Just one slight thing I’d change but it didn’t detract from our stay at all.
The sofa in lounge area is very straight and firm.
A comfy curl up sofa or an odd recliner chair for me as an oldie is something I’d have welcomed after a busy day touring the city.

Loved the fact it was a house so close to the city centre. They also provided tea/coffee/milk and cleaning products which was a bonus.

The outdoor door handle kept falling off and the handle in the twin rooms was iffy as well - didn’t affect our stay - just be good to sort as it’s minor

The hosts were excellent in providing information regarding the property prior to arrival. It was also the perfect location if you want to walk to restaurants, shops and pubs. Parking was also ideal to have a parking space right at the door. We’re hoping to book again soon!

All the little personal touches and the amenities left on property. Toni was lovely and excellent in communicating with us. He also let us check in early. The location is excellent. So close to the centre and the property is big and stylish.

Property was in a very central location. When we first pulled up I was concerned as lots of graffiti on walls around parking and rubbish around. Inside was very clean. Kitchen very well stocked with utensils etc. lots of information given about Belfast. TV didn’t work well but that didn’t bother us as out a lot.
Front door was very hard to close and required
Lifting to close. Doors to rooms hard to close. Showers are very small and if a plus size would be hard to get in and out with door space.

Lots of space. Enough room to work in with fast Wifi. Brilliant location to walk anywhere. Parking at the front door is so practical. It was extremelly quiet. Only improvement can be to maintain the backyard.

Property was comfortable, personally wouldn't have more than 4 here as the lounge wasn't quite big enough but house on the whole was great. Location is perfect and access was easy. Parking was also a bonus! Kitchen was well stocked with your standard kitchen needs.
Mould issue in the bathrooms but made the host aware.

We had a lovely stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 & a half bathroom apartment. Tony was very easy to reach and always responded promptly to any queries. The apartment was centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood and near to main Belfast city attractions. We felt very safe in this area.
The apartment was super clean and we enjoyed the personal touches in the decor. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, equipment etc for cooking and everyday living during our 5 day stay. Beds were super comfortable and had lovely flannel bedding for our stay over December.

The apartment was wonderful, Tony and Una take great pride in their home and were very easy to deal with. It was spotless clean and is exactly as the photos. It is also only a short walk from the city centre, so it is an ideal location and we will definitely be back again in future

The house is in a great location. Just a short walk from Lanyon Place Train Station. It is also a short walk into the city centre. It was clean and tidy with all kitchen facilities allowing us to cater for ourselves if we chose to. The bedrooms were clean and tidy and having 2 bathrooms was great. The central heating was excellent and was needed for December. Both arrival and departure were easy and the host was available for queries. Thank you Tony and Una.
