Very nicely decorated, lovely sized rooms and top notch accomodation. Very comfortable beds and thoughtful touches. No noise from surrounding houses. .Good location, a walk from centre but on a bus route. Would recommend.
As this accomodation sleeps 8 its obviously going to attract groups. Some singles beds, rather than all doubles would be great. Sofa was very hard for sleeping. Otherwise all good.

Street a bit mixed- shabby in parts and HOMO residences not a good look but the house itself was excellent.
Smallest bedroom had no hanging space for clothes. Bed needs to be away from the wall and lights poor for reading.
I’d suggest taking the floor lamp from the main bedroom and putting it in the living room to create more low lighting ambience so don’t have to use the ceiling lights.
Was a bit nervous about using the dining table without a cover. It looked like it might mark easily. We ate out for every meal so didn’t really test it out.
Heating in January needed to be timed to come on at 3 pm rather than 5pm.
Upstairs the heating worked really well- very toasty but in living and dining room, despite radiators being on maximum the temperature wasn’t quite adequate. I think this is because the radiators in the bedroom are newer than those downstairs?
But again- these issues did not detract from the overall value of the booking and we DID really enjoy our stay.
