I loved the hotel and Roberta and front of house staff were exceptional. the breakfast was varied and most enjoyable.

Great hotel but keep an eye out for your holding deposit

A stunning hotel in a fantastic location, rooms were comfy and well-appointed. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Cocktail bar in the foyer was a hit!

Despite several assurances (and multiple messages) that my holding deposit had been released, unfortunately, it never hit my bank account. I don't know where the glitch was because all other hotels we stayed in after the Radisson were timely in the deposit release. The hotel blames the bank...... the bank has no idea and I'm in the middle of it. It put a sad face on our experience here.

Excellent location

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The location is truly unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were lovely and friendly throughout the stay, and the room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with real care clearly put into the Christmas decorations, which added a warm and festive atmosphere. Breakfast was decent. It was a pity that the spa was under renovation during our visit, but hope experience it another time.

Disappointing

Nice decoration, good beds, good location

Way to warm in the room (air conditioning malfunctioned), pool and sauna closed for renovation but facilities looked not nice at all, gym too basic and on hard tiles, breakfast very poor for the standing of the hotel, and for the price (they ask to pay even more for some granola and poached egg, crazy)

A perfect stay in a beautiful historic hotel with exceptional service and amenities

Everything exceeded our expectations! The rooms were cozy and comfortable with excellent beds. The breakfast was truly impressive with a wonderful selection, and the champagne service on Saturday morning was a delightful touch. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We also loved the cocktails at the hotel bar - a perfect way to unwind in the evenings.

Fake 5stars Hotel status

Avoid! Fake hotel, total lie about 5star hotel status. They don’t have 24h room service. We lived 2 nights in the weekend with my wife! In the minibar they serve only 1 small beer and 1 super small white vine. They did’t fill up the minibar after first night once we were not at home, and did’t clean the room for sure too in the evening, and once we came back in late evening, total not profesional administrators did’t managed to serve some vine or beer. 24h service not working, they just don’t have it. Its not 5 star hotel for sure, service terrible, administrators students foreighners, they even did’t try to correct their mistake. Than, in the minibar was 1 small wiskey, haha, we opened it and there was filled with water. Small jegermaister was ok. Than - they don’t have parking, and parking price infront of the hotel costs 4h per 1h - 24/7. So its 96 eur per day. Remove your stars please. We vere very disapointed.

Dream stay in Vilnius

Wonderful staff. Especially concierge. Gluten free options incredible. Balcony room overlooking the square perfect. No time for swimming sadly. But did lots of walking around historic Vilnius. Great and varied restaurants. Pickup from and back to airport worked perfectly.

It felt very luxurious. The location was great. Loved the upscale bathroom with heated floors, soaking tub and provided bath salts. Great interior design.

The lady at reception in the morning when I checked in my bags was rude/ seemed judgmental towards me. The bedsheets were very uncomfortable and hot (strange shiny, ribbon-like material). Room was on the smaller side, not much space for large suitcases. The pool/ hot tub was closed for remodeling, but this was not disclosed before booking so I felt a bit cheated of that experience. Food at the restaurant was mediocre. No turndown service was provided, but it was supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Location was great but we were very disappointed as we booked hotel specifically for Spa facilities and was shut and we were not told this and only found out when another customer complained

We had a great few days in Vilnius and the hotel was the perfect base.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed - a 4 day stay in Vilnius. The staff were amazing, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, the bar and restaurant were high quality and good value, and the pool/ gym area was exactly as described.

The hotel was very well located. Just steps from the Town Hall and main square. It was nicely decorated. Our room was well laid out. Best shower ever! Normally I spend time figuring out how to get the rainfall shower as compared to the handheld shower. But this one was very easy to manage.

I stayed there for 2 nights. It was absolutely fantastic. Location is just super convenient. You can walk to anywhere. Rooms are spacious and furnished well. Beds are comfortable. Perfect stay!

Great location

Location is excellent! Restaurants and cafes are right as you walk outside. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. A little inconvenience was our second room for my adult sons. I booked a room with two beds, but the beds were connected into one and they needed to share it.

The hotel is good and what you would expect with such a level but I can’t say that the stuff are going the extra mile to make your stay memorable

The booking was for a special occasion and although we did inform the hotel before hand, they didn’t even acknowledge the event. A small gesture would have gone a long way.

Fantastic hotel in perfect location for exploring and getting around Viilnius

Really nice room (Old Town View), and amazing breakfast with ala carte available as well. All very good quality and nice service. The decor and style of the hotel is all very beautiful and well maintained.

The training room next to the jacuzzi and pool was not that nice. Room was quite warm, and not possible to control the temperature on the display (could be changed, but did not really have any effect)

One of the best hotels in Vilnius!

I would really recommend this hotel to everyone who wish to stay in heart of Vilnius. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are new and with personal touch on the interior. I loved the shower in the room and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast has a high quality selection and various options.

Lovely place to stay

The location was excellent and the rooms were quiet, even at the front of the hotel.

I couldn’t turn the AC/heating off and the room was hot . To be fair though, I didn’t get round to asking reception for help so something probably could have been done. Hot breakfast items were cold and had been sitting for a while.
