Good location, clean facilities, kettle and fridge in the room, you can find shared microwave in the corridor.

The bed was horrible, highly uncomfortable, I usually prefer tougher beds, but this one although big and clean, was tougher than the carpeted floor in the apartment, I even checked if it really has a mattress underneath since it feels like sitting/laying on the table. I was unable to rest.

Very fresh studio apartment with everything you need

Really good stay. Super clean. Have everything you need - equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, little balcony etc. Just super fresh overall. And good location too - a few minutes to a huge supermarket, walking distance to the old town..

I couldn’t figure out how to turn the radiator down or turn it off. So it was super warm in the room, would have wanted a cooler room for sleeping.

An amazing quiet stay

The hotel is located on a quiet street and the room was amazing. The bed was amazing and I had a perfect night’s rest. The room was of perfect size and equipped with everything you might need.

Extra private kitchen room and balcony

Clean room and with a whole kitchen in another room that has everything you need to make meals or coffee. The room is quite small but comfortable (family of 4 here). The balcony was nice.

The rooms were clean, the hotel staff were especially helpful, and the location is convenient.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There's a very nice French restaurant and a mini market a few blocks away. The hotel is within walking distance to a large supermarket.

One of the two rooms did not have AC and the toilet did not flush properly. The kitchen was not available the first night and we had to make do with a tiny kitchen next to our room.

Excellent value for the hotel price

The hotel was very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would especially mention Elizabeth.

There is no elevator to the rooms on the second floor. There are only stairs.

Noice and would stay again

The property is clean and as advertised in the description The location is also very nice and there is a big grocery shop nearby and a gym. You can reach the old town and city centre very easily The staff is also very friendly and nice and helpful :) A huge plus is a smart TV that has Apple TV and Netflix!

The only available coffee machine was defective. We managed to make 2 coffees before it started to heat up and then with a big boom the whole building went dark….😆 we didn’t get a replacement. That being said that was the only negative thing in a way

Lovely apartment and well placed to walk to Vingis park and the old town area.

A pleasant and clean apartment complex. There was a reception and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The room had everything we wanted and was clean and well laid out.

It was all good no issues. the staff even swept up the leaves from the trees outside the entrace.

the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet street with ample parking. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and proper with a comfortable bathroom for 2 people. It's comfortable walking distance to the old town and maxima as well.

Very good location, it is quiet but close to center. Free parking right at hotel. No noise from outside or other guests. Bed is comfortable. Very big bathroom with bath in it. WI-FI is fast, connection is great. TV with many different channels in a room. Enough space for your bags and belongings.

The only thing I disliked was that they didn't delete old information about dog fees at hotel. The price is much bigger than was mentioned in that previous information and that's why they should just delete it to prevent misinformation for guests. The price before was 9 eur/night, but right now it is 20 eur/night, which is pretty big, in my opinion, considering that there are not even dog bowl in room for the price.

Clean appartment, close to the old town

Good location, close to shops and cafes, also within walking distance from the city center (15-20min walk). The appartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Seamless check-in procedure.

Perhaps the only drawback was that windows did not open at all, hence there was no fresh air flow into the room (there was an AC, but we found it hard to sleep with an AC on).

If you don't smoke and or have children it's not a good choice.

We paid for a non-smoking apartment but were rather disappointed to know that the only window we had led to a shared terrace where others smoked. It was the only window and the weather was hot, so getting some fresh air in was almost impossible. What's even worse, as a result, it was rather hard to get some sleep because we could not open the window and there was no air conditioner to make it at least a bit better. Signs everywhere stated that it's allowed to smoke only downstairs in the backyard but it was ignored by others. Staff told us that it's not prohibited to smoke on the terrace even though it is shared with a non-smoking apartment like ours. Our multiple requests to resolve it led to nothing. So it was a poor stay with bad sleep and heat in the room you cannot deal with but wait for smokers to go and you can open the window at least for some time.

Good if you're not planning on spending a lot of time in your room.

The location is very good, only 20 minute walk from the old town and 10 minutes from shops. The room had a kettle, oven, sink and a mini fridge. There were enough towels and a hair dryer. There was also a fan. Easy to find and super quick to get to from the airport.

The smell, our room stank of wet dog. We asked the reception to provide something to help us deal with the smell but they told us to just turn the fan on and that it would be fine. It wasn't, thankfully our stay was very short otherwise we would have had to change accommodations as the smell was very strong and unpleasant.

The fan was broken but they replaced it, the room was clean and super quiet, i know there was a family with young children upstairs but never heard them or any other neighbours.

The room had a distinctive smell in it, but opening a window helped. Wouldnt want to stay there during winter though

Very nice apartment. Absolutely as advertised, good clean bathroom, great and "invisible" service (meaning - they do the job but don't disturb). Very nice location. Free parking!

They don't have breakfast, but they give discount to a good bar near. But the bar works from 11am on weekends. But you have a kitchen...

Quiet and comfortable stay

The room was clean and warm, there was a kettle with some dishes and cups, and a fridge. The bathroom was well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the room was overall quiet, Wi-Fi worked but was a bit slow and jumpy. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, the staff members were nice and helped with questions. When I stayed the hotel did not have a breakfast on site, but they gave a discount to the nearby nice restaurant. The location is not exactly in the city center, but there is a shop nearby and different transport stops are within 5-7 minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay for 1 night, but the place is more than suitable for several nights.

Small authentic hotel in Naujamiestis will be a nice stop for a tired traveller.

Simple and beautiful, authentic atmosphere of Naujamiestis. Big windows in the living room open view to little yard with trees. You wake up and hear birds singing in this yard and immediately fill yourself refreshing and calm. We were 2 with a dog but chose room for 5 - it was almost same price as smaller rooms but it was worth it, rather spacious and relaxing. Interesting idea with the garderobe space behind the bed wall.

Just small advise to the visitors of the top floor rooms - the building roof has angle and the ceiling is also inclined, so please be careful and watch your head if you are tall

Mixed experience at Vivulskio Apart-Hotel

The complimentary room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, providing a more comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience. The comfortable bed contributed to a restful night's sleep, leaving me feeling refreshed and energized the next morning. The willingness of the staff to address issues promptly, such as upgrading the room without additional charges, demonstrated good customer service.

Initial inconvenience with an uncleaned room upon arrival was disappointing and set a less-than-ideal tone for the stay. Difficulty finding suitable parking added frustration to the experience, making the initial moments less pleasant. The absence of a remote for the air conditioning unit limited control over the room's temperature, impacting the overall comfort of the stay.
