Bed comfort

The girls at the reception were not helpful at all and were very careless. There wasn’t even a kettle, tea, or coffee in the room, and they charged €4 for a cup of tea, which is ridiculous as this should have been provided in the room. It was −19°C outside and the room was cold. We were given a small electric heater, but it made a lot of noise. The hotel is not close enough to the Old Town to walk in −19°C weather. There are many better hotels around the Old Town. I won’t stay here again.

because of the cold outside the heating was pretty much needed. it was functional, easy to control and it kept our room nice and warm. the room was clean and i liked the size and the shape of the bathroom. i would recommend staying there.

Good location, solid hotel

The hotel is in a good location and within easy walking distance of the old town. There is also easy access to other parts of the city. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were not great but the coffee was good. The mattress was a bit too firm for my prefererence. Could have used a shelf or just more space in general for toiletries in the bathroom.

Hotel is in a very good location, close to the old down and main street of Vilnius. Very good for both personal and professional stay. The staff was friendly.

Personel refusing bring to room staff for ironing. No minibar or possibility to do a tea/coffe in room. Closing Restourant for privat events. Only bin in room in bathroom.

I’ll recommend this hotel if you like to stay close to the old town but in a bit carm place.

I got such a good impression that I extended my stay.

The staff was so considerate! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and so affordable. I can’t praise the place enough =)

If anything, the shower water pressure was rather low, unless I just couldn’t operate the faucet properly.

Not for tourists spending more than one night

The sleek, modern design of our room looked great but the in-room facilities were lacking as a result of this pared down style i.e. no drawer space, no safe, no tea/coffee making facilities, no comfortable chairs, no hand towels, no tissue dispenser etc. I think this hotel is geared to overnight stays by business travellers and not longer stays for tourists. I would suggest that the interior designer or hotel staff spend 2-3 nights in the room to test out practicalities.

Good value for money

The hotel is really nice, all colorful and a great design. It has a quite good location, really close to the city center. The room nice as well, comfortable bed, small bathroom but with a great shower. The staff friendly and helpful.

• The room was booked for 2 people, for 2 nights and we only got 2 towels. • There was no trash bin in the room except for the small one in the bathroom. • It's not possible to charge drinks at the bar on your room. • Breakfast is too expensive for what you get as variety and quality.

Great location close to Old Twon and great breakfasts.

Very good and varied breakfasts - there were pancakes and possibility of making fresh waffles. Clean bathroom and room. Convienient parking - you can leave your car and go to the city and Old Town by Bolt / Bolt electric micro scooter.

Reception staff (young ladies) on the day of check-in very grumpy, not smiling and generally looking and having approach towards guests as if they worked there as punishment. They weren`t much helpful with explaining how and where should I park my car in the parking space and explaining how the parking works, not very enthusiastic and I felt ignored. Next day staff was ok but still I was expecting more pro-guest and kind approach.

Everything was absolutely incredible, the money felt very well spent.

I really loved how clean and cozy the room was. I loved the friendly staff that let us keep the bags in the hotel for a few hours after our stay! I loved the location (that all the attractions were within the walking distance). I loved that there were many great breakfast options! Thank you so much for everything.

One thing that I wasn’t the fan of was that you need to put your room car against the scanner when you enter the elevator, because I didn’t know that, it was difficult to figure out and I didn’t see any information on that in the elevator (but maybe I wasn’t too attentive).
