Good location, but poor communication when requesting assistance.

Easy check in process. Clear instructions to follow and no issues.

The fob to the garage did not work and I wasn't able to park my car on the street. I called to request a new set and nothing was done until the evening before I was due to check out. Also did not appreciate having to pay either a £35 deposit waiver, or a £5 handling fee for the security deposit. This just seems like money for nothing.

Clean, comfortable, nice location

It was clean, comfortable and the host was great. Location is also top notch, very close to the city centre

not really important, but I think they should replace all the lightbulbs with "warmer" lights. the blue "cold" lights they have at the moment are a little bit eerie and not great for relaxing

Sofa bed was a bit on the grubby side and not especially comfortable, but very handy to have and use. whilst apartment totally clean, the washing up liquid was definitely not fairy, no suds at all, difficult to keep on top without using dishwasher

Awesome apartment and perfect location

The apartment was beautifully presented and in a great location. Although it’s amongst lots of other apartments and in the city, it was nice and quiet. It was perfect having an allocated parking space too. Honestly I’ve nothing negative to say about our stay.

Great location if you’re looking to stay centrally

A clean and modern apartment with lots of amenities (dishwasher/smart TV/wifi). Showers were hot with excellent pressure. Location was fantastic- everything was within walking distance for us

The use of a 3rd party for a deposit isn’t something I’m a fan of. Getting the keys could be clearer - a link was sent day of check in with videos but the actual location of where that was situated should be clearer as what we encountered didn’t match the photo. Also one of our party tried to sleep on the pull out sofa bed but there was no extra blankets anywhere in the apartment to facilitate this. We only had 4 people in our group so ultimately managed it, but it’s we found it misleading to say you have the extra available bed if the person is expected to sleep there with no bedding.

A modern and luxury city-centre apartment. Perfect for families/groups of friends visiting the area.

The location was ideal and central, perfect for travelling around the city centre. A well-maintained, clean and modernised apartment. Perfect for groups of friends or families visiting the area. The amenities were brilliant too - an all round perfect apartment.

The only downside was the ironing board was broken upon arrival which wasn’t ideal; this never impacted the stay but is something that could perhaps be rectified pretty quickly. Check-in was self-service, however, the instructions could be a bit clearer in stating the location of the key safe as this took a bit of time to locate - other than that no major issues.

Nice place and value, but check out the deposit and fee requirements before booking.

A nice place, comfortable and a good location. We walked the whole time around town but it was great to have parking for the car the night before we left.

The deposit system and early check in. They require a large damage deposit and then you have the option to either pay 7.50 to fill out the form or 35.00 for them to wave the possible damage. So I have to pay for you to hold my funds that I May get back within 14 days??? We also had to pay 30.00 for early checkin which then was an hour late, I have not been offered a refund. These items were a negative on an otherwise nice stay.

The WORST place I have ever stayed

The location was in the city centre. Easy to walk around.

This is the worst experience I have done. The property owner is a liar and scammer. He charged me £5 non refundable administration fee for the £250 damage deposite, but told the booking customer service it was charged by my bank(I didn't even put my bank information in before it showed £5 is non refundable). This fee was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. I was basically forced to pay, or I would not be able to recieve check in instructions. BE CAREFUL to read every single piece of information before clicking the reservation button as the booking policy has no free cancellation! The owner would send you a link, which is called superhog. You need to make separate damage deposit payment by following the link he sent. The flat looks like situated in a rough area. The car park shutter fell down when I clicked the key button to get access. Luckily, there was no one injured. The beddings for the sofa bed was dirty. All pillow covers were inside out, I don't think they even changed them after the previous guests' stay. Instead, just flipping them around. Towels and cushions have stains.

Very nice and modern place next to the city center. Very clean and big apartment! We would definitely choose it again in the future. There is also free parking spots.

We couldn't lock the door of our apartment from outside. Since it's renovated we would propose if the door and lock would be replaced with safer ones.

Great apartment to stay for a few night visiting Belfast city. Excellent location. Would recommend.

Fantastic central location within easy walking distance of all city centre sights and areas. Flat newly refurbished and decorated and spotlessly clean. Very quiet inside. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar supplied. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc.

Debris in lift and junk stored on landing - property maintenance issue, not the owner's. Bedroom door silencers would be good. Had a little issue with heating and bulbs for lamps but was remedied within about half an hour. A relatively new business and kitchen very well equipped but maybe some more utensils e.g. carving/bread knife.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern and clean apartment!

This apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable! it was very easy to access with the help of the host sending very clear instructions before check-in. The location was perfect, so central and only a few minutes walk away from the likes of the city hall and Victoria square etc! A bonus was having a secure place to park our car! Handy having all the little bits like glasses, crockery, cutlery, extra towels, toiletries, smart TV & wifi etc. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Belfast and we will be back to stay here again as a group!

Lovely modern appartment, seemed to have just been newly decorated and refurbished. Comfortable, warm and good location! Communication with host was great from the start with check in, very helpful!

We went to use the oven the next morning to cook breakfast and it wasn't working!😒 just couple of suggestions would be to have bins in the bathrooms and a blackout blind on the window in the dining area for privacy🙂

we had a bit of trouble with the car park but that’s not the host fault. it was just a bit unclear that there was 2 separate areas to the car park and we ended up locked in for a stage but again, not he host fault. just an unfortunate situation.
