Superb comfort stay in the heart of Vilnius!

Best possible central location with amazing view! Super comfortable, cozy room, SPA and all decorations in the hotel during Xmas period are just wonderful! :) breakfast was delicious as well.

We expected it to be as good as always, but we left a bit disappointed.

A wonderful place — a hotel we’re always happy to return to.

We were surprised to find very young and inexperienced staff at the reception — they forgot the welcome drink and repeated information several times even after we mentioned we already knew it. In the room, we were disappointed to see that the bathroom door had been removed and the former sliding-door opening was poorly covered. In the restaurant, we were let down by the staff’s lack of knowledge: when we asked for Gillardeau oysters in the evening, we were assured that a different type would be larger and tastier, yet what we received were very small oysters with an unusual and rather odd taste. In the morning, the hotel experienced a power outage, so only part of the equipment in the room was working, and breakfast felt awkwardly quiet because the music wasn’t functioning. After this stay, we will think carefully about whether to return for the sixth time or choose another hotel of a similar level.

Amazing stay

This is a beautiful hotel and very well located . Breakfast is very good. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Housekeeping did an amazing work keeping everything clean. Spa is excellent too.

You’d expect more for the price

Welcome drink.

The shower head was not working. The mattress is old. And they charge the deposit on the check in with no prior information about that.

Worst hotel experience

The location and breakfast

First I had booking for four nights for two rooms and on the day of check in 6 of August I was traveling from Birmingham airport and couldn’t travel because the airport was closed due to an incident on the runway so our flight was delayed for the next day and I communicated with the hotel to change the dates but they refused and charged us for one night for two rooms and when we checked in the next day they gave us two rooms at the 5th floor which was literally a rat whole very small with very very low ceiling and I couldn’t walk four steps without pending my head and my head was hit many times and a tv smaller than a computer screen then when we complained they said they will move us next day to a normal room and when I was moved I complained about the ac not working and never was fixed so as the mini fridge and the tv not working and the bathroom floor was heated and very hot although it is summer, I needed to send a parcel with Dhl and gave it to the reception to send and they told me the charge will be € 285 so I googled Dhl and found out it is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and I took the parcel and the charge was € 80 only !!! I really don’t understand how Hilton put their name and logo on such a hotel

Lovely hotel, expensive laundry services!

Breakfast options were limited; Laundry services were ridiculously expensive and way overdone.

It was nice to have laundry service after 2 weeks of travel and living out of a suitcase, but they could have offered a variety of options. We were billed $600 and each t-shirt was folded in its separate plastic bag. It was laundry for royalty, not for minimalist travelers who splurged to stay there.

Nice place for the business trip

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was really delicious. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel looks little bit dim but the quality of everything was still good.

Amazing hotel, really close to everything

Everything was amazing, the food, the restaurants, the breakfast! The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was always welcoming, especially Beatriz from the bar the make us fell really welcome, we where a big group and she always was super nice to us. The hotel is beautiful and really close to the old town.
