Quirky, fun š like a home away from home. Hosts couldnāt do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble.
Couldnāt get the Bluetooth to work on the hot-tub - just used my phone in the end.

Our four night break was superb from start to finish. Crissie and Dessy ensured we had a faultless stay. Their local knowledge, hosting skills and kindness simply shines through. They are truly exceptional at what they do. This has to be the best place to stay in Belfast.

Hospitality was simply outstanding, Christina and Desi were the most welcoming and warm hearted of hosts. Christinaās breakfasts were amazing, very healthy, fantastic variety and a delightful change from the traditional full-English breakfast. The views from the 13th floors were stunning. Loved the hot tub overlooking Belfast.
Absolutely nothing.

The hosts were amazing so welcoming, helpful, friendly and kind! They went above and beyond all the attention to detail and extras made our trip with lots of useful recommendations on where to visit. The room was spotless super comfortable and had everything we needed. The location itself was very accessible with lots around within a short walk. The hot tub and rooftop area was beautiful with stunning views and an easy to work hot tub that was lovely and warm even in October! Thank you Cristina and Desy for the lovely time we will definitely be back!š
Everything was perfect!

This is a single ensuite room inside a penthouse apartment on the 13th floor -- the apartment is across the channel from the Titanic museum. The room has access to the roof terrace to see the city and relax in the spa. The room was very comfortable with a nice bed and pillows. The host provided water, beer, and snacks, which was very nice after a long day's drive. The apartment included secure parking which was a plus. We walked into Belfast to see the City Hall and some churches. It felt very safe walking around.
The only negative (and I had to dig deep) was that the room was on the second floor of the apartment, so we had to haul bags upstairs, but our host helped us with our bags so even that wasn't bad.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The owners, Cristina & Dezzy, were amazing! They went above and beyond, and it felt like we'd made new friends! We had a cozy, comfortable room with lovely decor! Bathrobes, slippers, and even eye masks were some extras provided, as well as plenty of treats, sweets, water, and a welcoming beer! A delicious breakfast each morning, and wonderful coffee! Our room opened up directly to the large rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed the great views, and the antics of some of the local birds! We could have taken advantage of the hot tub, but it was a wee bit too chilly! We would definitely stay here again!
No complaints whatsoever!

The host Christina & Desy were amazing from first contact to helping us unload the car. Room was comfortable and the fridge contained water and beer for us. Breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning; lovely spread of fruit, cereals and both savoury and sweet pastries/bread. Location was great for walking into the city centre and also around to the Titanic Quarter. The roof top Jacuzzi was a real bonus which we used twice during our stay. On our last night Christina had left a bottle of wine for us in our room & they allowed us to order in pizza and eat in the kitchen. On our last morning they also gave us a small gift to thank us for staying at their property.
Nothing - we enjoyed the whole visit

Lovely hosts. Stunning breakfast. Very comfy bed & great en-suite. Spotlessly clean. Very good hints & tips about what to see & do together with dining options & pubs. Nice touches like bottled water, beer & sweet treats. Good location with pleasant walk along the dockside into town. Great to have parking space & wi-fi.
Outside of building didn't look the best on arrival as external repair work going on, but a minor issue as once inside it really couldn't be any better!

We liked everything - the space, location, cleanliness, the food, the views, the hosts, parking, and the decor. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable. We stay at a lot of bnbās and this ranks at the top. Christine and Dezy were so helpful in planning out time in the city and future Ireland travels
Not a thing. The appointment to details in the space was special and the quality and choices for breakfasts there are unsurpassed

So from the moment we landed at the property we knew our stay would be great. Such a warm welcome from the host. Guided tour. Full use of all the facilities. Complimentary drinks and snacks. Room was amazing, fantastic views, very comfortable bed. Absolutely spotless. The continental breakfast had such a variety of fresh produce. No request to big or small for the host. All round the best stay we have had in belfast. Pity we couldn't stay longer. Will definitely be back.
Couldn't find any faults

We loved, loved, loved our stay here!! The hosts Desi and Cristina couldnāt have been lovelier. They were helpful and chatty, but never ever intrusive. The apartment is absolutely fabulous. Even more stunning than the pictures. And breakfasts made by Cristina were absolute feasts. Forget the eggs and sausages- fresh homemade pastries and quiches, cereal, perfectly ripe fruit, and even fresh squeezed juice. Iāve never stayed somewhere with better breakfast. If youāre considering a stay, you wonāt find anything better in the heart of the city.
Nothing not to like!!

We loved the gorgeous views of Belfast, the harbor, the ships coming and going, the beautiful way the entire place was so carefully decorated. The bed was very comfy, the tv was great and there was a telescope for viewing, too. They had cold drinks at the ready, treats to sample, warm robes and slippers, a rooftop hot tub and huge breakfast with so many delicious options.
Nothing! It was perfect!

Desy and Cristina (hosts) gave us a warm welcome and provided a very concise and useful guide to places to eat and visit in the area. Our double room had a superb view of Belfast City and the view of the harbour from the rooftop terrace was amazing! Double room was spacious, bedding immaculate and we had everything we needed including a mini-fridge. Cristina served us breakfast, continental style with homemade pancakes and everything fresh and tasty. Only issue was with parking as I did receive a notice not to park on the street next to the building but won't be a issue next time we visit as we intend to make the journey by train (apartments are not far from train station). We will be back to the James Clow for certain.

Gorgeous, modern, and seemingly brand new condo. Proprietor was extremely nice - and breakfast, while not cooked to order was sumptuous and lovely. Artwork and design is exceptional. Great location in the Dock Quarter near the Titanic Museum.
The room we stayed in was extremely small, ā but thatās city life for you. Also, it was warm the day we were there, and while I did not expect AC in Belfast, a standing fan would have been a huge help. We opened the windows and got a good cross-breeze and things cooled down.

Presented in a sunny, modern and comfortable room, adjacent to a spacious, outdoor rooftop lounging area, breakfast was a lavish presentation of cereals, fresh fruits, cold meats and cheeses, breads, various egg preparations, and all the customary breakfast beverages. Often presided over by one or both of the delightful hosts, the conversation was as pleasant and stimulating as the edibles were nourishing.
š¤hmmā¦leaving? (We solved that issue by booking another visit a week later on our way back to the US.)

Unreal experience, the accommodation is top notch, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Facilities were amazing with stunning views of belfast dock and lough everywhere you turned. Superb continental breakfast with a view and the little touches really made the experience. Loved it so much I booked for another stay. Highly recommend this place and the hosts are the most accommodating people. If I could give 10 stars I would āØļø

I booked this as a Christmas present for my parents as they were wanting to visit titanic museum. The location was great for this. Facilities in the room were perfect. Could not want for anything and they were allowed to check in early.
Probably our own fault for not reading description fully, but, they had an early flight to catch so had to check out early on Sunday morning. There was no breakfast available for them before they headed out as breakfast does not start until later.

The room was very small.
10.0 / 10.0
The room accommodations were superb, and the rooftop views of the city of Belfast and waterfront was just plain amazing to go along with the comfortable all-around relaxing atmosphere. Desi & Christine could not have been more cordial and helpful. Christine made two gourmet breakfasts better than most restaurants.
Not one negative thing to report and no constructive criticism to offer. Desi & Christine have it all perfected.
