Nice view of Vilnius, rooms need updating

Really nice location at the centre of Vilnius, next to the Cathedral. Nice and fullfiling breakfast with beautiful view, I love with Ambertons they provide fresh orange juice.

The room is outdated, need renovation, mold and cracs in the bathroom, also walls are really thin as I was able to hear 1 hour telephone conversation of the neighbour. Was cold, as only heating in the room is a small radiator.

Mostly very good

Location was excellent. Single room had large bed and was a good size. Room was clean, and shower was excellent. Breakfast was great.

Door entry codes were very annoying as had to take your phone out each time you went in to remember the number, and also to see keypad as lighting wasn’t great in corridor. Although bed was comfortable the pillows were really poor, lumpy and flat.

The whole atmosphere was so special — everything is incredibly stylish and feels like something out of a movie. The entire place is furnished with such detail and thought, you can truly see it was created with heart. And I must mention - the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to everyone — truly exceptional!

Nightmare

If you are not able morally sleep you hate everythingRoom was dark, inside was very hot , no oxygen as no window to street but inside hotel. It’s a as one full night. Tv you can’t move to see it from bed . What a 4 star hotel? What a shame for Vilnius.

Disappointing experience

We booked their biggest room, which was very roomy, and had a nice hot tub. The location is great, being literally in the cathedral square.

The room had a large bed, seating areas (for 6 people) and a kitchenette. However, the large bed was a murphy bed (that was not that comfortable), no cutlery/plates for more than 2 people, and neither dish roomkeeping or products for you to clean them yourself. At the same time, our room was adjacent to a room that was being renovated, which meant waking up early with construction noise (drilling/banging against a shared wall). We had to complain to then get the staff to figure out a solution. We don't think it's acceptable to be placed into such a situation from the start. The room itself was not very well maintained, with several furniture having dents or stains, the curtains not fully closing (and the rails being half broken), and the doors not being very thick and letting a lot of noise through. Finally, they claim to have roomkeeping service until 18h, however that was not the case as one day we requested it (both via a tag on the door and via whatsapp) at 17h and nobody came. It's sad as a lot of these issues could very easily be fixed if the management really cared about providing a good guest experience.

Loved it!

Very good location. Nice and clean room. Self check in and out is very comfortable and easy. Food made for kings and queens, lots of different choice, fresh and tasty. Will come back!

Only one thing, the room was with window into corridor, no fresh ear which I like. However it wasn’t big deal cause room was very couzy.

Location was amazing. Staff were friendly. Room was big and clean. It was a beautiful hotel.

Loud hum coming from the next room all night. Lighting outside the room door made it difficult to see keypad. I would prefer a key card to the code to get into the room.

Very very disappointed

Location was beautiful

1) Air conditioning was so loud from other room, so we where woken up in the middle off the night. 2) I never ever thought that room in centre of the city will be so uncomfortable. 2 single beds, and on top off that thin ( dirty) mattress , so i was falling in the middle like in to the hole. Would i come back to room 1415 ? Never ever !! I have a suggestion ! I would suggest that hotel owner spends couple off nights in the room 1415 !! And see if he/she will like it 3) And last, before room gets occupied by the guests, carpet and mattress needs to be checked if they are clean !

Great Location, Comfortable Stay – But Poor Wi-Fi and oudated TV

The location is absolutely excellent – right in the heart of Vilnius city centre, just next to the Old Town, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. Quiet room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept very well. The on-site restaurant was lovely (except prices), and the breakfast was very decent with a good variety to choose from. One unique feature we really enjoyed was the parking. We had booked a parking spot, and it was accessed via an elevator that takes your car down into the basement – a fun little adventure, especially for the kids who loved it! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The Wi-Fi 👎 Although the signal was decent, the internet speed was extremely slow and practically unusable. The TV 👎 The TV in the room was very outdated. There were no English channels working, "no signal", no smart features, and no way to share or stream your own content. Even connecting an Amazon Fire Stick wasn’t possible.

