Really great location in heart of Vilnius. Very comfortable beds. Good gym with a view

Couldn't cool the room down past 19 deg Celsius so too hot at night. Opening the window didn't really help much and also was far noisier.

Nice experience staying for a couple of nights

Our air conditioner didn’t work. The room was very hot even in the fall winter season. I didn’t address it because we only stayed one night, but it was hard to sleep for us because of this

Stayed at this Hotel in past, no surprises continue to be a great value & location

Desk Staff resolved a reservation issue ; they provided a comp upgrade for single night to match a separate 3 night reservation thus I wasn't required to vacate one night reservation & check in 4 hours later for my 3 night reservation :)) They were extremely helpful ! Directly across street in lower level of small shopping center is a large grocery store & also a currency exchange : directly next to Hotel is a SEB Bank ATM machine ( very few around )

Excellent again!

I had two bookings separated by a 5 day bicycle ride around the country. The first booking was excellent, and I appreciated a room with a bath, and looking out over the square to the front of the building. Unfortunately on the second stay, only a disabled room was available, so no soak in a bath after 5 days cycling was possible. The location is excellent, at the edge of the old town, and many restaurants and bars, plus also near many of the historic sites to visit. It felt a totally safe area to walk at all hours. If I return to Vilnius, I will seek to book the Novotel again.

Everything was convenient. Super central. Very friendly staff, nicely decorated. Huge bathroom. No noise from the corridor or other people. Did not tried the breakfast, but the dinner options and bar options looked cosy! Would definitely come again when staying in Vilnius!

One of the best hotels to stay in Vilnius. location, rooms, everything was great. The staff is very helpful and caring. After leaving the hotel, I realized that I had a lost item, they were very sensitive to the issue and informed me when it was found. Thanks again !

Clean and good hotel in the city centre with good breakfast and all the essential facilities.

Breakfast and location of hotel is very good. The lobby area restaurant is elegant and has all that is required. The ability for cars to drop off right outside the entrance is really good!

Room had some slight odor to it which I could not place but once inside the room for a few minutes the brain shuts it off. I was missing complimentary personal items like tops and toothbrush which is normally available in all hotels. On rare occasions I forget it and need to use them.

Noise protecting windows, good temperature or the room, nice and comfy king size bed. Welcoming and nice staff. Big choice and tasty breakfast. Enjoyed staying. Hopefully next time try spa and gym.

Couldn’t cast my phone to the room tv, since it requires connection to a room specific wifi network that then means you can’t access internet on the device. Staff were a bit standoffish and took my credit card for no real explanation.

We had a room 645 and the view was amazing, honestly didn't expect that. Location is great as well. We had a bathtub and a separate shower in the bathroom, which was a nice addition.

Great location, very clean and breakfast was good value.

Check in should be 2pm as 3pm is a little late. I would rather check out an hour earlier and be able to get in the room an hour earlier too.

Very welcoming property and staff, ideally located.

Excellent location with many bars, restaurants, shops etc close by. Perfect for the Opera or walking the old town. The room overlooked a square in front of the building. Very spacious, good quality bathroom and plenty of room for case, clothes etc. Would certainly use again and recommend to others. Reception area hosted comfortable seating for working and what looked like a nice, small bar.

Noise outside at night/early morning at 3AM, obviously not the fault of the property. Even from the 6th floor this was clearly audible. Probably just an unlucky event for a Tuesday night stay.
