It was beautifully designed. The beds very so comfy, we slept so well. We loved the location, very near good restaurants & grocery stores, bus routes. Very Convenient for getting into town & very up market location. Recommend the Ulster Museum, botanical museum, troubles tours, titanic museum, 3 C”s for eating - all 20 mins from property by bus some we walked to.
Would recommend introducing a recycling bin or second bin labelled recycling. Would have dusted a bit more if a hoover & duster are left in the property that would help. The property was very clean though.

Stunning house in a great location, communication before was fluid and Kyron was very flexible,
The beds were very comfortable, the house was bright and well organized,
You have a great park with playground 2 mins away and all the shops and restaurants at the end of the street
We will come back

Very spacious and in great condition- terrace a nice touch. Lots of plates, glasses, cutlery etc in a great kitchen. Location great too.
Maybe a welcome pack to help get us started would have helped.

Great location and very spacious
The shower water leaked through the kitchen ceiling (blocked drain), it was dripping from a ceiling light fitting. I made the owner aware of it and was told to 'let it dry out and use lamps instead' I did point out that an electrician should probably check the electrics but he didn't think this was needed, which I was surprised by, the lack of concern for safety worried me. I had 4 children with me and they were very paranoid that they could get hurt from the light switches.
