Acceptable for a short stay

The stay was passable and acceptable for a one night. The location was good, and there were enough parking spaces available, which was convenient. The staff were nice and helpful.

However, the room was not very clean- especially the linen, which also wasn’t ironed. The mirror had a noticeable scratch, the room was very cold, and the shower base was leaking. Overall, it’s acceptable for a short, one-night stay.

Cozy, but bad WI-FI

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was good, with a decent shower box, intead of those bathtubes.

Wifi was awful. It simply doesn't reach the room. I had to sit on the stairs, close to the reception, to have a good connection. If you need a decent internet, forget about it. In one night, the employees started to make a lot of noise, talking loud, dragging things... it was after 10pm, and the noise wnet until after midnight.

Smart, well-maintained guest room

The room was straightforward, but it was properly furnished and equipped - fine for an overnight stay. The interior décor was surprisingly well done - good job!

This is a guest house, not a hotel - staff at the adjacent restaurant give access to rooms directly from the street, via a bare staircase. No breakfast available, but you can get a sandwich at the baker's opposite.

Good room not too friendly staff/cleaner, not reliable bus system

Big room, good shower, comfortable bed. Despite a May Fest happening literally next door, it wasn’t too noisy once in the room. Wonderful ice-cream shop opposite!! Best sorbets!!!! A must have! Fortunate to get the parking spot right in front the hotel. We booked this hotel because Trier seemed really expensive when we initially booked. We thought we would walk to town (one hour walk ! Not that great walk thru industrial parks) but at some point you can reach the water and walk the last 20-30 minutes by the water. We didn’t take the bus but thought we would on the way back.

The lady that was there when we checked out wasn’t very friendly, we didn’t feel welcomed. The man from the Italian restaurant was very lovely. That same lady/cleaner was borderline rude when we were about to check-out as she tried to get into the room before 11am when we were getting ready to leave but seemed annoyed we stayed until the check out, no apologies or smiling attitude About the transportation…well we waited for almost one hour for the bus to take us back to our hotel when we wanted to leave Trier. Checked on Google live bus departures etc and it kept saying delayed etc and then nothing happened. We tried to get an Uber and nothing either although we got charged €10 for it which we still need to sort out. We had to walk another hour to get back home after a long day walking everywhere, that wasn’t very nice especially the walk back is not pretty. So the location is not good if you want to be close to Trier as the transportation is not reliable.

Very overprice. Had to wait outside for long minutes until one of the staff showed up to hand me the keys and he was very cold. The location was very bad. So disappointed.

Boa opção para quem está de carro

Camas bem confortáveis e bom banheiro, com toalhas adequadas; estacionamento gratuito na frente (calçada recuada), apesar de número limitado de vagas; o restaurante é bom, a pizza era saborosa e grande.

Não existe recepção, pegamos a chave no restaurante depois de algum esforço com as informações; localização não é próxima à cidade, precisamos pegar o carro todas as vezes e deixá-lo em algum estacionamento pago. Os corredores tinham cheiro ruim, talvez de mofo ou cigarro/bebida.

Der Preis war okay

Das es keinen Strom gab bei unserer Ankunft fand ich jetzt nicht so tragisch, aber in diesem Zimmer wurde definitiv geraucht, eine Kippe lag noch auf der Fensterbank und das geht gar nicht

Einfache und funktionale Unterkunft. Kein Frühstück möglich.

Eine einfache und unkomplizierte Unterkunft. Ohne jeglichen größeren Schnick-Schnack. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos. Nachts gelingt dies im Übrigen über einen Schlüsselsafe.

Sehr einfache Zimmerausstattung. Haus und Zimmer boten wenig Flair.

De kamer is groot genoeg. Je kunt een kopje koffie of thee maken. In het restaurant hebben we lekker gegeten.

Wij hadden een kamer aan de straatkant. Het is een hele drukke straat. Met de ramen én rolluiken dicht valt de herrie wel mee. Wat ik echt heel naar vind is de dikke plastic hoes om het matras. Om het matras te beschermen zijn er betere oplossingen. Gelukkig zijn er royale handdoeken. Die heb ik onder het onderlaken gelegd maar het blijft een zweterige bedoening.

Pizzeria mit Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Das Zimmer war sauber und auch ausreichend mit Handtüchern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist akzeptabel aufgrund des guten Zugangs zum ÖPNV. In der Nähe zum Hotel ist eine Bäckerei. Ein Frühstück kann dort eingenommen werden.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war nur über Mail möglich, auch bei Ankunft war die Rezeption unbesetzt und zwar auch in den angegeben Öffnungszeiten. Insofern war man zu jeder Zeit auf die Hilfe des Personals der Pizzeria angewiesen, da ich nie Hotelpersonal zu Gesicht bekommen habe. Das Personal des Resturants bzw. der Pizzeria zeigte sich jedoch mehr als unfreundlich und war nur schwer zu bewegen eine entsprechende Hilfe zu leisten. Im Prinzip existiert auch auch ein Zugang zum Internet, dieser ist jedoch in der 3.Etage nicht mehr verfügbar, da da Signal zu schwach ist. Auch der Hinweis an den Zugängen zu den Etagen angebrachte Info ein anderes WiFi zu nutzen funktionierte nicht. Das Bett war zu weich ausgelegt, die gilt jedenfalls für mich. So konnte ich zunächst keinen Schlaf finden und bin bereits nach kurzer Bettruhe mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Soweit man "Pech" hat ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite zu bekommen, kann es laut werden, da der Verkehrslärm nach oben dringt,
