St Palace Hotel

Location was great, room was spacious and had everything we needed

The room was difficult to get to, on a floor but then up some stairs and then down some stairs - possibly just the layout of an historic building but just a little odd. Thankfully the bathroom had 2 shower heads as the overhead one (preferable for someone over 5”6), had zero pressure. Temp was good though. Bed was comfy but hard, and had two duvets for a double - bit weird too.

Fantastic location in the old town, with a lovely clean big room looking over the old monastery.

Hotel really well located, easy access to any location in central Vilnius, loads of restaurants and stores nearby. Really nice bathroom

The hotel was fully booked when we visit so we ended up receiving a room "upgrade" for the YOLO suite. The room is big but due to a badly designed curtains it wasn't able to fully close them all, we had to ask paper clips in the reception in order to keep the curtains closed. The suite wall is really close to the lifts so whenever It was used we could hear all the noises. The bed frame and sofas had use marks and deserves a renovation. Even though It was considered an upgrade we felt that we lost considering the fact that we booked a room with a balcony and the YOLO suite does not have any balconies. The breakfast is decent but could have more options and we constantly had issues with the coffee machine not working properly.
