Apartment was clean and comfortable. Good location

Unfortunately the contents of the sink (dirty water) came up through the shower drain. Rather disgusting, in need of repair.

It is such a lovely apartment, warm vibes, cute furniture, nice space, completely kitted out with everything one might need, and very clean!

Clean tidy and very well equipped property, great instructions for all equipment in the house. Quiet location, with Express Supermarket just around the corner. Great location, easy to walk to Station and City centre.

Nothing everything was very good. Front door would benefit from a wash down as a bit grubby. Inside house was very clean.

Great location, easy access. Clean and comfortable. Had tea, coffee and sugar plus basic cooking things for those who want to cook for themselves. Many wonderful places to eat nearby.

If there are 4 of you, then it is a little awkward to eat meals together, as there isn't a table, just a breakfast bar for 2. There is no claim to be a table, so it was my fault for not checking properly. However, there are many wonderful places to eat nearby so we'd recommend going out. There is a hidden additional minimum admin fee of £10 to process the security deposit. I'm unsure why it's not included in the original cost, and it took 4 separate queries to the management company for them to explain what it was for, which was a little frustrating. However, if you read this, now you know! Communications aren't the best with standard responses given that do not always address the actual question asked. I also kept being asked to fill in my arrival time despite doing this through booking.com and through the management company's own site multiple times. So a few admin niggles that weren't that bad, but were frustrating at times.
