The waitresses were in a very bad mood and not motivated. We always had place our orders and to get our drinks directly at the counter. Unbelievable angry ladies… Not acceptable in a three stars hotel!

Stayed there for two nights. Convenient location, clean rooms. Liked the restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast. It's great that the breakfast starts at 3 am for earlier departures. The only issue was slamming the doors: some guests have no idea that the doors can be closed quietly, and the whole building was shaking once such guests were in or out of their rooms.

I was not able to get to Vilnius due to country border closure. Though my booking was non refundable, I expected to get at least partial refund since border closure is something beyond my control. Hotel decided that it isn’t something that can be considered as a force majeure.

Young male at reception was lazy, disinterested & unhelpful. Female reception staff, and restaurant staff were all excellent ! Rooms are basic, but perfectly clean. Restaurant food was pleasing. Poor sleep because lights on the air-conditioning, above the bed, were bright and disturbing. Also, either the glass panels or something in the ceiling squeeked through the night.

My concern was getting in and out of the shower. Someone with disabilities or elderly would have a very difficult time accessing the shower as the bathtub is very high and there are no grab bars.

Property has bee recently renovated, quite lovely. Can't beat the location, literally a walk from Vilnius airport. But room selection can be misleading. An upgrade is required to get a queen bed instead of twins. Also A/C is only available for "business class". Be very careful selecting a room rate!
