A great hotel in a great location!

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location, very close to the main attractions. Even if not very new but still in good condition, my spacious and well-designed room definitely exceeded the expectations of price - quality ratio.

I was there when the temperature outside had got rather low which further influenced the temperature inside. At that moment it was quite cold in the room and the bathroom.

Strangers of the night

The location and space

Well first the trip was off to a great start I checked into the hotel and it seemed that I had managed to unknowingly get a free room upgrade, I was meant to have a small single bedroom but instead was greeted to a large kingsize bed and large room with a fantastic en-suite. This however was bitter sweet, later on in the night I was awoken by a women who let herself into my room with her key card, obviously this was meant to be her room but the reception must have made an error and gave it me, the reception then called me to save I was in the wrong room, which I said “well I cannot leave” they reassured me and said I can keep the room but it must be an error their side, anyway… I went to sleep. It was around 7:30am when I was rudely awakened by the cleaner who opened my door to clean my room, she immediately saw me and apologised and closed the door. I got up to check to see if my “DO NOT DISTURB” sign had fallen off the door handle… but nope it was still there. So I was baffled to think why she came into my room, and then thought to myself that it must be yet another error from reception. Even though the unknowingly free room upgrade was nice I do however wish I had my original room which I had booked, yes it might have a single bed and is much smaller but at least I wouldn’t have strangers of the night entering my room, unless that’s what they do in Lithuania then I apologise

It was not mentioned that public transport station is shifted due to road construction. The nearest bus stop is at a distance.

Perfect location and beautiful building but could be MUCH better

Staff were friendly, we got mini cake and small prosecco on New year's Eve as a gift. Location great and it's a lovely old building

I was charged city tax for 2 people even though only 1 actually stayed - they were adamant they could not change this even though city tax is meant to be calculated, declared and paid locally. If a family of 5 cancels last minute and pays -you still should not declare and pay them as they were not physically there!!! I could not sleep at all on the first night - a whirring fan (probably from a bathroom in a late-vacated room). As I checked it after midnight I couldn't really investigate! Also the shower drain smelt very bad, maybe the room had not been used for a while. I changed rooms to the attic for nights 2/3/4 and it was quiet, although cooler but fine and no smells! My friends though, said their room was far too cold and there were 2 of them in it! The spa at EUR 15 was a joke! We arrived and it was dirty, messy and no clean towels or robes. These were then provided but the place wasn't cleaned up. There is one shower, one toilet, no room to change, 2 loungers and a few chairs and a tiny tepid pool and a sauna. When a guy joined us and then a family of 4, it was impossible to shower and change in front of these strangers lol so we legged it in robes across the snowy courtyard to shower back in our rooms! The hotel has no bar or room service or even coffees - there is no lounge area to sit in.

Great location, lovely staff and decent sized rooms

The rooms were a decent size with a good selection of toiletries. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect! Right next to the old town and only a 10 min drive from the airport. The complimentary prosecco and cakes were a lovely touch on New Year's Eve.

Our room was cold and the radiator was kicking out very little heat - we did ask reception for a heater which they provided for us and made our stay a lot more comfortable. The spa facilities were very small and could feel crowded. The pool was also very cold. I personally didn't think it was worth the extra 15 euros.

There were no shampoo, conditioner and body lotion the room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days the spa was tired and the pool and pool room was very cold no drinking water in the room lack vegan options in the restaurant

A big recommendation

The residence is very well located within walking distance to anything you would want to visit in Vilnius. The outside area is very nice. The staf fis very friendly and the rooms comfortable. We had a good view of the church across the street from our room and the staff even complimented our stay with a bottle of prosecco as it was my boyfriend’s birthday.

Staying at Mabre

Specific location. Gorgeous building. Roomy spaces. Very clean. Corteous staff. Comfortable bed. Pleasant, calming, and welcoming atmosphere. Discreet daily room service. Lovely place.

Flaky and weak internet. Not one online meeting could be taken without interruptions. The more you use, the less you get. As if a throttling policy is in place. Even placing the wireless access point in my room didn't help. Not good for business travelers. Hot water in the shower periodically slows down for a while and then comes back.

The location was perfect, but hotel does not meet 4 starts as indicated, it really needa to fix some things.

The location.

The mold was in the bathroom. The heater in bathroom did not work. And the room it self had some chemical smell. Also the breakfasted serving was not safe/ covenant for customers. While opening the hot dishes, the steam hit the hands and customers of sudden heat wave released the metal cover, which loudly hit. I never experienced such thing, and the idea here that cover should open only half, so the steam would not have enough time to catch hand. You quickly open and release it in a half position. Then steam makes it way out not directly and not su fast.

A comfortable hotel with the atmosphere of old Vilnius

The room exceeded our expectations — it was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was pleasantly warm during the autumn season. Delicious breakfasts. Polite and helpful staff. The hotel has a perfect location.

Fantastic location

Location brilliant, breakfast plentiful and tasty, clean place and professional staff. We were leaving the night before check out, and we were given packed breakfast bags. This wasn't offered, we had to ask and it was arranged with no problems.

The place is lacking proper reception area where you can sit and relax, talk or have a drink. They do have a restaurant where guests are welcome to have a drink, but it is a proper restaurant with tables and didn't feel too relaxed

Great place to stay, fab location and very nice staff.

It was a lovely experience to visit Vilnius. The hotel is beautiful, it has its own charm. If you’re looking for a modern, shiny hotel this may not be your thing. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, as I requested, I had a bath tub, very spacious bathroom. Staff were very friendly and professional. They were also very helpful. The hotel location is fabulous - Worthing walking distance you can get to cathedral square, the old town, shops, restaurants and parks. Awesome! I’ll definitely come back.

Luxury at affordable prices

The breakfast comprised an elegant, hearty buffet (a mix of continental and hot options--the fish was my favourite). I didn't check out the swimming pool or spa, but the layout of the complex is attractive and the rooms are comfortable.

It took me a few minutes to find the entrance, there's a neighbouring complex which looks like it is part of the hotel and I entered there accidentally.

Great hotel in the centre of the old town

The room was spacious and comfortable, with the bath being a particularly welcome feature. The included breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of local specialities that changed daily. The location was also ideal—situated just opposite the Bernadine Monastery and gardens, and only a five-minute walk from the main square.

Room on the 3rd floor without elevator. Supposedly a "Superior Room", nothing superior about it, worn furniture Shower: water pressure very low & water temperature took a while to come up to usable levels. Shower in the bathtub equals very little space. Temperature changed quickly from day to night, room took a long time to warm up, Air Condition not working. No heating in the bathroom. It got a bit cool during the night. Breakfast, limited selection of bread, and cold cuts. Cooked items were not great. Not worth the money.

Elegant property idyllically located on the edge of Old Vilnius within relaxing grounds. Meticulously clean room with a beautiful view across to Saint Anne’s. Hotel is staffed with professional, pleasant personnel and kept off with a totally satisfying breakfast.

Amazing location! Clean and cute hotel. My room was very clean, had everything I needed and bathtub, which was amazing.

Though bed was comfortable enough, but it needs updating and pushed beds together were constantly separating. Also, hairdryer is quite outdated.

Superb

Great location, super professional and friendly staff, very good price. Convenient parking, room temperature was adjustable. Regardless of the location it was quite and pleasant rest- no noise from the street, beds were comfortable.

One little thing- water pressure was insufficient. It took one hour to run a bath, shower was as well dripping slowly. But only in one of the rooms. We could use facilities in another room.
