Great staff, very positive and professional. They provided very professional service. I loved the design of the hotel. Location is absolutely amazing. The breakfast was ok, tasty, but not a wide variety.

I would improve breakfast variety. It was quite tasty. They served a very good omlet but the rest was very simple and not a wide variety. The rest was good, so I don't have anything to complain about.

My stay was really nice and I felt like I was in France. Everything was top notch.

The hotel is in a great location. I booked a standard room, but when I arrived, they offered me even better rooms for the same price, and upgraded the room. It was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was very clean, the room looked great. Comfortable bed, water bottles and even a small cake with coffee or tea was placed on the sideboard. It was very cozy and nice, because the hotel was decorated for Christmas. I was able to use the mini spa, sauna and it really helped me relax after all the business meetings. The breakfast was simply fantastic, everything was very varied, from snacks to hot dishes. I am delighted. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here.

The best place to stay in Vilnius ❣️

Amazing interior !!! Very impressive breakfast! Location just cannot be better !!! 5 min to central bus station and in the middle of old city centre !!! A very nice restaurant and great bar California with nice food and drink and wonderful music !!! 5 min from the hotel a restaurant with local food works till middle night - very helpful if you arrive to the hotel later evening :) When we are in Vilnius We always stay there and always will ❤️ Thank you team of the hotel for a very warm care !!! This Hotel may have been a 5 Star 40 years ago, but not anymore

The hotel seemed fancy for 1980s standards. The breakfast was good, had a lot of variety, and was free.

This hotel may have been a 5 star in the 1980s, but it definitely isn’t anymore. I would rate the hotel at most 3 stars now. The rooms and the entire hotel felt outdated, it felt like I had stepped back in time. The shower floor was made of wood, and the doors wouldn’t close properly, leaving gaps that allowed water to leak out. The bidet in my room had a hair in it when I first checked in, which was absolutely disgusting. Finally, the hotel does not offer self service laundry, which was inconvenient.

Above and beyond

It was such a beautiful property the best experience I’ve ever had for my first vacation overseas they made sure I had the best experience and with the best view after telling them what room I wanted

The only thing I didn’t like was that the a/c would cut off and on every once and a while but it was cold outside so I was able to open up a window and keep cool during the day.

Imperial hotel very comfortable and great location. Very good breakfast all staff very helpful.

California Tapas & wine bar connected to hotel poor service. Food was ok when it actually arrived was a shame as put a dampener on an otherwise good day. Restaurant manager did try to rectify situation but would not recommend.

Old world luxury boutique hotel. Perfectly located in the old town, highly attentive professional staff and comfortable if old-fashioned bedrooms and decor. Well suited for guests who appreciate the charm of a bygone era, the hotel blends perfectly with the charm and character of old town Vilnius.

The old fashioned yet immaculate decor and furnishings may not appeal to all younger guests.

3 star facilities but advertising wrongly 5 star

Location is good. Breakfast is 3 star. Very poor and extremely limited choice in breakfast. Asked green tea and was not available, asked for hot chocolate and was not available. A smelly room was given to me first but was changed on my request.

The location is definitely perfect! Right in the center of the Old city. All sightseeing are in walking distance. Bed is very comfortable

Small and very dark room, very old-fashioned. Tiny bathroom, view from the window to the nosing vent system and the wall. Very strange safe location - at the top shelf of the cabinet). Gym is extremely small and airless.

‏A very high-class boutique hote

A very high-class boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious, with a very comfortable and huge bed, equipped with everything! Including bathrobes, slippers, hygiene items. Water, chocolates were waiting for us at the entrance. Very good breakfast, with a very charming waitress Beata 🤗 The restaurant with advance reservation is at Michelin level in our opinion (expensive, but worth every euro!)

Absolute politeness of people, exceptional clean room, comfy beds, SPA zone is good for kids. Breakfast is super, all ingredients are top-shelf and prepared with love. My room was super quiet.

Wonderful hotel

The room was elegantly decorated and spacious; I felt like I was staying in a palace. Housekeeping knocked on my door to give me complimentary chocolates (and there were already many complimentary treats in the room). The bed was so comfortable I woke up thinking I was at home. All the staff were so helpful and kind, and the location is perfect for a trip to the old town. Excellent value for money - a hotel of this standard in the UK would cost 5x more.

Great location, overall exceptionally clean and tidy, extra comfortable bed. (4 pillows for one, yes please!! ) Fantastic staff at the reception, Arturas and the other girl I’ve forgotten the name.. I was greeted with delicious treats, care, and an extra mile was done to give me a call at 5am so I won’t miss my flight. Thoughtful Breakfast box was offered and prepared with care. Absolutely fantastic hotel. I can’t thank you enough!!!
