Room, bathroom and bed size was perfect. Bed was very comfortable , but pillows no.. too soft.. Room, bathroom was clean and warm. Room had balcony, but for winter season it was not actual. Staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was very good despite very early (only until 10 am)
Check in procedure - standing in row was frustrating. I travel very often and never saw it. Spa super small for so big hotel and huge number of people.. too may children disturbing other clients.. so it was not real relax.
There were 3 restaurants but menu was very poor for vegetarian… so we had to go to the city look for dinner..
Noise of reconstruction in the early morning!! For 1 night it was ok but for linger stay it would be disaster..

The room was clean, the staff were polite and friendly, and we truly appreciated the small birthday cake waiting for my husband in the room - it was a very nice gesture, thank you.
We chose this hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday and to relax at the spa.
Before our arrival, I asked for a room with a nice view, and while the room itself was very spacious, it only had one small window. Unfortunately, this wasn’t what we expected when requesting a “nice view,” especially for a special occasion.
The spa area was very crowded. We stayed there for no more than 20 minutes and decided to leave, as it didn’t feel relaxing at all. Our room also seemed to be located above the spa area, and throughout the night I could hear the sound of water, possibly from the pool being refilled or serviced. The noise made it difficult for me to sleep, and at one point I even considered going home, but I didn’t want to wake my husband.
The room also had a connecting door to the neighboring room with a peephole, which was covered with a piece of paper left by previous guests. Another small downside was that there was no kettle or tea in the room, which we would normally expect.

Big room, great breakfast, nice spa area. We stayed there because of the spa but discovered that we can use only one of the 2 Spa areas and it was a bit disappointing and not clear why. Free parking
Didn't understand why access is limited to one spa area when there is two areas. The room is dated. The balcony was locked but the wind was coming inside. Spa treatments are expensive.

Kids pool zone, location, breakfast, service at dinner
Did not have enough pool robes for kids, and when we were left without one, staff did not make any effort to make us feel better or help find a solution, or accommodate like an extra towel or big robe or something.
Also the mini bar was empty

Clean, tidy and comfortable rooms
Spa facilities are not wide and big enough for such amount of people

Clean and pleasant
Nowhere it was mentioned not all spa facilities are included to the price. On photos you see many different saunas and swimming pools. In fact, for the standard price you only get a third of that. For more you need to pay extra (for each day!). It was not a nice surprise to discover upon arrival :( makes you feel fooled

Ease of access and staff that was very welcoming and the playroom for the little ones
There was a beer cup in my room just under the tiny table, most likely pushed by vacuum cleaner but my daughter got in her tiny fingers

Nice location, beautiful view.
The food ( bakery and bread ) on breakfast was stale. We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant, but we was worry that the food there will be stale as well. Receptionist ( girl ) very arrogant, during the registration she was so rude with us, I even have asked her to speak more politely, because I was so confused. We have asked a robe for child few times, never got it. Staff in spa area was arrogant as well.

Not our first visit. In general we really like this place for weekend rest.
This time we run in a couple of problems. We noted the staff, so hopefully it won’t happen again for us or anybody else. Won’t specify what… this time.

pool and the surrounding area
The building is in need of renovation — the doors are so old that they’re difficult to open. The shower curtain is rusty and worn out; it definitely needs to be replaced. We stayed in a family room, but there was no fridge, kettle, or coffee machine, which are usually available in other hotels.
We also received a torn robe, which was quite disappointing. Finding the pool required a lot of effort — the route felt like a maze, and there were no clear signs to guide us.
Breakfast was acceptable, but the apple pie at the French La Paysage restaurant did not meet restaurant standards.

