We had to ask for towels 4 times since 9am and finally got it at 7pm….. “oh you know how cleaning ladies are..” is not the best answer to give to your guests at 4 star hotel. Spa was nice, room huge but had dead mosquitoes on the walls and bugs walking around in the bathroom.

Booked the hotel expecting a peaceful stay away from city , do not make my mistake ! The hotel is in bad condition . The room was very dirty . The bathroom smelled like wet dog was kept in it . The bathroom floor and sink very dirty . The fridge was dirty and had smoked fish juice in it . The room latch lock broken off . There was a party in the parking lot until 1am which disturb the peace . The rooms are not soundproof . Noise from all directions will disturb your room peace .

I am a loyal guest who travels from abroad and repeatedly chooses this hotel over many others available. This time, I booked a premium room that was even better than many others hotel rooms, I have stayed in before, and I was pleased it faced the forest as I had initially requested. However, right next to that forest was the main event area, and from around 3 pm until past midnight there was loud music and a concert that made it impossible to rest. After the concert, there were drunk people wandering around the hotel grounds, which did not make me feel comfortable or safe — especially given that this is a spa destination meant for relaxation. No one at reception informed me about this event, nor was I offered a refund, discount, or even a simple apology afterwards. In the morning, I was asked to check out despite having planned a late check-out due to the disturbance. As a returning guest who spends above average here, I found this very disappointing and it makes me question staying again or recommending the hotel to my family.

The hotel advertised play area and water sports but the play area is not suitable for young children. The indoor play are is never open. The water area is untidy and unkept. The rooms are fine but tired and dated. The pool area is nice. The restaurant staff are not very helpful.

It is a big hotel in the nice surroundings next to a lake but it is very outdated, at least the rooms we had with a balcony and a nice view on the lake but no chairs to sit on the balcony, what si the point with it then? We went there for the SPA and it was under annual cleaning! So only big pool was available and that one was so crowded with children that we haven't even tried to get in. The service at the spa reception was terrible, we specifically asked for all to be charged at the room but when we came to the spa we had to go back to our room which is quite far away to bring credit card to pay all at the spa. Spa treatment was nice and the girls were kind.

This property had varying degrees of newness. Some parts older though rooms are a very generous size - the new part is beautiful and the pool is stunning. The food in Bora Bora on the small lake was delicious and breakfast buffet had lots of options. The playground for kids was dated but the kids didn't mind. Overall, I'd recommend the stay for a calmer day away from the city.

Our room had a terrible smell of smoke when we arrived. The reception gave us another room which was perfect. Rooms are spacious with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Spa and massage perfect. Besides the first room everything was excellent.

It's far from Old Town but they do have a free shuttle to town. This hotel has an indoor pool for adults and a small indoor pool for kids. It has a sauna and steam room. Really nice gym. Multiple restaurants. It has a lake with paddle boats, row boats, and kayak to use for free. The hotel is huge and could definitely use some updating but it's a great value for families.

I was expecting a very relaxing spa space. From the pictures it looks glorious, however in reality the spa is very noisy from the various jacuzzi and waterfall machines…. It just wasn’t relaxing. The facilities are great though. The rooms were excellent, very spacious. The breakfast hall and breakfast buffet was like something from the 90’s…. Very much in need of an update! We had an excellent waiter called Alex who was very attentive and well mannered.

Value for money was good but they should be better at informing people. For example there is no guidebook in the room for how things work, also eg they should explain the spa situation better - for us only one side of spa was included in the toom price. No one explained how we were supposed to get spa bracelets from another reception etc. The staff reacted well however when we gave this feedback!

Had a few service hiccups. Sat at least 45 minutes in Bora Bora waiting for something the waiter had forgotten. It was 11am and he certainly wasnt over stretched. Hotel itselbsdly in need of a revamp.

We had a family room for one night stay. Firstly, the reception could not find out booking. When we finally got the room, we were given the ''older'' part of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious but lacks modern vibe, had rusty tap, radiator in the bathroom. There was no drinking water in the room provided and I had to request for it. Walls are thin as we could hear music from other room very clearly. Also, TV kept blurring, buzzing or blacking out. In the restaurant, lack of staff was felt, queue for coffee was huge. But food was tasty! Other than the above, the hotel has a nice spa area, stunning grounds, nice little beach area.

Lovely hotel The guy at reception could not find out reservation Took him over 20 minutes and 3 different room attempts to sort us a room that at neither matched the one we booked at the end I gave up as I could guess the gentleman was in training and bless him for trying. Someone was sitting at the back didn't bother to help him out which wasn't nice. I suggest get a grip on your booking system and customer service. Need some investments on the outside decor The room itself was very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast will return next time I stay in Vilnius

I am coming to Vilnius Grand Resort not a first time,but this time really didn't like it ... if I will need to write down everything what was wrong . .., it's will takes ages... mostly I didn't like service in Bora Bora on 25.07.21 app 3-4pm and 7-8pm... Was so unprofesionall,even rude attidute to me and other guest .Lady with short,blond hair and I think she will be over 35 or 40 years old. Ok,let's start when I ask or any table is free she said not here ,this tables reserved,just on another side ,but there are still dirty glasses after party... no problem I can wait. .. Was waitting 10-15min or even longer ,no one came over to clean a table ,just seen talking behind the bar and doing other things.... Even I been ignored ... Wasn't many people in Bora Bora...I just got mad , stopped another waitter young girl and asked then table will be ready ,received answer she will check for me... are serously I been waitting already then she took to that table where before I received what this tables is not free reserved... Are you serously? When what for been waitting?!!! Even yesterday for other hotels guest been told same way.. common you will loose yours guest for sure! And on the end at 11pm when we pop over to put signature on receipt ,we received like advise how to stop moscitos coming and bites too.. just put vodka on the body,hahah... can you see moscitos is not biteing us behind the bar... Common ??!!! From when she can talk to me like to a friend? I am a custumer !!!
