Great location - but overpriced cheap hotel otherwise. You cen get much better cheaper options in town

Nice location. New.

The odd bathroom design - glass with zero insulation (for no reason - you could build normal wall there) so you hear everything, at night you can't turn the light on. We hered water running down sewage - not too loud but annoying. And super clearly heard neighbors from upstairs. The gym was tiny - only comfortable for one person. And parking expensive. When we arrived, there was very loud event at the lobby and we had trouble speaking to reception - it was not comfortable.

Good, but expected more from this brand and price

Good, but there is room for growth.

No free parking in hotel or around area. Noisy can hear neighbors. Samey brakfest. Unstable TV all the time freeze. The bed sheets was torn. Facilities with concrete walls - interesting expierence. I expected more for this price.

Great location and good value

Fantastic location, welcoming staff, great facilities with bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Room was very clean and stylish with good lighting.

There could have been another hook in the bathroom for towels and it was a little noisy with people coming and going in the corridors.

Overall, it was good, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

- The location is quite close to the city center, making it easy to reach all the main attractions.

- The design choice of installing a half-glassed wall in the bathroom is questionable. Even though the glass is blurred, the person inside is still visible, which causes significant discomfort. A bathroom should be a fully private space. - Stayed for 2 night, and the first day's breakfast left a negative impression — the tables were dirty, and the staff didn’t bother to prepare them for the next guests. There also wasn’t enough cutlery.

Great location and very polite personel.

Very nice location, city centre within walking distance. All the staff was really nice and polite. Nice breakfast, room was clean, although I would have preferred room which is not right next to elevators but there was no noise during the night and early hours. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

Room was extremely comfortable and good value for money. Hotel felt very modern and clean. Not far from the centre but just far removed enough to not be too busy.

Not many vegan options for breakfast (i had beans on toast w mushrooms and fruit both mornings). Staff were polite but not overly friendly. Elevators during breakfast time were hell - we almost took the stairs 5 floors on the first morning.

I was very happy with the friendly hotel staff, the environment, and the food.

Justina, the Reception Manager, was absolutely fabulous! Because the location was not suitable due to my walking limitations she went beyond the call of duty to help me/us find the right hotel in the heart of Old Town. I was very impressed with her and all the helpful staff.

Communication with the hotel to get and give information was very difficult. The two room itself was a little small for two people and had very little storage space for our luggage or belongings.

The room was comfortable, esp the beds and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful .The location is good too. Nice breakfast.

The design of the toilet/shower cabin is strange. It's made of glass, which means that if one person in the room wants to use it and the other one sleeps, you can wake that person up by light or noise.

One of the best breakfast served in my 20 years of travelling. Excellent qualith and huge variety of the food. Hotel in excellent location, just few minutes walk from to the center. Very nice bar in the lobby

Lovely stay option for a business travel.

The staff is super friendly. The hotel is new, and all the facilities are in a good condition. Breakfasts are lovely - good variety.

The window in my room was not opening. By design. And carpets are everywhere, that is a bit too much for my taste. I prefer "naked" floors.
