I am really disappointed in my stay and would not recommend this property. First of all they had to move us which was ok .The people previously staying apparently caused a lot of damage. However when we arrived at the property after undertaking all the security to get the key(there is no one to meet you there) the door and the apartment windows were all open and there was a bad smell. The living area was visibly clean but we felt there was a bad smell from thr carpet and the area felt like it was cleaned up after one to many parties. I slept in the smaller bedroom and I honestly could smell body odours from thr pillows even tho the linen was spotless. Only thing I liked was that that there was lovely hot water in the bathroom. I can't understand how people are rating this property so favourably as I found it terrible.

Good for one night to rest the head after a night out!

Beds were comfy and clean, good towels provided. Building itself is a little tired and if you look closely the apartment is in need of some work. The sofa bed was very dirty and I felt sorry for my friend having to sleep on it. The linens provided helped. The dishwasher stank of mould so that smell filled the room but I did report this so I’m sure it will be resolved. Bathroom sink kept filling up with water. Fans should be provided for all rooms as it was very hot. The sound monitoring device kept contacting us even when we were sleeping which was pretty annoying so I can’t see it being accurate as there was no noise at those times. It’s clean and bright and a good size and check in was easy although I don’t agree with having to pay the £5 fee for processing the deposit and I didn’t appreciate having to give so many personal details over to a third party website.

Not cleaned when we got there. Dishwasher didn’t work. Was stinking from dirty dishes Sink in en-suite was slow to drain The couch in living room was broken. Cupboard door in the kitchen was secure but hanging down. Needs some maintenance

A very good apartment for a family to stay in Belfast.

Well equipped apartment located in central Belfast with designated parking space. Easy check in and check out. Walking distance to all major attractions.

The location was good .

The apartment we had was not the one in the photo. Ours was tired and luxurious and over statement. Mold on the ceiling of ensuite and the main bathroom sink leaks making the floor all wet. We paid for early check in from 1pm and only after 3 phone calls did we get the directions and entry details. (Said they would refund £30 for this) The apartment was not ready and the cleaner was still there. Awkward. Main bedroom mattress needs replacing , blinds that block out the light and coat hangers wouldn’t go a miss. There is not one hook for a coat or towel anyway. Then all day incessant banging and drilling from the next door apartment beyond their control but still. Also not convinced lighting functions in communal stairs is legal as had to use iPhone torch to see as it’s so dark. All in all very disappointing experience .

Lovely apartment - would

Great place to stay and would highly recommend. The apartment is located very centrally so it’s easy to get around, with loads of shops and restaurants nearby by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, including dishwasher soap, washing up liquid and sponge, laundry capsules for the washing machine, kitchen utensils and pots and pans etc. The instructions for getting into the building and car park were brilliant! I loved that the apartment came with its own specific car parking space in central Belfast. Check out was also really smooth and easy. Lastly, communication was fantastic and it was easy to get in touch with our host. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Exceptional

Property was exceptionally clean. Check-in process was smooth and staff were very communicative and easy to reach. Will definitely be back every time I come to Belfast as it felt like my own personal space. Location is great and apartment was very spacious.

Concerning amount of pest activity outside the building i.e. rats and mice. Pests running across from bin to building opposite. Close to gate to entrance. Bins should be either locked up or moved and not left in open area ideal for pest activity. Apart from outside, everything was extremely clean inside.

Beautiful house

The location was good and the apartment was beautiful.

The shower curtain needs to be better cleaned. In one of the ooms ( the one without a bathroom) the pillow had two pillowcases and one was dirty and smelt of use. Instead replacing the dirty pillowcase with a clean one, one was put inside the other.

Nice apartment but too noisy !

The property is very central, only a small walk to City Hall and to get to the "Hop on, Hop Off" bus tour. Gated parking is nice because your car is both protected and off-street. The beds are quite comfortable and nearly everything that you need is available in the property (washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, towels (although no tea- towels provided) etc).

Extremely noisy as the windows do not insulate at all from the noise outside! We had drunken people until the early hours of the morning outside and beeping cars, so couldn't sleep until 3-4am. The property needs to be slightly renovated as it is showing signs of wear and tear as bits are coming off: door handle of the living room would come off if you close the door, curtain rail in the living room would come off when you pull the curtain across as the curtain is too small for where the middle bracket has been positioned and no tea towels.

Great apartment!

We really enjoyed this apartment. It is very comfortable and has a great location. As a family of 5, having 2 bathrooms was great. The furnishings are nice, the kitchen is great and the beds were comfortable. Neighbors were very quiet. After a couple of minor housekeeping issues, the host was very responsive and made everything right. We would stay there again. Belfast is safe and wonderful and everything you want to see is very accessible from here.

There were a couple on minor housekeeping issues, and I know these things do happen. The area where the lockboxes are located, outside the building, is a horrendous mess. It's not this host's fault. But one person with 20 minutes and a trash can could clean this up.

Würde ich wieder buchen.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft und entspricht ganz der Beschreibung. Liegt sehr zentral, so dass alles in der Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und schnell.
