming some info like WiFi code (which was emailed) and heating instructions. The heating was switched off before we arrived despite being marked DO NOT TURN off so we had struggled a little getting the heating on and couldn't get a shower with hot water until we realised this. Other than this blip, everything was great, including communication with the host!

Estaba todo en su lugar, muy limpio. Cómodo… bien equipado (lavadora y secadora de ropa) plancha etc… El lugar está muy bien.

Me costó encontrar las llaves y la casa, y también tuve que dejar una garantía de última hora… algo que supe de último momento y fue un requisito para poder obtener la llave.

Nada Recomendable. Sucio y Mal olor

La ubicación es buena

Estaba muy sucio, tuvimos que pasar la aspiradora nada más llegar porque estaba lleno de suciedad y pelusas. Las sabanas apestaban a humedad. También pagamos por una cuna y una trona que no recibimos. Y además nos costó mucho conseguir que nos dieran la ubicación y las instrucciones de acceso. No lo recomiendo.

Excelente

Estaba todo muy limpio y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Además la cama era muy cómoda, la localización era muy buena y era muy rápido el contacto con el alojamiento en caso de tener alguna duda. Volvería a repetir este sitio.

El balcón no tenía cortinas y se podía ver todo desde fuera. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