Breakfast was pretty good in the hotel
We felt that our room was not properly cleaned. There was no vacuuming done under the coffee table, and I found dark hair in the bed sheets as well as on the sink. There were also many cobwebs, which gave the impression that cleanliness and guest comfort were not a priority. In addition, the room itself clearly needs renovation—or at the very least, thorough wall cleaning—as the walls were covered in marks and looked neglected.
The restaurant experience was also very disappointing.
• Our first choice, Bora Bora, was closed.
• We then asked the staff to drive us by golf cart to the Italian restaurant, but upon arrival we were informed that due to staff shortages, only pizza was available, with a waiting time of over an hour.
• Concerned that this delay would prevent us from making our spa reservation, we decided to dine at the Asian restaurant instead. Unfortunately, the starters arrived after the main courses and were drenched in oil. Considering the high prices, the food did not match the expected quality.
It felt weird not to get this information at the from dest upon our arrival and the walk around huge hotel territory to get to know it all by ourselves.
We were celebrating a friend’s birthday during our stay and tried to remain positive, but overall the experience was disappointing. Sadly, we would not recommend this place to others.

Nice new spa area (few saunas & no bar though), spacious complex & reasonably priced with free parking. Decent breakfast for the price.
Most of the facilities are bit worn out. Cleaning service staff should be fired (found toenails, used cotton bud & food waste on the carpet), my friend from the next room got even bed bugs. The main restaurant is too highly priced for the taste experience you’ll get (visual of the plates are good though).

There is a lot to be said about the Vilnius Grand Resort both good and bad. For the good, the hotel staff were for the most part professional and polite, the many facilities provided such as the gym and the spa are top-tier quality (and even the facilities I didn't use, such as the pool and the business center also appeared to be high quality), and the resort as a whole is actually a part of an enormous complex that includes 3 different restaurants, a private lake, a forest, and sprawling landscapes that even includes private apartments and villas for sale; someone who wants to spend their vacation outside of Vilnius proper would likely find the location ideal for this reason as there was a large amount of places to explore. The hotel itself is absolutely massive and it takes hours just to explore it, which in and of itself was an interesting experience. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from Vilnius every day. The breakfast options were both delicious and varied and I especially enjoyed the chocolate bread and the large selection of cheese available. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable and I was grateful for the fact that bathrobes were provided for use as well (and guests were allowed to visit most parts of the hotel in just a bathrobe) and the water being drinkable was a huge plus, alongside the fact that the hotel provided 2 free bottles of water. The overall aesthetics of the property were pleasing and also quite diverse depending on the exact area of the hotel one visits and there was even a wall showing famous guests who had stayed there. Overall quite an interesting experience if anything. And despite the inconvenient location of the property, all of the above-mentioned points would make it ideal for large events such as weddings and conferences as well as large social gatherings.
There are also many negatives about this property. For starters the name is quite misleading as I originally thought the hotel would be in Vilnius as it's called the "Vilnius Grand Resort" but realized too late that it's in a small town called Ežeraičiai (and thus the name is likely a reference to Vilnius County), which according to Google Maps has no direct routes to Vilnius barring car and is hours away from it. Additionally, while a free shuttle bus is available, it's only available a few times a day and the times can be quite inconvenient. And regarding the shuttle bus there was a massive problem that occurred on the 24th when it stopped at a place called Šeškinės poliklinika instead of the usual designated stop at Olympic Casino due to roadwork, but this wasn't communicated beforehand; only when I arrived was I told this, and the bus driver only spoke Ukrainian thus I only knew about this because a Ukrainian family was also on the shuttle bus and they told me; the driver also didn't properly inform us how to return to the hotel as we were told to wait at a store near Šeškinės poliklinika but when I went to the spot at the designated time the bus was not only late but also eventually arrived at the other side of the road and didn't even wait to allow me on (and the next bus would've been 3 and a half hours later); I only made it back to the resort due to the kindness of some good samaritans. That being said the hotel properly compensated me for this incident. Moreover, the wake-up service sometimes worked but sometimes didn't and while my room was cleaned the first time I put the tag on my door asking for it to be cleaned, it wasn't cleaned the next 2 days even though I put my tag on my door on both days in the morning and did so before leaving for Vilnius with the 8:50 bus.

