Heavy construction work inside the hotel - ask before booking and leave 3 floors of buffer, not one.

Location is absolutely perfect, right in front of the long-distance bus station. No need to find any taxi when you arrive at a random hour after crossing the nearby borders. Late night food available within walking distance. Overall good value, good breakfast (although they remove access to the food in the very minutes following 10:00 AM, so don't be late!), with 24 hour reception.

Critical: the hotel is doing heavy construction work to refurbish one floor at a time. They do have one unoccupied floor below the one being refurbished. The problem is: this is not enough. Sound travels inside concrete walls, especially percussion drilling (workers need to drill 7-50 mm holes in concrete, that's to be expected). The *problem* is that management did not _enforce_ strict quiet hours until at least 10 AM. In other words, I was woken up by repeated percussion drilling sounds at 8:35 AM, being on the 3rd floor with construction happening on the 5th floor. Upon calling reception to negotiate delaying percussion drilling operations to 10 AM, they said "no can do, deal with it". This is not a residential building. This is a hotel. I pay you for guaranteed sleeping time. I do not control when my bus arrives the night before - this depends on the border. I expect to be able to sleep until 9:40 to go eat, with an option to sleep until 11:30 should I arrive really late the night before. Here, I _could not_ do that. The complete chain of events is actually like this: 1. _Banks_ do not want to finance the full closure of the hotel to renovate once and for all. 2. Therefore, construction companies recommend renovating one floor at a time. 3. Construction companies are used to sound control to nearby buildings, not inside the building they work at. They also can do "no earlier than 7 AM". 4. But that's not enough. Hotel management should enforce quiet hours until 10 AM or even 11:30 AM, no earlier. But they don't. 5. Management thinks one buffer floor is enough. It's not. Percussion drilling sound travels inside concrete walls very efficiently, it's 1.5D propagation, not 3D. Try measuring it, you'll see. 6. This leaves only one option: bad reviews to say "no, the above chain of events is not OK.

+ Excellent location right close to train station, and also to a McDonald (in case of late night desire) + Good Breakfast + Good Price vs quality + Cleanliness

- Reception is not initiating any travel guiding information in the beginning (unless you ask) - Sockets were not close to bed in my room.

Nothing to highlight, I guess it could be worse

Location was convenient since we arrived and left by bus. Nice view from the elevators area. You can leave your bags before and/or after check in

Staff (specially a young blond boy) need to learn manners and customer service. No smiles, not welcoming, not helpful. Only Irena was friendly and nice. Breakfast rather poor and simple. Facilities were a bit old or not too well mantained. Stained sheets.

Value for money

We arrived very early in the morning and were able to store our bags. The apartment is close to the bus terminal and within walking distance of the Old Town. Good value for money.

It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but there were some issues with the hot water in area. We had to take a cold shower for one night, and we weren’t properly informed about it

I was upgraded in the room

Air conditioning didn’t work well ( it kept turning on and off). Sometimes in the evenings it kept getting to 26/27 degrees at night with nothing helping to cool down

Location is really good, close to the train and bus station, 15 min walk to the old town. Room has a modern design, and the price was fair

Check in experience was a complete caos, loads of people trying to check in and rooms weren’t ready. They said it was going to ready in 30min, but after that was 1h - we ended up leaving our bags in an unlocked locker room with no security camera. Room service was non existent, despite leaving the sign on the door. Room cleanliness was not great, specially the carpet. Breakfast: very low variety and low quality ingredients - definitely don’t waste your money

It works

I stayed at Hotel Panorama for one night from 10 to 11 Mar. The location was a definite plus—it’s conveniently close to both the railway station and bus stops, making getting around very easy. However, this convenience came with its downsides: the proximity to the transport hubs meant encountering some unsavory characters, which was a bit unsettling. There was also construction behind the hotel, causing daytime noise, and the busy surrounding area led to nighttime disturbances.

I was particularly disappointed with the breakfast. The choices were very limited and the coffee was watered down, which didn't justify the price. Overall, I’d rate my stay a 6/10, especially considering I was able to manage without a large bag from the station given the location’s benefits.

The major plus is the location - it is close to the bus station which was important for our journey

The property is absolutely basic, and some things were weird, for example there was a kettle but no cups, tea/coffee? Bathroom was scary, as if you are in a public toilet of the Soviet times. The price is way too high for such accommodation

try to avoid staying in that hotel

the property is under renovation. construction is going on, construction dust is on the windows and somewhere in the room. no drinking water in the room, no kettle, no tea, no amenities. 330ml for €3 at the reception. very poor breakfast: three types of fruits, and everything that should be there is presented in one cheapest option.
