The room itself was nice and clean

Place is very hard to find. Online check-in procedure is very complicated and user experience is very unpleasant. If I knew that beforehand I would never book the stay there - way more headache than needs to be.

Clean and Well-Equipped, Yet Let Down by Service and Surroundings

Advantages: • The apartment was VERY clean • Nicely decorated and pretty • You’ll find a lot of amenities like an iron, ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, dish soap, body wash, cooking utensils

Disadvantages: • Check-in rules were unclear + keep in mind there’s no reception which comes in handy when you have noisy neighbours (we did) and there’s no one to call since … • Owner was unhelpful and somewhat unfriendly which made the whole experience a lot worse and made me feel bad • Guests are asked to take out the garbage, but there is no accessible disposal nearby (I had to go to a gas station to throw it away) • The common hall is disgusting!!! Hasn’t been cleaned in weeks • The distance to the city centre is around 25/30mins on foot so not bad however the area is quite strange and doesn’t feel safe. Also there is a mechanic behind the building so if your room is on that side of the building you won’t be happy with the noises :) ours was on the other side and our view was trees The price is good comparing to others however overall the service doesnt make me want to come back. I’d rather pay 10% more and be treated with respect.

One side of the building's entrance and staircase is in construction. There were no outside lights in the night, so it was hard to drive by car 1st time and find entrance. Route on the given map is blocked by fence. Room has loud ventilation which was constantly running

DON'T STAY AT THIS SO CALLED "HOTEL"

The AC and the fridge works properly.

They shared the check in details after the check in time and, when I pointed to this challenge, I received the most brutal answer (attached) saying that booking.com is not a fast platform and that I should use Airbnb. I am a Genius level 3 with more than 80 countries visited and this is the first time I gave some similar. On top of the lack of respect to the guests and bad language, before sharing the check in instructions they refer you to another website (which is not authorised by booking.com) to collect the city tax and a picture of your passport. All this information was shared at the very last minute and is mandatory to have access to a room that was pre paid!!!!! The location is terrible and the building is literally inside a gas station with a broken road, impossible to pull your bags (picture). You could save money with the accommodation (not even much because the night is almost 60$), but you will need to pay for taxis (majority can't even find the address on the app) and a new piece of luggage. My room was on the third floor without an elevator, the bed is a sofa where you can't sleep well due to the middle division and the surface irregularity. The window view is to a car repair shop, the curtains can't block the sun and the internet is not stable.

Scammer. Advertises beds that don’t exist. I booked a double bed but was only given a couch. After two nights, I left and booked somewhere else. The host promised to refund the remaining nights, but after I checked out, he denied everything. I had to get Booking.com to intervene. He even lied to them. Once I showed picture proofs — including WhatsApp messages — they realized he was dishonest. Total fraud. Avoid at all costs.

Directions are incorrect, should be changed, as a mesh fence has been erected on the road. The room is noisy despite the air conditioning being turned off from the main ventilation system - bothersome at night, earplugs will come in handy.

Good parking with enough places. Good bus connections not far away. A 15 minute walk across the railroad bridge to the bus and train station. A further 5 minutes to Old Town. A supermarket with fresh bread across the street. Open 08-22 every day. I strongly recommend this place.

Good kitchen, but just a frying pan and one mini pot for cooking. Not even possible to cook pasta for one ;-) The registration process on the internet takes some time, to make an accepted scan of your id.. Location is not easy to find. You get helpful photos before check in. It's just across the street from the Iki shop on Dzuku gatve 1. On a small hill.

Wir mussten kurzfristig eine Unterkunft finden, da unser Flug gecancelt wurde. Besonders wichtig war uns daher die gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln – und das hat hier perfekt gepasst. Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und ausreichend ausgestattet, auch für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt. Die Einweisung war gut vorbereitet, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top.

