good, not great. best for families looking to save money

the home was very clean and fine for a short stay. The house was adequate for families.

The neighborhood was a bit run down. In the house, sofas were worn (blankets required as covering was coming off) and not especially comfortable. It was a good house for a family to stay in and the price was good, but you get what you pay for. Distance to shops was longer than described and there are few amenities (restaurants etc) in the neighborhood.

Cosy house in Belfast

The house is quiet, and was spotlessly clean. The area is near to the city centre (a short bus ride away). The beds were good and the linen was good quality. The host was exceptionally good, responsive and allowed us to check in early, straight from the ferry. There were supplies left and plenty of tea and coffee.

The TV in the kitchen didn't have an aerial, so was not really usable, and it would have been nicer if it was positioned in the living room.
