A nice stay overall, but the room cleanliness and service could have been better for a 4-star hotel.

The breakfast was very tasty, and the design of the hotel is beautiful.

Our first room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower and splashes on the bathroom wall. We received a new room, but for a 4-star hotel, we expected a small gesture for the inconvenience.

Adequate option for overnight airport stay.

I had to overnight around airport for a cancelled flight and this hotel was in easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and professional. Bed and shower were decent. Fortunately room had a refrigerator and grocery was seven minutes walk.

Thermostat nonfunctional and room was extremely overheated. Late start to breakfast for an airport hotel.

It’s a decent hotel with good amenities. Close proximity to the airport. Overall good breakfast.

The loft was a bit dusty, there was no coffee machine in the room, something you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Broken AC unit. During breakfast you can’t really enjoy a good coffee as their coffee machines are extremely outdated. Not the friendliest reception staff.

Lovely and comfortable stay

We had a great experience with Loop hotel. It was our 3rd time staying and its always great - clean and comfortable rooms, everything is thought out to the details, and breakfast was really good with a lot of options. We will be back next time we are in Vilnius!

Good place to stay, but it's not a **** hotel

The hotel is on the road between the airport and the city center. It's a modern building that seems to be adapted to act as a hotel. We received a room that was very tall with a relatively small footprint; the bed was on a mezzanine accessible through internal stairs. There was a TV receiver on both floors. The bathroom was very small squeezed at a concrete structural pillar. The bathroom and the room were very clean, but they must be a hell for the janitors to clean them. The breakfast served in buffet style was quite good - international, but with a lovely Lithuanian twist. Unfortunately the breakfast room was too small to accommodate the hotel guests. Fortunately the line moved quickly. The hotel has its own outside parking. The bus stop towards the center was across the street,

The navigation brought us to the hotel complex. Getting to the hotel was difficult. There were several barriers defending access to the hotel's parking that didn't open automatically. The phone number written on the barrier conncts you with a barrier repair service. (sic!) The only solution was to get out of the car, walk to the reception and to ask the receptionist to open the gate. Then back to the car, but the barrier was still closed. Again to the receptionist to ask him to open the gate. The hotel was clearly understaffed. The room had a large cubic capacity, but the floor space was poorly utilized. The stairs made the layout impossible. The passage to the left side of the bed on the mezzanine was too narrow for a 100 kilos man. :-) The work around - roll on the bed. Because the hotel staff didn't know how to use the public transport to the center (line 3G), here is a short tutorial. You need a credit card per person to pay for the transportation. The cost in May 2025 was €0.90 per person. After scanning your card, you won't get any receipt. The CC number is your ticket. You can't claim any discounts with your CC, You can purchase a bus card in the center for €1.50 and preload it with tickets. Two people can go with it. If your group is 3 or more, you have a problem.

VERY GOOD

An interesting hotel located near the airport in Vilinius. 24 h reception. Clean rooms with nice furniture, a huge and interesting restaurant. Good breakfast, Hotel is made in and interesting industrial style.

Repainting of the scratches at the wall of the room would make it look a little bit more fresh, as industrial style, dark walls and scratches on the wall of the room look maybe interesting, but do not make the room looking fresh. Leaving parking could be easier and faster - I had to come back to reception to ask for opening the gate.

Comfortable room, with great bedroom and spacious bathroom. The room was very clean and the reception was nice. There is a good restaurant near by to have some dinner. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. There is also a gym available which is quite modern.
