Das Haus ist modern und gut eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig, nach hinten raus fährt allerdings die Zugstrecke vorbei, was in manchen Zimmern stört. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut.
Das Haus liegt in einem loyalistischen Viertel, überall hängen UK-Flaggen und teils Gewalt verherrlichende Graffiti. Für Touristen ist anfangs schwer einzuschätzen, ob die Nachbarschaft sicher und angenehm ist. Das sollte in der Beschreibung unbedingt erwähnt werden.