The hotel is very well located and has a lot of options to eat around the place. The room was very clean also.

Our room was in a sort of attic and although it had windows it wasn't very high up, especially at the head of the bed. I lost count of the number of times I hit my head on the wall (ceiling?).

The first hotel in my life that cheated me out of money and didn't even apologize

Delicious breakfasts

We paid for a room with a city view, when confirming the reservation I made sure once again that we would have a room with a city view, but when we checked in we found ourselves in a room with a view of the elevator shaft. Also, the air conditioning in the room did not work, the heated towel rail and the carpet were stained. When we tried to contact support, they chose only the issue regarding the air conditioning from all the problems and clarified that we tried to turn it on and after answering "yes" they stopped answering. Only after 2 am did we receive a message from the hotel manager asking if everything was working for us. The next day after 10 am the hotel manager contacted us and again spoke only about the problem with the air conditioning. Any mention of why the rooms do not match the photos and why we were placed in a room with a view of the elevator, and not the city, was only ignored. The manager suggested that we wait for the repairman to come and fix the air conditioner, but since we were coming to the city for two nights and it was our only day in the city, we refused so as not to waste time on sorting things out and not to completely ruin the weekend. The next morning after 9:30 a cleaning lady came to us, claiming that the manager said that we had already checked out, although shortly before that we had been at breakfast, where the manager saw us. In general, I highly recommend that if you book a room with a city view, additionally check with the manager the day before check-in whether this condition is met. Also, do not count on the fact that in case of an error you will be reimbursed the difference in the cost of the rooms and that the support service will really help you 24/7. I love Vilnius very much and often go there and this is my first such negative experience with a hotel. Everything has always been clear, polite and customer-oriented everywhere

Great location but got an old room.

The location is amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was really really good.

Unfortunately we got an older room, where the desk and the sink were broken, the water in the sink didn’t drain, there was a napkin stuck in the bath tub (?!) and I don’t think the bathroom was properly cleaned before our arrival, because there was dust everywhere. (Room 1309). Also each of us had only one small flat pillow, which was kind of uncomfortable.

Hotel was nice, room was spacious, great location and breakfast.

Not well suitable for wheelchair users - was not able to use shower. Room with no windows- very dry air and difficult to sleep.

If location is all that matters, great hotel

Great location. Beautiful lobby. Excellent breakfast offered. Might need to double check if your car parking is really gone through. Parking on the street might be costly and not so easy to get. The rooms are pretty old and ran down. Poor lightning. He'd problems with bathroom - sink was clogged and shower head was just awful.

This is barely 3 star hotel.

The location was good,

Everything was bare minimum. I choose this hotel as a 4 stars but beside the size of the room , everything was 3 star.i was given a room with almost no windows , saying almost because there was small windows toward hallways. The room was damp so I had to leave the window open , then I couldn’t have privacy in my meeting and phone call. Internet was so bad breaking all the time and awful, I had to buy roaming twice. The towel was only one average sized one and one very small size , no rob , no flip flop no gym nothing . Cleaning was happening if only you put a sign on. Restaurant works only up to 6. 30 pm. Only two small pillows on a bed with not most comfortable beds. The tea and coffee pot as bad as they hide it in closet. I couldn’t see even if there was any coffee or tea. They had like a decorative creepy blanket over the bed was old and worn and ugly 😫 I hated it . The restaurant of the hotel was nice view and breakfast was not too bad ( they had salmon and fresh orange juice that I like ) but the range and variety again so little. I paid the same price of this hotel in Portugal and Spain , and were treated best.

Perfect location. Smooth self-checkin. Very nice breakfast. Cosy indoors courtyard. Clean, fresh, spacious, and super quiet.

The soap dispenser handle was broken. A bit dark in the room with a window toward indoors courtyard. The blanket (single room) was a bit narrow.

The hotel is very dirty, the room that we got first time wasn’t clean , the washroom wasn’t t clean, The dust every where, the personal wasn t nice and hospitable. I will not recommend this hotel anybody
