Spacious rooms (we rented both), the comfortable beds, the very, VERY good breakfast, the friendly owners who were really helpful with everything we needed, and the view from the 13th floor is wonderful

Location in Belfast! Not too crowded in Sailortown area! Enjoyed seeing port, river and mountains all from our room. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh ingredients—- bread, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit and coffee. Quiet and comfortable!
Windows looking out over mountains had some bird droppings. It would have been nice to have those cleaner. Jacuzzi was broken as well.
