Lovely views, very spacious, catered for children and safe for them. Ideal location, very central and good value for money. Provided lots of information prior to stay re parking and how to get to apartments.
Some rooms were very warm on hot days. Directions mention black box donuts which is not longer there and theres a black box bakery in a different location so was confusing to get to. Instructions to open the bottom door would be helpful and a dew doors inside squeak and which can wake children etc but overall a really good ppacw to stay.

The property was very central to everything in Newcastle, it was clean and tidy and had great views of the mourne mountains and was perfect for our mini break
The property itself was great, the outside area leading to the apartment’s doors was a bit untidy. However it may be hard to sweep false grass.

So spacious and plenty of room. Local to everything and cleaners were so helpful when I asked for an extra black bag. Bathroom in every bedroom. Amazing adults and children had an amazing stay
Only thing that was tricky was the stairs. An elevator would be amazing or a stair lift for mobility people but wee just give mum plenty of time and a lot of help

Great location, spacious property
Roof stained from leaks, kitchen cupboard doors loose and silverfish crawling around kitchen and twin bedroom, lacking basic maintenance
