Comfortable hotel

Comfortable accommodation, very nice staff.

Wi-Fi was very poor, even though I was more or less in the centre of the building. I had to switch to my mobile data and hotspot.

Generally a nice hotel with good breakfast.

The room was clean and roomy. I also had a very nice view from the 11th floor. I loved the breakfast! Lots of different things to eat to get energy for the day. The parking was available and secure. The location is good, there is a small convenience store just a one-minute walk from the hotel as well.

The receptionist gave us three (!) copies of exactly the same invoice. They also could not give the invoice with my name, although I had paid for the stay. I wish the breakfast had had a little bit more variety regarding meat. The air conditioner in the room was a bit loud, but I turned it to low and actually like to sleep little on the colder side.

Great staff, but if you’re looking for a quiet night’s sleep — look elsewhere.

The staff were super nice and helpful. Our bus arrived earlier than expected, and they took care of our luggage before our room was ready. They even gave us the keys almost an hour and a half before the official check-in time — really kind of them. Very friendly people.

Well, we booked a room because we were planning to rest after a long bus ride and before an early morning flight. We didn’t want to sleep at the airport — but honestly, maybe we should have. Our room was on the 12th floor. At around 9 p.m., a PARTY started a couple of floors above us — apparently, there’s some kind of restaurant or event hall up there, and they were hosting someone’s celebration. The walls and even the windows were shaking, every shout, contest, the host’s announcements and guests’ screams through the microphone were perfectly audible. It’s hard to imagine what it was like for people staying even closer to the source of the noise. After nearly an hour of trying to fall asleep with earplugs — through which we could still clearly hear the music and constant rattling — we called the reception asking to be moved. They gave us a room four floors lower and assured us it would get quieter by 10 p.m. On the 8th floor, we could still hear everything, but at least the earplugs helped a little — until they turned the speakers even louder around midnight. And for this “wonderful experience,” we paid 80 euros for one night. Honestly, sleeping at the airport would have been a better and quieter option. I have no idea how hotel management could think this setup was acceptable, considering many guests here probably need a proper night’s rest between flights — and there seems to be absolutely no soundproofing at all.

No hot water at the late evening (just warm water), not enought towels for two, old devices (fan, strange iron device for pants), no smart TV. Faucet at the sink was too short, not comfortable. No cream.

Good Hotel

Very clean and comfortable rooms, great conference centre and near a beautiful park. Beautiful rooms with great views especially top floors.

Food was good but not much variety. Had contacted the hotel beforehand since I booked 2 different bookings as was attenfing for a conference but had to change rooms though I had informed them a week before and also on my arrival. Would have helped to keep same room all throughout.

The staff was helpful, although the check-in process took long time, which was strange. And not only for me. It took about 10 minutes. I don't know if there were computer-related problems, but probably that was the reason. Really good breakfast at the restaurant. The hotel/s neighborhood is nice to walk around, especially in good weather . As I lived in 11th floor, I had a really nice view through my window with huge park and nicely illuminated TV tower. The room was really big, comfortable beds and ability to iron my shirt and trousers. As I lived here because of 2-day conference, I really liked the conference hall. It is really big with many projectors that help to see the presentation for every participant.

The hotel needs some renovation. The wallpapers at the corridors were partially peeled off. There was black mold between the tiles at the bathroom(only in those places that were a bit difficult to reach for cleaning staff), the were cracks on the sink in our room, the bathroom ventilation was poor- the mirror was heavily fogged after taking a shower. Small parking lot.

Dated hotel more suitable for corparate stays but clean and very close to park.(For amazing parkrun)

Hotel was really quiet with guests, but had a wedding reception and conference meals going on in the evening.

Restaruant was used for reception and unavailable on Friday and our bar closed at 10pm. The Bar was closed on Saturday and we were intially told the restaurant was booked for a private dinner! After complaining we were offered a table for 2 with a 30 minute wait. Given that the food was very good.

Great hotel for a business stay

Got a free upgrade to a better room. Room was large with all the facilities and a nice view of the sunset. Good breakfast and excellent location for business travel. The location is great for nature walks but 30 min by foot away from the city center.

Staff said they cannot issue me a company invoice because I prepaid via Booking (?).

Decent

The room and bathroom were spacious, free parking was a nice amenity. Free bottle of water and pastries were a nice welcome. Breakfast is good with local and international selections. View from the high roof window was very cool.

Rooms are outdated and need a renovation. They could also be cleaner. You need to call reception to open the parking, which is a bit of a hassle for international travellers who don't have a local phone number. In the name of sustainability, they only clean and refresh your room upon request. The hotel is located a bit off centre, around 20 minutes walk from the old town. Pillows and bed were a bit too soft for my liking.

Just absolutely Exceptional!

The hotel gave us a bigger room since we came here for a convention and had a huge baggage of costume stuff (we're EXTREMELY happy about that, thank You so very much!). The room was on the highest floor, like the last year, the view of fall colored Vilnius was stunning! Room was very silent, warm and cozy. Everything was clean! Staff was very helpful and polite, as well as understanding😊 Can't wait to stay here again in spring of 2024!

Maybe the wifi was a bit slow, but we were on 15th floor, I only think it's fair and understandable 😊

The receptionist work was so bad that I did not see in any of my traveling. The room wasn't ready for 14 o'clock (what they write on the website) nevertheless I come in at 10 o'clock (what I informed before coming). The elevator sound like it will broke some time soon while I was living in 13 floor (so the stairs wasn't an option). The card - key for room was not working, so I need to have 4 cards to enter my room: image every time going down - up with the lift just to enter the room.... The room clean was good, but all the hotel really need good repairing. So the price for such a place was way too high!

Superb

The room was spacious, clean, the bed - comfortable. Good wi-fi. Free and convenient parking at the hotel's parking lot. Pretty good location - close to the city center. The breakfast was good, the usual selection.

The ironing board that was in a room was crumbling, old and barely usable.

It is not clear who and why gave this hotel 4 stars. Apparently it was a long time ago and a lot has changed since then. The wall behind the reception requires repair for a long time. Key cards do not open the doors. The wallpaper on the walls is peeling off. The blanket on the double bed is very small (probably designed for honeymooners). And to top it off - a midsize bottle of water in the room for 5 euros. About some other attributes of a 4 star hotel - do not even dream. Slippers, bathrobes - none of it. We did not try breakfast, ran away as soon as we woke up.
