It was a great stay and great location as we were looking at the Roman ruins in the City.

Easy check in and check out Room as expected and photos represent rooms accurately Clean Excellent location.

Wifi on 2nd floor did not work (at least code given did not work and after first unsuccessful enquiry with staff I did not bother to chase further) A bit noisy into the early hours of the night if sleeping with open window, but I suppose that could be expected for the location Bed not the most comfortable, but passable

Lovely hotel in Trier

This is a lovely, quiet and very comfortable hotel conveniently located close to the Porta Nigra. The staff and owners were helpful and friendly. I'll hope to stay again next time I'm in Trier.

Excellent for short stays when you are in Trier for visiting the Christmas Market, great breakfast.

Checkin was very friendly and with a personal touch. The staff was waiting outside for our car to arrive and guided us in parking the car. As we had chosen to have breakfast we were surprised that the table was made up very nice with our roomnumber with a tag on the table. Bread was super fresh and delicious with home-made yoghurt and a very good breakfast choice selection for such a small family hotel. We were also told that if we missed anything that they would arrange it for us. So far the best breakfast I have ever had in a German hotel for this rate.

Pillows could have been less soft for me since I prefer harder pillows to sleep on. Also the elevator was switched off in the evening as I guess it was to save energy but being aware that Germany is in a energy crisis I totally understand why this is.

The whole experience was very good. The breakfast could have been a bit cheaper than EUR 15 per person. Cleanliness is top-notch. All the equipments provided and present in the hotel is really of very good quality. The check-in check-out process was really good. I had a request for check-in at 9pm and they made it happen, though the reception closes at 7pm. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Fantastic value for money, 100m from Porta Nigra and hence also pedestrian zone, very helpful service going the extra mile, parking for 7,50 EUR/d, and am extra eading chair in the room

Prima Locatie; dicht bij centrum. Kamer was groot met tafel en een hoekbank.

Geen ontbijt mogelijk (wel een bakker om de hoek). We waren de enige (helemaal alleen) in het hotel; daarom was de lift buiten werking (logisch, i.v.m. veiligheid, maar niet prettig). Parkeren kost € 15,- maar de parkeerplaats is niet volledig afgesloten (met dure fietsen op de auto was dat eigenlijk wel wenselijk). In de omschrijving staat er kunnen kosten aan verbonden zijn, maar hoeveel stond niet vermeld.

Der nette Empfang und das Bett waren super.

Fahrstuhl nur benutzbar wenn der Empfang besetzt ist, geht gar nicht und WLAN geht nur in der Lobby, geworben wird mit free WLAN, steht aber nicht dabei, dass es in der ungeheizten Lobby ist. Preis, auch wenn es an der Porta Nigra ist, zu hoch, für diese Leistung. Sorry. Ach, Frühstück gibt es leider auch nicht. In den Abwertungen steht, das das Frühstück super war…fragt sich, bei welchem Bäcker 😅

Séjour réussi pour le marché de Noël de Trèves.

Accueil très convivial . Parking aisé . Chambre et salle de bains très propres , rien à redire. Machine à café dans le hall d'entrée de l'hôtel où on se servir gratuitement . Petit-déjeuner excellent . Centre ville à proximité . Tout est parfait .

Was netjes vriendelijk maar ook duur

Het hotel is prima. Maar wij wisten niet dat we €18 pp voor ontbijt moesten betalen stond nergens bij. Alleen dat het er mogelijk was. Ook was er geen vinkje om aan te geven dat we met twee auto's kwamen en daar waren ook kosten aan verbonden € 15 per nacht en niet genoeg plek dus een in garage voor €18 per nacht. Waren dus onverwachte extra kosten.
