Very comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in walking distance to downtown Perth, surrounding areas and local shops, grocery stores. Kitchen well-stocked with essential spices, supplies and utensils. Water pressure excellent. Access to washing machine a plus. On street parking easily found for the six days we visited. Landlady a gem. I highly recommend this apartment for visiting Perth!

The ground floor entrance way looks dark and dingy, but the apartment, on the first floor is way better. Once in the apartment, it’s clean and neat. Had all the essentials like pot, pans, cups etc. Comfortable beds. About 20 minutes walk to the town centre. Host was very responsive- answered my calls and texts.
The apartment was extremely cold. Host fixed it within 20 minutes or so for day 1. Day 3 onwards heating failed again, and was not able to be fixed hence host gave refund quickly without any hassle.
Parking: it is technically on street parking, which is first come first space basis, and very limited in space. The times we needed a space (evenings), it is busy.
