A nice stay for a few days with free parking in central Vilnius!

Newly renovated, modern design. High ceiling. Comfortable bed. Free parking sold it to me, as so straightforward for the central location. Fast responses when queried something, thank you. Easy check in. They do have a fully kitted kitchen if you want to cook, (and washing machine!) it’s located in the basement.

No coffee sachets or machine. Must have in the morning for me before I even get out of bed :) If you can’t do coffee machine, just add some sachets to use. Btw, thank you for sorting some coffee from the kitchen. There was some music loud noise from central nearby location at late night. My room was at the front view. Standard room is on the smaller side.

Excellent choice for a stay in Vilnius, will definitely be back

Excellent choice for a stay in Vilnius with a great quality/price ratio. The location could not be better as it's located in the Rotušė square. The room was just like in pictures and provided great comfort. Free parking is a rarity so that was greatly appreciated. What I would like to highlight the most is the communication with the staff of the hotel - the attention before and during the stay was constant and provided useful information when it was needed. The replies were quick and, most importantly, cordial. Thank you. Will definitely stay here again.

Interior soundproofing inside the hotel itself could be improved, or perhaps we simply got unlucky with some rather noisy neighbours.

Honestly, I liked everything about this place. Great location, very clean, everything was new. The instructions for self check in and parking were clear. Great interior design. Internet was strong.

Best bed and pillow i ever had.. Never slept in any hotel that well before 🙏🏻 Great location and view. Despite self-check-in, it was very easy to do. the room is clean and the air is fresh. Team is always ready to help, answering questions immediately. Hair dryer was good quality, not like in most hotels

There was no shampoo or hair conditioner in the bathroom, not even the most basic kind. And, as far as I understood, the remote control for the AC unit wasn't connected to the AC unit itself. It was a cold night, and I wanted to warm up the room a little… but it didn't work

Sometimes you get what you pay for when you do not check all the details of the accommodation.

The room was clean and airy. The shower was good the general furnishing was adept. The location was excellent and easy walk in all directions to find something interesting.

Room was on the top floor and with no lift to walk 3 floors with luggage not good.

Comfortable room in the heart of Vilnius.

Centrally located in the old town. Room was clean, check in was smooth. Wifi worked well & air conditioning was very good. Great location. Bed was comfortable. There’s a Rimi Express market four doors down the street for convenient grocery shopping.

No real front desk, etc, so things like leaving luggage on site after check out is a bit less efficient than in a hotel.

Brand new, sparkling clean. Soundproof. Lovely view from my skylight of St. Casimir’s crown. Excellent AC, comfortable bed, great shower. And peerless location. Wonderful.

Location is just perfect, premises very beautiful. Quite despite hotel is in the city center. Huge bonus is free private parking under the windows. Little misunderstanding was solved in 20 minutes. Great service. Well recommended.

The room was very clean and new. The location is perfect for exploring Vilnius. The rooms are further away from the street , so it was very quiet. Overall, it is a very good value for money for a stay in the heart of Vilnius.

Comfortable room at a great location. Extremely clean. Wonderful vibe. While you never meet anyone from the staff, they are quick and efficient in responding.

Lack of elevator which made carrying luggage difficult. Also - unless I missed it - there's no provision for luggage storage, in case one travels later in the day. No closet unfortunately.

There wasn't a carpet to leave wet shoes on as well as a chair/bench to remove the shoes without stepping to a main room. Initially from booking's page I thought the parking is free, however it was paid.

The establishment is in a great location within walking distance to everything really. The room was clean and nicely decorated and the bathroom very spacious.

The heating was insufficient at best.. there was practically no heating in the bathroom (with -20 outside...) and barely any heating in the room while the duvets were extremely thin. There was no cleaning service in the 4 nights we were there and there was also no wardrobe space. Moreover, the mattress was too soft and overused causing us some back pain during the night.

One of the most comfortable stays ever!

Super comfortable and spotlessly clean - one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Europe, especially for the price! Bed was much more comfortable than the standard I’ve become accustomed to, and aircon worked great. Lovely bright room and spacious. Fantastic location right in the centre of old town next to the town hall, yet still quiet and peaceful. Loved that there was a kitchen and a washing machine for use.

No lift, so may not be suitable for those who do not wish to climb stairs - but this is quite normal for buildings in old town neighbourhoods.

Be prepared to carry your own luggage up the stairs in this 4-floor building.

Location is great. Rooms are clean. Modern decoration.

The information about the fact that there's no elevator in the building was deliberately hidden in the hotel description (only in the "fine print" that I searched hard for it later). I had a bad surprised when arrived. Carrying my big luggage up the 3rd floor wasn't fun! They don't have any staff, no reception. There's nobody to ask if you have questions or need any help. The rooms are super small. You need to be very "creative" in arranging your stuff in it. There's no hot water kettle or even cups in the room. You must go down to the basement in the communal kitchen even just to make a quick coffee for yourself. The coffee machine in their displayed photo is deceiving. It doesn't exist, at least not in my room. This place is like a youth hostel or AirBnb, rather than a hotel. I don't know why they can call themselves "4-star hotel" as there is not even minimum facilities for accessibility. The WiFi signal doesn't cover my whole room. There's a desk which is the only place where I can set my laptop and ironically Wifi signal doesn't reach there.

Modern, clean room in an excellent location!

Amazing location. Brand new, super modern room. Very clean. We really appreciated that there was a washing machine, dryer, and washing capsules available free of charge. The free parking is on site, which is very handy. We really enjoyed staying at GRAND CROWN and would definitely return if staying in Vilnius again!
