The hotel is located just near the Gate of Dawn, which is one of the entrances to the old town. It's very close to most tourist attractions in the old town, with the farthest being around a 15-minute walk.
The hotel itself is housed in an old, beautiful building, kept in pristine condition, with modern updates where needed.
The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable.
Add to this the fact it was on the cheaper side of it's equal level of hotels, the value is great.
I very much recommend this hotel!
When we arrived, a light in the room didn't work, and the shower head "holder" was loose; they did fix it, but it took a day (not a big deal, of course).
We were there in winter, and the heating in the room was extreme. I tried changing the tempeture but I don't think it did anything. So it was at time, uncomfortably hot, again not a big deal as outside was -20 degrees celcius... But still worth noting.

Nice hotel in the center. Comfy bed. Clean.
If you want to sleep longer, than 8 am, consider, that they have a church with bells ringing at 8 am, and they start cleaning quite early - and you will hear everything happening outside of your room, including very noisy vacuum cleaner.
Not really friendly staff.
When we arrived i asked the lady where i can par my car cheaper, than in the hotel (30 eur per night) or on the streets in Old Town (about 5 eur per hour). She told me she has no idea.
In 5 min walking you can park the car on the street in red
zone: 22-08 for free, then 2.5/h. Quite easy info to remember. In different countries and cities in the world i always get such info from the reception of such level of the hotels.

The staff at the checkout plus the calm vibe was great, plus it was a spontaneous needed night in the city and the value for money was spot on. The tv is proper, you can connect to it, it has Netflix and everything you could need (which is great cause Vilnius isn’t so great in terms of night life)
The towels perhaps could’ve been better in terms of their texture and how clean they were. The staff took the note and I’m sure they’ll make it much better for other guests to come

Great location, nice corner room, clean.
No body lotion etc. Just a basic body wash, which was a bit cheap.

Very good breakfast with various dishes and fantastic location in the Old Town. Most polite and helpful personnel i ever met.
I would recommend adding dark lituanian bread to breakfast menu.

Nice room, excellent location.
Breakfast area untidy, coffee maker dirty. Breakfast variety very poor. Rather than 2* property breakfast.

The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the room was comfortable and welcoming. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, which was a huge bonus (many European hotels lack this).
Nothing, it was great.

Very good breakfast with wide variety of foods
People working at the breakfast bar were very polite and friendly
Even in November the room was hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature, therefore, sleep was not great

The staff was great, went beyond my expectations to accommodate me and my daughter. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are also nice and clean.

Nothing to complain about.

Position and room size was fairly generous as was the bathroom. We did get an upgrade with a balcony which was very nice to look at the old town especially at night.
The Safe in the room was complicated to use. Needed a bit more fruit at breakfast and something like sunflowers seeds or granola to sprinkle on cereal or yoghurt. This is just a suggestion rather than a fault.

Clean, really beautiful looking hotel. Breakfast had a decent variety and food was enough, staff was attentively to replenish stuff. Basically everything you need: fruits, eggs 3 style, yogurt, hot stuff, cold platter, salads, vegetables, desert... obviously not a 5* breakfast even though I went to 4* hotels that had a better breakfast but it's good! Kind staff, they helped with everything.
Had to ask to make up my room, but it's fine, no need for any type of waste. The drape had some stains, probably was not washed for some time

The size, comfort and interior of the room was more than satisfying 😊 The beautiful stone and red brick views through the windows, "spooky" tiny corridors, the old and classy dinning area just after passing a modern bar was melting my heart and adding so much to this beautiful Autumn time 💖 The staff were absolutely sweet 🌸 And the location was just perfect for us, about 17min away from a vibrant Japanese/Korean restaurant Tamago through beautiful Vilnius streets, passing Muzikos Magijos Klubas nd stuff 🤭
5 clothing hangers wasn't enough 😅

Very well located hotel in Vilnius old town. Beautifully renovated property. Spacious rooms. Ours had huge windows with lovely view of the street. Was concerned about noise as only in the second floor, but barely heard anything. Bathrobes and slippers provided and those all important hooks for hanging often missing in hotels were in the bathroom. Kettle provided. No fridge. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good water pressure, no issues with hot water. Toiletries also provided. Breakfast was an excellent quality, regularly topped up and many choice options. Also a pretty bar area and lounge adjacent to reception. Our room was also made available to us before 3 p.m on arrival which was appreciated as we had a walking tour booked for 3 p.m
Nothing during our short two night stay.

Very central to Old City. Tastefully furnished.Welcoming & efficient staff. Good value for money.
A few minor things. bedroom could do with more towel hanging space. Box of Tissues would be good too. Also the room was very warm. Maybe we didn’t know how to work controls. Overall v satisfied

Excellent location, wonderful staff. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
For the class of hotel that it is, it lacked some amenities - no tissues or body lotion in the bathroom.

Lovely location central to the old town. I’ve views from our balcony. Very good heating and air conditioning systems - great for us I. Very mixed weather!
Slightly unpredictable lift. Noisy toilet flush.

A lovely hotel in the main hub of the old town of Vilnius. We had a triple room, which was very large and had everything we needed. Very clean with comfortable beds and although in the centre, it was quiet for a good night's sleep. Perfect location within easy walking distance to the main sights, cafes, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and return.

Lighting was pretty. Bathroom was nice. My room was quite chilly. I didn’t find the staff friendly at all.
But my room was super clean & comfortable. It’s very near a supermarket.
Outside was covered in scaffolding. It felt a bit underwhelming to arrive. Extra pillow would have been great.

The location of the hotel is excellent- close to all central sights and to the train station as well. The hotel is rather small but clean and in good order. Our room was tiny but it had everything we needed. You could open the windows which is a big plus. I’m not a big fan of bath tubs in hotels and my daughter slipped inside a few times. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. Do not expect your room to be cleaned every day. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay without any major issues.
Breakfast was quite bad and we only decided to have it once.

The property is located in a perfect area. It's very central and close to everything, but still not in a very busy area with lots of tourists. The checkin and checkout experience was quite smooth and went very fast which was appreciated, especially at checkout as we had to leave quite early. We didn't have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall the design of the hotel is made with a fancier design in mind, but it needs a bit of a renovation.
I was disappointed that practically the rooms looked much more dated then what I've seen on the photos (the photos were probably made just after renovation). The common amenities of the hotel also felt that they could use an update, for example the downstairs restaurant didn't feel really nice to spend time in, therefore we didn't opt for breakfast at the end and weren't convinced to spend time for an evening drink there also, there were many more places around which had much better vibe. Last, but not least, there was a loud party at the restaurant of the hotel one of the days until quite late and was quite annoying and disruptive of the sleep.
