Owner was a very cheeky individual, rang to get the details when about 10 minutes from the place and was told we weren’t allowed to stay! Had to wait 5 days for refund was absolutely fuming as had to try book somwhere else last minute. Would not recommend honestly believe they should not be in this business. VERY RUDE DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fab location, lovely accommodation and had a great time.

The location was very central to everything, without being too noisy. Plenty of eateries around the place. Apartments were spotless clean. Host was very responsive to any messages/queries. Easy to access.

It would have been nice to have some tea bags, milk etc. on arrival. There was also no sweeping brush or cleaning wipes to just tidy up before leaving.

Moxie apartments

Declan was amazing and accommodated us when we missed our ferry. Location was great very close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Easy parking outside of the property. Would book again when visiting my daughter in Belfast

Walls were very thin so could hear other guests. The handle to shut the main door is very close to edge so watch your fingers.

A little gem in the heart of leafy South Belfast!

Perfect short stay for a couple or friends

Apartment was kept to a high standard. Place was exceptionally clean and staff were on the ball about any questions asked. Would definitely recommend to friends and family for a short day. Will be definitely coming back.

I did not like the fact that there were no condiments. Simple things like a tea bag sugar milk salt. It does not cost a lot to have a wee cup of tea when you arrive after travelling all day.

I think the owner confused "luxury" with "pokey" - it's certainly not the former and def.

Great location - and apartment was clean; logistics on handover were fine.

VERY small for two people. No place to store luggage at all ! / no wardrobes or places for clothes - other than 4 hangers that attach to the wall in the small bedroom. Due to the size of the bathroom - it's one of those micro-sinks that aren't the easiest to wash in. Usual drill of the photos' making it look a lot bigger than it is (Apt 4) - small thing but the Cutlery looked like it came from a 4 years doll house and was equally as sharp. If you plan to spend more than a couple of hours in the place rather than being out all the time; choose somewhere else. Acceptable if it's just for sleeping and the odd meal.

Lovely apartment near Queen's University

The apartment is beautiful and easy to access. I really loved the location and how close it is to Queen's University. The host was always very responsive too.

While I loved the place and would 100% stay again, there were a few things I would mention that I didn't like. There is very little room to put anything (lotions, makeup, facewash) in the bathroom by the mirror, there is no desk/work space, and there is no closet but rather a small place to hand a few items. For a woman with a ton of clothes/toiletries, this was a bit of a pain - but - would stay again!

Clean, comfy, well equipped studio in a great location.

Really great location and a comfortable and very clean apartment, which although small, has clever use of space and is well-designed. Well equipped kitchen that meant we could prepare basic meals etc. Communication with the host was great throughout and we received very clear instructions on key pick up and checkout etc. The local area is great for restaurants and the Botanic gardens are very close by for a nice stroll.

This is more of a clarification to other potential customers to make sure they bring their own supplies eg shampoo and tea and coffee as none of these are provided (although there is kettle and plenty of cups etc for making hot drinks) Also we only had one toilet roll between two of use for three nights so be prepared to buy more. Some other apartments provide basic toiletries and tea/coffee so it would have been handy if we'd known to bring our own.

Everything was great except a stain on the duvet cover. It was clean but must have been missed by the cleaning staff. Take your own shampoo etc.

Great location and very easy to get to from the train station. The apartments themselves were really modern and bright and very comfortable. It was a great base for the large group of us that were staying in the apartments and would definitely book again.

A quiet sleep, in a great location

We were great by Declan on arrival, he was very friendly and helpful. Being Australian (from the North) we feel the cold. We messaged Declan on how to use heating, and few minutes later he was at the apartment. Realty wasn’t expecting such service. The apartment is very roomy, and a great kitchen set up. Everything you would need to cook a good meal. Fridge is only a half size, but that’s the norm around here. All the bars and restaurants are literally around the corner, also the hoo on hoo off bus is a very short walk to the university. There are a few little supermarkets in very close walking distance. But any big stores are a drive away. No big deal, as the little places have everything. It’s a very quiet apartment to sleep at night. The Tv has everything you need, if you want. There are stairs but really not many. Like any of the terrace houses. Loved our stop here.

Not a biggy, but a small shelf in the bathroom would be fabulous. And maybe something to sit your suitcase on in main bedroom. But like I said, not a deal breaker.

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Town centre is basically a 5 minute taxi or 15 minute walk. The main street which is about 4 doors to the right and a right turn is door to door food and drink places from all over the world. I recommend the Cuban Sandwich Place... Awesome Brisket and u have the local mini market around the corner that sells booze from 08:00 🤣 Always a bonus when ur rough as a badgers arse😜. All in all its a great location for a stay.

I can't fault the accommodation for anything apart from the fact that there is no washing machine. If it gets messy and ur there for longer than a long weekend then it could be annoying but our host Declan was an absolute pleasure and I'm 100% positive he'd sort it out for u. Very accommodating person and a great guy. 👍

Superb

Lovely, modern and spotless apartment with all the necessary facilities. No issues whatsoever and support was really just a message away. The location is ideal - less than a 15-minute walk from the city centre. It is very close to the Botanic Gardens and the Ulster Museum. The apartment is on a nice quiet street as well. I highly recommend it.