Nice view from the window. comfortable mattress
At first, they gave me a mouldy and damp room, which they were very reluctant to change. There were no chairs on the balcony. There are no heated coils, so all towels, bathrobes and bathing suits were wet.

A vintage feeling in the botanic wing, breakfast was satisfactory as well. Aqua spa space met the expectations.
Bathroom floor has not seen a mop in a long time. Also, it felt like some of the furniture has been removed from the room, a desk and a chair would have been nice to have.

Extremely clean and staff is very friendly, place is nice, asked for a room with double bed and they gave it to me. Nice pool area, modern looking.
Rooms are kinda soviet, view is not perfect, maybe other rooms have better view.

Lovely staff, very nice breakfast, a lot of space in the room. The food in the Italian restaurant was good.
Quite difficult to navigate to the SPA, no clear signs where to go. The hotel itself is quite old, not renovated. The Italian restaurant is far away from the main building, walkable, but takes about 10 min, also again, no clear signs, so we had to wander on the road in the forest.

Most of the stuff seems like working first day, impolite, not willing to help. No minibar in the room. Room service 6€ per one time. Only one restaurant working on weekdays.

Very good Vitality spa. Clean rooms, nice view.
Some areas at the resort need restauration. We didn’t like restaurants at the resort, as the quality of food was poor, eventhough prices were quite high.

Breakfast fabulous. Room great handy for restaurant but not for spa
Spa is in another building and took a long time walking through hotel in bath robes to find a bad point

Comfy beds, lovely pool area that you can use unlimited, friendly staff
Breakfast buffet seems to be big enough but not really satisfying, like the chef does not have any creativity. Kids play room open only on weekends which was also upsetting.

The deluxe room unit is very nice, modern and new, I liked it! V golf club is the best!
The breakfast was just awful. The staff was extremely rude at the breakfast hall as well. The hotel was super crowded.

Its in a very nice place. Beautiful lake and area. Easy to find. Spa is really good. Restaurant inside is amazing. Food great
Cleaners. First day they didn’t came to change towels and clean the room. Second day they came but they fixed the bed without removing wet bathrobe from the bed so basically covered with duvet. Left iron board in the middle of the room. Breakfast buffets were missing cards with titles of the dishes. It was difficult to understand what dish is what. 4 star hotel and missing simple thing like fresh juice.

The spa area was clean and comfortable.
Room requires renovation. Apart from this, it wasn’t properly cleaned. The carpet floor was dirty with small pieces of dry food everywhere . The curtains were in holes and dirty spots. There was a number of things requiring repairment or replacement.

Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice. The SPA can be used for a surcharge, but is recommended every autumn. In contrast to the room, the entire sauna area including the pool was absolutely high quality, well maintained and very clean.
A highlight. A must be.
We had booked a more expensive Executive - room. The room showed its 30 years without renovation, everything was worn, the curtains were old and rotten, the lampshades used or partly broken, the wood on the windows old and splintered. The price of the room service card was no longer up-to-date and higher prices were charged after an order was placed. They are obviously in the process of renovating the entire hotel complex, this floor hasn't been there yet, although they're asking for higher room rates there than in normal rooms.

recently stayed at Vilnius Grand Resort and overall, I had a great experience. The resort is situated in a beautiful location and the facilities are top-notch. The standout feature for me was definitely the restaurant Le Passage, which offered delicious food and great service
However, there were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. Firstly, for a four-star hotel, I was disappointed to find that there was no minibar in the room. Additionally, there was no teapot with accessories which I found inconvenient. These are basic amenities that I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
Another issue was the bed which was quite hard and uncomfortable. This made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
Despite these shortcomings, I would still recommend Vilnius Grand Resort for its beautiful location, great facilities, and excellent restaurant. However, I do hope that the hotel management takes note of these issues and makes necessary improvements to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