Da wir spontan und etwas im Stress buchen mussten, war der Buchungsprozess leider recht umständlich. Wir haben die Unterkunft zunächst über Airbnb gefunden, konnten dort aber nicht buchen, weil der Gastgeber die Anfrage nicht bestätigt hat. Nach einigem Hin und Her mussten wir schließlich über Booking reservieren. Auch danach war der Ablauf etwas kompliziert: Für den Zugangscode mussten wir uns noch zusätzlich registrieren, die Touristensteuer begleichen und für jeden Gast eine Umfrage ausfüllen sowie Ausweisdokumente hochladen. Das alles passierte spät abends – bei Regen – und hätte deutlich einfacher gestaltet sein können. Den Eingang zum Gebäude zu finden war ebenfalls nicht ganz leicht, da die Straße nur schwach beleuchtet war.

Kein Doppelbett sondern sehr harte Schlafcouch. Nur eine grosse Bettdecke wie in einem frz. Bett. Dauerndes Lüftungsgeräusch welches lt. Auskunft der Agentur sich nicht abschalten lässt. In Summe würden wir nicht mehr dort buchen. Treppenhaus sehr schmutzig. Check-in mit Hochladen des Personalausweises und separatem Überweisen der City Tax sehr umständlich.

Navíc nám změnili před příjezdem číslo pokoje, ale kódy k pokoji již nové neposlali. Museli jsme řešit po telefonu tesně před ubytováním, když jsme to zjistili.

Nie podobało mi się, że nie było informacji, na stronie Booking, ze należy poza opłatą za hotel uiścić dodatkowy podatek miejski. Dobrze, że sprawdziłam e-mail dzień wcześniej, to zdążyłam dopłacić ten podatek, a po 2 godzinach dostałam link do meldowania, dobrze, że był podany numer telefonu, pod którym można się było kontaktować w razie problemów. Przy meldowaniu proponuję dołączać skan paszportu.

Das Zimmer hat nach Nudel Suppe die ganze Zeit gerochen, der Personal hat uns einen extra Zimmer für erste Nacht angeboten wegen Geruch aber die restliche Nächte haben wir das Geruch weiter gehabt. neben uns ist eine Auto Firma die Laut war, und am Freitag gab es einen Dachkonzert der extrem laut war. Auch mit geschlossenen Fenster. Boden war sandig und wir haben putzen verlangt. Und es wurde geputzt. Wir haben einen Raum Duft verlangt und haben einmal gesprüht bekommen 😏. Ich gehe hier auf jedenfall nie wieder .

Man patika, ka vieta bija tuva pie Viļņas automuzeja, dzelzsceļa stacija atrodas tikai 1,5 km attālumā un vēl blakus atrodas IKI veikals. Duša strādāja labi, un internets pārsvarā strādāja normāli.

Man nepatika cik grūti bija izņemt atslēgu no durvju kastes, jo ne tikai vajadzēja ievadīt nepieciešamo kodu, bet arī vajadzēja uz leju izbīdīt kaut kādu pogu. Tas viss process man aizņēma kādas 5 minūtes, līdz kāds cits ceļotājs man palīdzēja izņemt atslēgas no atslēgu kastes. Vēl man nepatika cik grūti bija iedarbināt indukcijas plīti. Parasti šāda tipa plīts ieslēdzas ar vieglu pirksta pieskārienu, bet šo plītu varēju ieslēgt tikai tad, kad pieskāros ar pamatīgu spiedienu. Man pat pašai vajadzēja palīdzēt vienam amerikānietim tikt iekšā viņa rezervētā dzīvoklī, jo kaut kas nogāja greizi, kad viņam vajadzēja veikt reģistrāciju caur P-One sistēmu.

Очень удобная локация, чистые апартаменты, много бытовых приборов и нужных вещей - фен, утюг, пылесос. индукционная плита, чайник, инверторный кондиционер, даже гладильная доска, адекватную стоимость, в округе достаточно тихо. Через дорогу супермаркет с неплохим ассортиментом, недорого ездить в центр города на такси.

Беспроводный интернет УЖАСНЫЙ, работать с ноутбука было почти невозможно, с телефона таких проблем почти не было. Странная и очень долгая система заселения с онлайн-регистрацией (возможно, местные законы так влияют). Персонал не отвечает на половину вопросов, которые им задаешь и имеется разница в возможных опциях (поздний выезд на двери номера указан в 6ч вечера, в личных сообщениях предлагают продлить только до часу дня).
