Very comfortable bed , lovely heated outdoor infinity pool, excellent breakfast with great variety,nice sun terrace, reasonably priced bar, very friendly and attentive staff, interesting history about the house
A little bit out of town, but walkable into centre and buses very easy to use and plentiful, had a lovely meal but fairly costly

The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. The spa facilities were easy to access, and book. The sky pool was amazing. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were incredible.

Beautiful spa hotel, with spacious rooms, superfriendly staff, and parking. The restaurant was fabulous; the included breakfast was amazing, and the one time we stayed there for dinner was excellent as well.
The interior feels a bit dated, same as the bathroom, but it's in great condition and clean. It's a bit of a walk if you want to go to the centre of Trier, but we enjoyed it.

Excellent facilities, including a walk-in shower. Parking was easy directly in front of the hotel when available.
The staff was gracious and accommodating. They went out of their way to do anything that would be helpful. The pool was well heated, and we loved using it. The view was incredible.
