Byt se skládá ze dvou ložnic, obývacího pokoje, kuchyně, koupelny a malé chodby. Vše dostatečně velké a velmi vkusně a prakticky zařízeno. Máte výhled jak do dvora, tak na ulici. Kuchyně je plně vybavena pro plnohodnotné vaření, včetně všech klasických spotřebičů. V ložnicích najdete velmi pohodlné postele, spalo se v nich opravdu dobře, a velké vestavěné skříně s obrovským úložným prostorem. K dispozici je i funkční pračka, která je umístěna na chodbě domu, v mezipatře.
Lokalita je perfektní, i když jste kousek od centra Perthu, okolí je klidně, čisté a bezpečné. Je tu možnost parkovat před domem, pokud není místo, pohodlně zaparkujete ve vedlejších ulicích. Parkování je všude zdarma. Kousek od domu je obchod Coop, kde koupíte veškeré základní potraviny.
V obývacím pokoji najdete kompletní a velmi vyčerpávající instrukce k pobytu a užití si města.
Předání klíčů velmi jednoduché přes schránku.
Majitel kdykoliv k dispozici přes telefon.
Doporučil bych zlepšit nabídku kuchyňských nožů, jinak bylo vše perfektní.

Location suited us, easy to get to town and quiet. Well equipped as we cooked at the accommodation . Good communication from host.
Bed was a little soft but that’s just our preference for firmer bed

Very comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in walking distance to downtown Perth, surrounding areas and local shops, grocery stores. Kitchen well-stocked with essential spices, supplies and utensils. Water pressure excellent. Access to washing machine a plus. On street parking easily found for the six days we visited. Landlady a gem. I highly recommend this apartment for visiting Perth!

The ground floor entrance way looks dark and dingy, but the apartment, on the first floor is way better. Once in the apartment, it’s clean and neat. Had all the essentials like pot, pans, cups etc. Comfortable beds. About 20 minutes walk to the town centre. Host was very responsive- answered my calls and texts.
The apartment was extremely cold. Host fixed it within 20 minutes or so for day 1. Day 3 onwards heating failed again, and was not able to be fixed hence host gave refund quickly without any hassle.
Parking: it is technically on street parking, which is first come first space basis, and very limited in space. The times we needed a space (evenings), it is busy.
