A short but very good stay next to the airport

We booked the hotel since our flight home was at 6 am. Best decision ever. The hotel is located a minute's walk from the arriving/departing entrances at Vilnius Airport. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very welcoming. The room was spacious, with a great shower and all needed facillities. We also ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the tasty food, which even included vegetarian options.

The meal we ordered at the restaurant included meat, even though I specifically asked for one without it, as I don't eat meat. They did apologize and replaced it with a correct dish fairly quickly, so no real harm was done - but still, it should be mentioned so others can pay more attention to their dishes.

The rennowation is not finished yet

An airport hotel implies accepting night flights. And in this regard, everything is fine. The reception desk operates 24/7. But starting construction work (jackhammering and banging) at 8:15 a.m. in such a hotel is simply cruel. I am disappointed. Yes, it got quiet again closer to 9.at 10 a.m Thay start againe to usu a jackhammer constantly...

Very short notice about very important changes to avoid people book somewhere else

Room service. Food was delivered fast enough and it was delicious

Travel cot I requested had a hole so my baby had to co-sleep with us, but more because he was keep touching hole and I did not wanted for him to do bigger damage. It notified last day about no water but they said until 1am. However 3am water still was not in and we had to leave about this time so I had to wash my babies bottles in airport and we not even had chance to have shower before our flight. If I would be informed couple days before I might would change hotels as I had baby with me and it was important to me.

Just that it was near airport.

This stay is not worth the money I paid at all! It was +30 degrees C and my room had no AC, it had a ceiling ventilator that did not turn on with the remote control, we had to climb ant find a switch on the ventilator. It was doing it's job, but honestly- moving from the blades movement, and making an impression that it will fall strait on you. The room overall is very very old. It seems that is was not renovated for ages! The bathroom was smelly, and there was no ventilator, so the humidity stayed and didn't make it a better or comfortable to use the bathroom. I understand that it is near the airport, but the price of the room is over the top. Very disappointed.

There were huge renovations ongoing which caused noise very early in the morning. Also some doors missing from rooms in floor 3 where we were placed. The receptionist did not seem very motivated in her job. I had to ask for everything. It was also impossible to find the route to the hotel reception by car (this was due to there renovation and extra fencing around the hotel).

Convenient location for travelers - close to the airport. 24 hour front desk.

The following could be improved, especially for travelers who may only arrive after the restaurant closes (after 21:30): - No free bottle(s) of still water in the room. The minibar only has sparkling water and it is quite expensive. Of course there are some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar (a bit overpriced) but no still water. - No simple food available in mini bar or at the reception (e.g. sandwiches, instant noodles, etc...). You can find only nuts and chips in the minibar.
