Appartement Die Lage ist wirklich toll, viele Restaurants, die Uni und der botanische Garten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut. Matratze aus unserer Sicht ok. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter völlig ok. Alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Sauberkeit war ok.

Bei dem vergleichsweise günstigen Preis haben wir natürlich keine Designersuite erwartet. Manche Unbill war jedoch dennoch unnötig. Was uns den Aufenthalt mit einfachen Mitteln angenehmer gemacht hätte : Bad: Ein Spiegel (fehlt im ganzen Appartement), Haken für Handtücher, evtl ein Abzieher zum Trocknen. Das Handwaschbecken ist sehr klein, eigentlich muss man die Hände einzeln waschen. ;) Küchenzeile: Ausstattung lückenhaft, wenig Besteck und Geschirr (EIN Suppenlöffel…). Keine Möglichkeit Geschirr zu spülen, kein Schwamm/Küchentuch, Spülmittel. Ein Verlängerungskabel würde die Nachttischlampe nutzbar machen, damit sie keine reine Deko sein muss. Alle Jalousien waren defekt. Wenn man sie mühsam aufwickelte, gab es nur den Blick in einen engen vermüllten Hinterhof. Obwohl im Erdgeschoss gelegen, fühlt es sich an wie Souterrain. Insgesamt war so der Eindruck etwas "lieblos". Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen ist das Appartement nicht geeignet! Für Menschen, denen Helligkeit und Tageslicht besonders wichtig sind, auch nicht.

The hosts had excellent customer service, even replaced a mattress when I said I could feel the springs. Cannot fault the hosts in any way shape or form. The location is great, around 20-30 minute walk to the centre and lots of restaurants/ fast food nearby.

The property isn’t “brand new”, it has been renovated to a high standard but that looks like a long time ago as everything looks very tired and it needs some TLC. The biggest issue I had when staying here was the neighbours, every night there was loud arguments (screaming at each other) and slamming of doors which eco through the property all day and night. Stuff like this didn’t make me feel very safe. I even had a guy push past me to get out of the front door as I was exiting. The thing which really annoyed me was other flats would buzz my apartment to be let in the front door, this was 24/7 and did not stop regardless of the time of day. It’s very expensive for what it is.

Gostamos do apartamento, localizado em uma área muito interessante, bem perto da universidade e do Botânico. É prático para se locomover pela cidade, com o trem e vários ônibus. O ambiente é bastante confortável.

O banheiro tinha um certo cheiro de esgoto, e a pia é extremamente pequena.

Location excellent.Close to bus and local train station.
