Our family of four adults was given the wrong room. We had reserved 2 rooms and were given a small 2 bedroom suite. We had already started unpacking when my daughter showed the proprietor the reservation, and the mistake was acknowledged and we were moved. The hotel site claimed the staff spoke English. We found this to be barely true. We were lucky to have a fluent German speaker in our group. We were asked to pay the city tax when we checked in, rather than when we checked out.

Exceptional

The hotel and its surroundings were lovely. We woke to fresh snow and a gorgeous view from our room. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were wonderful.

We arrived in the evening and our GPS did not provide accurate directions. It would be helpful to have some additional signage along the access road to let guests know they are on the right path.

A room with a view!

The staff were extremely helpful, the location was wonderful with good food and lovely wine.

Berghaus Alpenrosli, is a nice hotel, however more emphasis appears to be put on visiting dinner guests, rather than the hotel guests and it can seem noisy in the evenings especially with the rooms over the terrace. The drive way and parking facilities are not ideal for large motorcycles.

A wonderful quiet place to get away and forget all craziness

I have always been keen on the Berghaus Alpenrösli and yet this time it even exceeded my liking. It was extraordinary. The staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a delight as well. They usually have a smallish breakfast buffet but now because of COVID we were served breakfast at the table. The lady serving breakfast wast super friendly and attentive. Bravo Alpenrösli!! We will be back :-)

Struttura bella, rinnovava con gusto con una bella vista. Colazione buona

Accoglienza. Stava nevicando forte, erano presenti i proprietari in struttura. Nessuno rispondeva al citofono all'entrata principale o al telefono, dopo aver telefonato 5 volte e aver dovuto suonare il clacson per attirare l'attenzione dei proprietari qualcuno ci ha accolti

Die Lage ist phantastisch. Die Einrichtung gemütlich. Schöne Aussicht!

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider insgesamt enttäuschend – vor allem angesichts der schönen, aber schwer erreichbaren Lage. Meine Anfrage, die ich bereits bei der Buchung machte, ob man auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt anreisen könne wurde einen Tag nach der Anreise beantwortet. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen. Vom Bahnhof aus kostet die Taxifahrt 28 CHF, was man bei der Planung unbedingt berücksichtigen sollte. Die Lage an sich wäre genial, wenn es einen Shuttleservice gäbe. Ohne eigenes Auto ist man jedoch ziemlich aufgeschmissen. Oder man ist gut zu Fuss. Ein Bus fährt bis auf halbe Höhe, allerdings nicht sehr oft pro Tag. Wir haben das so gelöst. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, allerdings stehen dort nur Einzelbetten, die durch einen sehr breiten Spalt voneinander getrennt sind. Das Frühstück war leider dürftig. Die Auswahl war klein, und besonders enttäuschend war, dass Butter und Margarine bereits seit September 2025 abgelaufen waren. Das sollte in einem Hotel definitiv nicht passieren. Sehr ärgerlich war auch die Situation am Abend: Wir hatten einen Tisch im hoteleigenen Restaurant reserviert. Nach einem einstündigen Fußmarsch vom Dorf hinauf zum Hotel erfuhren wir, dass die Küche aufgrund eines Unfalls geschlossen bleibt. Für den Unfall selbst haben wir Verständnis – so etwas kann passieren. Dennoch hätten wir es sehr geschätzt, wenn man nachgefragt hätte, wie wir uns nun verpflegen können. Irgendwas kann man den Gästen doch immer anbieten. Nach diesem langen Weg ohne Essensmöglichkeit dazustehen, war frustrierend. Insgesamt punktet das Hotel mit seiner ruhigen Lage, jedoch trüben die mangelnde Organisation, die schlechte Erreichbarkeit ohne Shuttle, fehlendes Interesse am Gast sowie die Qualitätsmängel beim Frühstück den Gesamteindruck deutlich.

Keine Service Mentalität - Missinformation bei Booking Inesaart

Die Zimmer waren nett eingerichtet.

Keine Service Mentalität. Koffer wurden nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht. Frühstück war sehr überschaubar. Kein frisches Gemüse. und was uns am meißten enttäuscht hat: man ist in einem Skigebiet. Es gibt entweder einen Postbus oder ein Shuttle Service. Letzteres wurde mehrfach auf booking beworben und war dann nicht anzutreffen. Es gab auch keine Hilfsbereitschaft des Hotels als wir dies bemängelten. Wir haben so 26-28 CHF pro Fahrt bezahlt. Nochmal ca. 180 CHF extra. Da hätten wir auch ein anderes Hotel buchen können. Einen Skikeller gab es übrigens auch nicht. Wäre dies von Anfang an klar gewesen wäre unsere Wahl auf ein anderes Hotel gefallen. Rechtliche Schritte behalten wir uns vor.

Erster und letzter Aufenthalt - leider.

Die Lage

Die Betten sind zu schmal. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt ist wenig kreativ und bietet wenig. Der Abfallkübel in der Toilette wurde nicht entleert. Abends wurde im Haus Fondue serviert - dadurch war die ganze Nacht der unangenehme Käsegeruch im Zimmer.
