Das Personal ist richtig lieb und zuvorkommend - wir haben uns - anders als in vielen großen Hotels - nicht wie eine Nummer gefühlt, sondern es wurde sehr persönlich auf uns eingegangen. Wir haben auch das traditionelle Flair des Gebäudes, das liebevoll angerichtete Frühstück und den Blick auf die Mosel geliebt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Gutes Frühstück, Zeiten könnten etwas ausgeweitet werden. Die Lage ist optimal direkt an der Mosel mit schöner Terrasse für Frühstück und Restaurant.
Kein Aufzug.

Das Frühstück war gut, für den Preis war die Auswahl angemessen Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gut hat uns unser Zimmer Nr. 20 mit kleinen Balkon im 2. OG mit Moselblick gefallen.

Alles was keurig schoon
Geen airco op de kamer, wat je voor die prijs denk ik wel mag verwachten. De gastvrijheid vonden wij erg matig. Om stipt 21u sloten ze alles af en was het niet meer mogelijk om nog wat te drinken op het terras of binnen. Dit werd ons ook niet erg vriendelijk duidelijk gemaakt.
