We were disappointed in for the first time ever we had to pay extra for a accessible room . We had advised the staff my husband needed a walk in shower .We felt penalised because of disability . Age did reduce the price slightly but we felt it unfair

Good hotel close to the centre. In my opinion they should be giving double size duvet and two pillows for double bed (instead of single) and there should be a kettle in the room. Overall great staff and good facilities.

They advertise they have A/C, this is not true. The manager admitted that the thermostat in the room does nothing and the temperature is set by the general manager and he has no control. The room was hot and miserable.

Everything was good until our A/C went out on night 2.They were unable to fix it or change our room. The A/C came back on 2 hours before check out. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable and a clean room.

Great hotel close to Trier "altstadt" only 1.5 kilometer walking distance. Very clean and good parking facilities. Staff very helpful

The hotel tried to charge me an extra 145 euro. The receptionist (BTW not very friendly) could not find any pre-payment, and asked us to come back after 3 hours... Coming back after 3 hours, same story: “Please pay 145 euro”. Fortunately the new receptionist (BTW this one was a lot friendlier) managed -after a while- to find back advance payment. What a waste of time! The breakfast was OK, but rather basic. (Perhaps due to Corona measurements) The rooms were OK, but -again- very basic: a bed, a bath/shower, and a bottle of water - that’s it. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the city center: if you have difficulties walking, avoid this hotel.

Wifi is not stable, this is critical for business use. Breakfast has wide variety. Air-con in the room is not very much working. When you do not need room cleaning, there is a small bag to hang on the door, and the hotel provides you something different everyday. I got an apple twice, choco bar and cupcake once. This is good service.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good in both variety and quality, the croissants are outstanding. I dined at the restaurant as well and it was surprisingly good. Location is also convenient despite there are a handful of hotels closer to the old town

The hotel is in a good location for walking to sights & restaurants. The staff were very friendly & the parking is in a garage on-site. We wanted to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant but the chef had the day off so we walked to a nice place for dinner. The breakfast selections were amazing!

The stay and accommodation were very good, only issue was the bill when checking out, we had 5 rooms and all of us were charged more than expected, staff said this was a tourist tax issue but it seemed to be a bit arbitrary in terms of the amounts we were charge. The room I was in was an extra 42 euros for example.

We had a pleasant stay at the Vienna House Easy. The underground parking the hotel very convent, especially in the cold and damp. Although, at a small cost. The rooms are modern and spacious with a complementary bottle of water provided. I found the hotel’s website to be very informative and useful when planning our route for visiting the Roman ruins.
