I didnt have shower gel and shampoo in the room. Bottles in my room were completelly empty. There was nobody in the hotel the evening to assist me with it. Next morning I had to leave already....

Not a wow but perfectly comfortable.

Lots of character. Lovely heated floor in the bathroom. Good quality linnen. Fantastic "secret bar" run by Olga that is accessed directly from the hotel.

It is a huge property that understandably needs alot of investment. Perhaps only the large hotel chains have that sort of money to keep things in tip top condition.

Long family weekend

I stay in a lot of hotels for work. But this was leisure with family, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely helpful, the room extremely comfortable in a bespoke antique way, and even in the middle of winter it wasn't to hot or cold. Oh, and the breakfast was a delicious blend of local and continental. There's also great wine bar within the hotel (in case you don't fancy going back out in the cold 😃) I'm also a light sleeper, and even with a street facing room, was pleased that any noise seemed to stop at a reasonable hour, resulting in a great sleep. We had no problem requesting extra pillows and kettle on top of the coffee maker in the room. Also, really handy location for old city and local restaurants. Rest of the city is easily accessible with the excellent business network. Return to the airport was only an easy 30 mins on public transport. We're looking forward to returning for a larger family reunion later in the year.

Definitely recommend to stay, great hotel

The room was really beautiful and spacious, the bathroom with heating floor, it does make a difference in the winter. Comfortable beds and the view was facing the inside garden which I believe is nice then street view. The staff were very friendly, but I had a self check in, so I met them only in the morning. Instructions were clear. Restaurant was very cosy and decorated for Christmas and had peaceful Christmas music. Loved it!

Breakfast might be a small selection, but fantastic staff and very cosy little restaurant. I loved it!

Really authentic hotel, spacious room with balcony, all facilities you need, friendly reception & breakfast buffet staff, breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly.

Historic building, nice location

Big room with art, reasonably comfortable. We appreciate getting a breakfast to go on the morning of departure (our train left from Vilnius at 7 am so we couldn't have the proper breakfast). The location was convenient for both the old town and the railway station.

There was no elevator, which could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. The water-circulating radiators were noisy (on a cold winter's night, so might not be an issue in the summer). The reception had limited opening hours, but this was overcome by arranging things beforehand.

Wonderful building, centrally located but extremely quiet. The staff were excellent and are a credit to the hotel. If I return to Lithuania I will stay here again.

Good location. Good breakfast.

Good location. Decent sized room. Clean and fresh. Cosy. Good breakfast. Be prepared for stairs!

Lighting system was terrible. Too modern for the property and also worked badly, making something that should be simple overly complicated and annoying for a traditional property. Bed was a small double with a sprung mattress that was worn, it sagged to the middle; we are not fat people! I’d recommend the property replaces the mattress for a new one.

Very nice room, tastefully decorated and real art works! Spacious and all you need for a pleasant stay in a beautiful historical building in center of Vilnius. Great beakfast in Winter garden to start the day.

Great homely hotel, super location!

A really great little hotel in the old part of the city. Quirky and comfortable, it has a lovely homely quality to it. The room was large with plenty of space for a sofa and TV, and a coffee machine was provided too. We stayed as it was highly recommended by 'The Man in Seat 61', rightly so!

Only very minor gripe is that the bed had one pillow - another would have been nice!

Queen like stay

I felt like a queen! Thoughtful details like flowers, candy and personal letter in the room. Fabulous breakfast with cheese plate and fresh salmon. There is everything and even more for a person for restful time while traveling.

If some absent in the room - do not wait, call to desk

On hotel I notified that by my request to book 2 nearest room 1 of rooms was more expensive by 120 Euro. It was some awkward situation, and I paid not as expected. Even the suit was great, but the kittle was absent and vanity kit was not replaced anytime for 3 nights staying in the hotel. It is not required to call desk all time for simple basic things in 4* boutique hotel. Rest things were great - hotel place close to old quarter and many restraints, the breakfast was very good.

Simple standard things in the room like a kittle and vanity kit replacement slightly spoiled the impression of the hotel. When I told this to the administrator on duty, I received a lecture instead of understanding.

Location is excellent, breakfasts were great

We should have had a kettle in the room, but it wasn't there. We had to ask for it. We were given only one small soap for two people—it is not hygienic! This soap and shower gel were finished on the third day, when I was taking a shower, and I wasn’t able to clean myself. There was no one in reception who could help, so we weren’t even able to clean after using the toilet for the evening and the entire night.

Being bangs smack in the middle of town it's quite valuable to have the opportunity to be able to park your car. This retro Hotel offer a great opportunity to get to know the Lithuanian capital.

This is a very good hotel for exploring Vilnius. The location is quite central, but not in the middle of the super-touristic area. The hotel shows its age, but in a positive way, because it has character. It is spotless clean and quiet. The breakfast is good and the personnel friendly

It was perfectly fine

The hotel was beautiful it truly felt like I had been transported back to the medieval period. It had a unique charm and atmosphere that made the stay memorable. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which could be a bit inconvenient for some. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the young woman (I regret not asking her name). They were so kind and incredibly helpful throughout my stay it really made a difference. Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional, but the garden lawn more than made up for it. It was breathtakingly beautiful and incredibly peaceful the perfect place to unwind in the morning or after a long day.

Cute boutique in Old Town

Cozy hotel in Old Town with some large, clean rooms.

I know it's a boutique but it would be nice to have a way to turn off the various lights across the room from a switch near the bed as is possible in most modern hotels. For me it was ok, but if you have trouble walking, there is no elevator.

Pillows were very thin The outside door is controlled by a code after 11.00pm. On 2 occasions the door wouldn’t open for us - possibly due to the cold we were told. There’s a number to call and that worked okay - but it was a bit worrying being stuck outside late at night when it was very cold (Feb).

Location is great. Breakfast very good too. Room size is very descent for Europe.

This hotel is nowhere close to 4 stars. There is no elevator, towels and linens are very poor quality. Toiletries were provided once and definitely not enough, no sleepers either. Cleaning was questionable too. Room is very dark and run out.

A beautiful elegant hotel with superb staff and breakfast in the heart of the city, yet perfectly quiet.

Beautiful , super clean, staff was awesome. Excellent breakfast with a sunny winter garden to obit in- indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. Excellent location near many tourist locations. Staff carried all my bags up to the room as there was no elevator, without being asked and responded promptly to any questions or needs. The room was huge, and bright with wonderful windows overlooking the courtyard . A very modern bathroom with loads of hot water and a cozy robe.

The place in Old town you will always remember

Amazing hotel with history, perfect location and beautiful inner garden. All details in hotel decor, breakfast , interior was made with care. I even noticed how waiter was precisely placing breakfast eggs on the table to make symmetric shape. This is hotel in Old Town where I found tradition history and perfection

There is even a restaurant just adjacent to the hotel, (walking out, on the left) where i dined the first evening: very lovely food! Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. I would return.
