This was a great B&B with everything you needed and more.

This was very centrally located located – easy to walk to St. George’s market, the Titanic, and city Center. Everything you needed was supplied.

The stairs are a bit steep, so that was a challenge with the luggage.

Best location and trustworthy and friendly host

The host was really helpfull. He helped us anyway he can, really easy on whatsapp& phone. When we had simple questions he was ready to help and when our flight was cancelled last minute he was really nice and helped out a lot. He really took his time to explain how things with cancelled flights,refunds via Airlines and last minute taxi reservations. Besides the host himself, the apartment was clean, well stocked and ready to go. Yes it interior is a little bit older and not everything is 100% perfect, but for the 6 days my dad and me stayed there, it served us perfectly. Its close(walking distance to the ulster museum, close to city centre, close to bus stops,supermarkets and trainstations) the airport bus stops not that far away from the apartment, the only thing is a longer walk, but easy by (cheap) bus is titanic museum. In short, this apartment is well worth the money and a save option for those who want a trustworthy host on the background one phonecall away.

Good location, Safe, Clean, Attentive Host

The location was great -- I didn't need a car. The apartment is a 10-minute walk to City Hall (the center of town) and all the places of interest, restaurants, pubs, and shopping are near by. All of the rooms in the apartment are a nice size. And I had a dedicated parking spot. The kitchen had everything that I needed.

It is a bit noisy. 1 bed in the parents room is not really a plus. The bed was a bit small.

In a great Location, but the flat needs a decent cleaner and a bit of attention

Location excellent for the ICC (Conference Centre) and town and only 10 minutes walk from Grand Central Station. Info file in the flat was useful Amazon TV with Netflix and internet worked well. Usb sockets

All the glassware and crockery in the kitchen cupboards had been used and was still dirty - I had to wash everything I needed to eat. drink and cook with. Decor was in need of updating (particularly the bathroom and hall floors) Not all the plug sockets worked A single Yale lock on the front door, and the fob had been part pulled off and looked insecure (although there was an internal door bolt as well), so didn't feel very secure as none of the window locks worked either The shower temperature & water control came off in my hand! Neither the bath or the bathroom basin had a proper plug hole with a strainer, just a central pin and a very big hole (so lived in fear of dropping anything, like an earring and losing it forever!) Having to wait for the door access code until part way through the day of arrival & not having it in advance Mattress was thin and soft and the bed frame squeaked every time I moved... Heating was on a timer and went off at 9:30pm, and couldn't boost it, so got cold by the end of the evening

Lovely little apartment, beautifully decorated. Clean and comfortable. Great position for walking to the city. We stayed here for 2+ weeks and had everything we needed, a bonus to find a range of condiments, oils etc as well as coffee and tea.

The only thing my husband would have liked was a more comfortable armchair. He is 92, walks with a stick, but managed the stairs without trouble once a day.

excellent quality central and easy access

Apartment was perfect very comfortable and had all we needed. Owners were fantastic to deal with and there where no issues. the apartment is on a busy road and the traffic was mad however once windows were closed there was no issue. a little out of the town but it only cost £5 in taxi from town centre which was great and taxi service brilliant. there was also a lot of information in the visitors book in apartment which was a great help I would highly recommend this apartment for location and comfort and easy access. parking was also a big hit no extra expense
